We very much enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods 347. The house was attractive, clean, comfortable, and a short walk from downtown restaurants; perfect for a family of 4 to use as a base camp for a week in Moab. We loved using the hot tub at night to relax after a day of hiking in the national parks. It was really nice that the living room TV had multiple streaming services available for the kids to watch during downtime. It was also super convenient that the house was fully stocked with soap, tp, towels and linens. We did have one issue that the hot tub wasn't working the first day we were there, but after a quick exchange of texts with the support team they had scheduled someone to come out to fix it and it was working by the time we got back from a day of hiking. The support team was super responsive and helpful.

We spent a week here over Thanksgiving with our family (2 adults, 2 kids and grandparents). We had plenty of space to spread out and everyone enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes. Garage was nice for gear and bike storage. Kids loved the hot tub.

We still talk about how wonderful the home was. Spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We were able use both the kitchen appliances and outdoor grill with ease.The place is a 5 minute walk from main street and the Food Truck Park. The hot tub was a welcomed perk after a long day of hiking. We parked our car in the garage and out of the sun. The cute backyard was great for watching sunsets.We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent experience at this rental! Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The management team was amazing! There was an issue with the watering system and the response was very quick. They had someone out to fix it within an hour. Would definitely recommend staying here!
