It is a nice hotel which close to Port Blair airport and center of city. Friendly staff and good serice. The restaurant has good food

Unfriendly welcome by desk staff. One member (Khushboo) seemed to be interested only in flogging a higher priced room instead of providing the service paid for. And the other ( Ram) was clueless in most aspects. There was no point in asking him anything - just got blank view! The hotel had even made me pay in FULL when I booked 8 weeks prior - which was against the Hotels.com policy ( which allows you to pay on arrival). The restaurant staff were good.
