Beautiful beachfront home. Very communicative owner. We rented both the main house plus the lower level which gave us 7 bedrooms- perfect for all of us adults, whether coupled or not. Kitchen was well stocked with appropriate supplies to cook. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were very nice. Lots of great family time at the beach. Thank you Simin!

We loved our stay! This property felt more like visiting a friend’s home than a typical rental — warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The ocean views were absolutely stunning with plenty of outdoor (and indoor) seating. The home was clean, cozy, and full of personal touches that made it feel inviting. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back.

It’s pretty rare for something to be better than advertised and this home is. For our family, the layout and amenities were perfect. There’s enough space for everyone to be together or off on their own. It’s clean and well kept. The owner is easy to reach and communicate with and was very accommodating to our requests. I can’t say enough good about him or the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

This property was over the top beautiful. The photos dont do it justice. The beds were very comfortable, the living space was great for our family of 8. The proximity from the house to the ocean couldn't have been better! Everyone enjoyed the house and area thoroughly. Communication with the hosts was easy. When we arrived Simin and her husband were there to greet us, which was lovely. We are all home now and still talking about our time at Seaside Sanctuary!
