Cozy home 4 BR- Perfect Getaway!

Lay out of house is awesome - outdoor area amazing. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Rental was great. Only issue we had were the beds were too hard. Was very cozy for a couples weekend and would be more than enough room for anyone with a family.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. It was a great location and was in a great neighborhood that had some good amenities. The location of the house was nestled in a little wooded area and felt private. The hot tub and outdoor area was perfect for our group in the evenings. The house itself was pretty dated and not exactly the cleanest. It was very musty and we noticed some areas of mold which was a little concerning because we had young children. The carpets definitely need replaced and there are small things throughout the house that need replaced (front door, door locks, upstairs bathroom). The biggest issue we had that we didnt realize upon booking was the place has no AC so staying in hot weather was not ideal and the house got pretty muggy feeling. Overall we enjoyed our stay and werr happy with the location and the fact that we all had our own rooms. Our group would rate it 3.5/5 stars.
