had to wait one hour for check in. front desk informs no such booking. india customer service toll free gave me a usa a no, had to make a 14 minute call incl wait time put on hold finally was told hotel fully booked and giving refunf of booking. I was put through consdierable inconvienec and had to find place to sleep at short notice: expect some kind of compensatioon. also over seas call + 14 minites please re emburse cost

Staff needs to be more fluent in English and washrooms needs more updated. Otherwise we had good time during our stay. Very convenient location to shop around and buffet was really nice.
