A clean and up to date town home with easy access to the interstate to and from Cincinnati. Check-in and out was easy. There was plenty of room for our large family group (7 people, mostly kids). Beds were soft, with candy waiting on the pillows. Parking behind the unit was convenient. Lots of stairs in the home, so not for folks with cranky knees!

Homeowner was amazing to deal with (just had a not so great experience with another VRBO owner so know the difference). Responded immediately to questions/concerns. There wasn’t a toaster so he had one delivered to us that day and also had repairman out to fix garage so we could park there. And no moving out instructions which is new to me and much appreciated to not need to run around on the last day to get things done to move out. Only complaint is could use more dinnerware and some other kitchen items but wasn’t a big deal for us since we mostly ate out. Super convenient to Top Golf and Main Event. We were in town with family for a soccer tournament at Voice of America Park and super convenient to that as well.

This was the perfect location with easy access to many places we wanted to visit. Having four bedrooms was perfect for our group. Being able to pull a vehicle into the garage was a nice plus. We were a group of women and felt very safe in the townhouse and in the surrounding area. There are many stairs in this home and there is not a bedroom or full bath on the main level so bear in mind that it is not appropriate if someone in your group has mobility issues. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this townhome.

Really enjoyed this townhouse. It was a nice quiet area and the location is great. Well maintained, spacious, and clean. Getting to pull our car in the garage was a nice bonus. And the BEST checkout process ever! We'll return for sure.

Our second stay here and it is so comfortable! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and the home had everything we needed. Love how well supplied they keep all paper products too. And they don’t have a long list of items to complete for checkout which is so nice. Oh, and we loved getting the use of the garage too! We’ll be back! Thanks!

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

The home was perfect. The teenagers were able to entertain themselves on the 2nd floor while the adults got their rest in the bedrooms on the basement floor and 3rd floor. Very convenient location to both Cincinnati Zoo and King’s Island. The property owner was very responsive and good to work with. Nice to have a garage.

The location of this home is excellent. We rented primarily to have close access to Kings Island. The beds were all very comfortable. There were some cleaning issues the owner needed to address with the cleaning company. The owner expressed concern and was looking at replacing the company. I also found the kitchen to be under stocked of essentials given the size and purpose of the home. I had to mix the pancake batter in a stove pot because there were no mixing bowls. There was only enough crappy plastic silverware to get through one meal. Little stuff like that was annoying but not a total deal breaker. Otherwise, we did enjoy our time and the home.

Great communication with owner. I gave him details, hopefully helping. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The floors, kitchen countertops really hadn't been cleaned. I didn't mention it, tho, just cleaned it myself. Maybe men don't appreciate a clean floor for clean feet, so I gave latitude. Morning/afternoon rush hours were noisy with warehouse and 18 wheeler trucks, nearby train tracks. We have a sleep/white noise for those things....not our first overnight stay in vrbo or the other one:)

We were torn on our review because the area and the actual space was nice. However… the pool was broken on day 1 and wasn’t fixed until our last day. When we reached out to the property manager, we were told it was outside their control. A neighbor said there have been problems with the pool in the past so don’t count on using it, or for any compensation for not having a pool as advertised. The condo was nice but smelled like someone had smoked in it and some appliances like the air fryer and freezer were not clean. Is it a nice condo? Yes. Should you stay there? Sure, just don’t count on there being a pool.

our family enjoyed our stay and the location is great! Walkable to several restaurants and other activities. Only complaint is the listing states all 3 bathrooms have a shower and/or tub, but one bathroom is actually a half bath- with no tub or shower. Otherwise our stay was great and would stay again.

Went to Cincinnati for my college graduation. My parents, my two kids, my girlfriend and myself stayed at the house. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The only thing strange was the layout, and even though the listing shows three showers there are only two. The bathroom situation for downstairs bedroom is a little difficult. Other than that, great stay, great host!

My friends and I were in town for an event and this was the perfect location! The house is very cozy and quiet with great amenities. Our host was excellent and very prompt to reply to us during our stay. Highly recommend!

IMMACULATE, spacious, comfortable, and all the conveniences of home. Thoughtful touches from bottled water to chocolates. Plenty of space- and then some- for our group of 6. Owner was gracious, immediately responsive, and most helpful answering any questions we had prior to arrival. A definite must stay and will be back if ever again traveling to the Cinci area!

The townhouse was great! It's well taken care of clean nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and useful. The kitchen had what we needed. We did run out of toilet paper but they brought us some immediately when I asked. I would recommend it.

A clean and up to date town home with easy access to the interstate to and from Cincinnati. Check-in and out was easy. There was plenty of room for our large family group (7 people, mostly kids). Beds were soft, with candy waiting on the pillows. Parking behind the unit was convenient. Lots of stairs in the home, so not for folks with cranky knees!

The location of this home is excellent. We rented primarily to have close access to Kings Island. The beds were all very comfortable. There were some cleaning issues the owner needed to address with the cleaning company. The owner expressed concern and was looking at replacing the company. I also found the kitchen to be under stocked of essentials given the size and purpose of the home. I had to mix the pancake batter in a stove pot because there were no mixing bowls. There was only enough crappy plastic silverware to get through one meal. Little stuff like that was annoying but not a total deal breaker. Otherwise, we did enjoy our time and the home.

Really enjoyed this townhouse. It was a nice quiet area and the location is great. Well maintained, spacious, and clean. Getting to pull our car in the garage was a nice bonus. And the BEST checkout process ever! We'll return for sure.

Overall, the condo was comfortable, lots of room and well stocked with the essentials. Location was good with a variety of restaurants located nearby.Had a few minor maintenance items that were reported to host. Big negative was the condition of the carpeting which was very worn and looked filthy.

Its hard to find a place with at least 4 beds that also has enough room for my family of 6 and this place did not dissapoint. I was very impressed with the owner and the communication. Everything we could of needed was there and available. The best thing for me was there was no paper/notebook with a list of things that needed to be completed before check out. So we got to just get ready and leave without the stress of checking off a to do list. The location is very convenient to so many different restaurants and activities for my kids. We will be staying here again if we ever head back that way.

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

The home was perfect. The teenagers were able to entertain themselves on the 2nd floor while the adults got their rest in the bedrooms on the basement floor and 3rd floor. Very convenient location to both Cincinnati Zoo and King’s Island. The property owner was very responsive and good to work with. Nice to have a garage.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Booked for my daughter’s college graduation at Miami University to allow us room to eat in and comfortable space for all. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and close to many restaurants and activities (Top Golf, AMC movie theater) and reasonable drive to Oxford and not have to deal with the chaos there locally during graduation ceremonies.
