Excellent location, clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful corner room, friendly host and quick communication, room as pictured, overall very happy! Things to note for travelers: This really is not a hotel- There is no reception and everything is done via text/WhatsApp. Having service and these apps are a must for communication, though communication with the host was instant. No elevator, but rooms are only 1 floor above. Storing luggage is a trust system since there is no staff and it's stored in a closet within the locked shared rooms - we had no issues. Breakfast is around the corner at a cafe with a free coffee, juice, and pastry provided.

Room was very clean with nice touches such as drinks in fridge, somewhere to leave luggage. Breakfast in nice cafe. Host was available via what’s app on arrival and very helpful on check in. Would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you. Only issue was with the wi-fi which was poor.

Safe and secure. Close walking to all of the sights. Beautiful modern room. The recommendations for restaurants was so very helpful. We wish check out was later than 10:00am as the luggage closet was full and we had to take our luggage around town for a few hours. Alec was extremely helpful.

Great location in the heart of Pisa. Operated more like an apartment than a hotel, although this didn’t bother us. The host is friendly and replies pretty much instantly over the phone / SMS. Clean and tidy, wonderfully decorated with all amenities Would recommend to anyone staying in Pisa!

Central Pisa, great location. Clean and lovely. No communication before I chased it so don’t forget to contact in advance, which I did but very quick responses the few hours before we flew out. Host was there to meet us and was very friendly and helpful, sent guides and discount codes via WhatsApp. Very useful. Lovely small breakfast across the road, pastry coffee and juice - plenty for breakfast. Great facilities of coffee machines, water, umbrellas (on our very wet first day) etc in the main lobby of b&b. In residential block but great soundproofing as we didn’t hear a sound, even though a protest was taking place round the corner both evenings, we didn’t know till we walked out the building. Lovely little balcony and fab bathroom. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Goede communicatie, via whatsapp bereikbaar, reageert snel. Bij probleem met afvoer van douche, de volgende dag al komen oplossen. Mooie nette kamer en badkamer. Badkamer was voor ons persoonlijk wel wat krap, maar we hadden dan ook de kleinste kamer gekozen. Altijd fris water, koffie en thee aanwezig in de inkom. Ook strijkijzer en strijkplank. Zeer attente host.

Traveling internationally made it impossible to get the check-in code on my phone and there was no phone number to call to get it so we were stuck on the street at check-in time. Just happened to catch the cleaning lady and she gave us the code. The Mgr. did come by later in the evening and said they had tried to send code but code should be sent via email at least 48 hours in advance. When traveling it is difficult to get internet and cell phone service so need at least 48 hours in advance to ensure delivery of code.

A great location. It was a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and 20 minute walk to the train station. The room was clean spacious and beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom. The host was very helpful and informative.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The location is phenomenal; you won't find a better place. It's in the middle of everything, within walking distance of the train, highly recommended shops and restaurants, and a 7-minute walk to the tower. The host was easy to contact, and the check-in process was straightforward. The place felt genuinely safe, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The other guests were respectful, and there was no noise after 10:00 PM. This host offered tea and coffee, which was a cozy touch and much appreciated. The rooms are just as pictured and accurately represent the cozy, well-decorated rooms you will receive. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect firmness. Lastly, I gave this place four stars instead of five because of the housekeeping. The linens and towels were clean, and the place was tidy and smelled fresh; however, immediately, I noticed an open, half-consumed can of Coke Zero in the mini-fridge and an open bag of half-eaten crackers left on the table under the television, as well as a cork from a champagne bottle on the floor, which felt a bit unsanitary. In the bathroom, the cup on the sink left was quite dirty, having old tooth past scum all over and long black hairs. These are not faults of the room; they are just issues that require more attention and care.

I can’t recommend La Lu Cozy Rooms 2 highly enough, my wife and I have had a lovely 2 night break in Pisa. The apartment was all we could have asked for, it was really well furnished, spotlessly clean with some nice little touches. The apartment was also very well sited for the main attractions and there are numerous good restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Check-in information was clear and we were sent a guide of Pisa which was very helpful. When we checked out we required a taxi to the airport and Luisa kindly offered and booked it for us. Excellent all round.

Rent og pent rom. Enkelt å komme seg hit og å låse seg inn. Rommet ligger i et stille og fint område. Eneste minus er at rommet er utrolig lytt. Man kan høre alt fra gangen utenfor. Bortsett fra det hadde vi et supert opphold her.

This property was awesome! Lots of detail to the room and was very clean and the bed was great. Alex our host was incredible! He was quick to message us and to reply to any of our questions. He even went above and beyond and book a taxi for us back to the airport. Highly recommend this place!

Conveniently located near Leaning Tower, but not staffed - unsure how to get more toilet paper. We didn’t realize the window was left open in the room until the next morning - noisy (drunk singer at 2am, garbage truck at 4am, street sweeper, ...) and got gnats buzing our heads.

We had such a lovely time away in Pisa, this is a great place to stay and the location was good too. Things to note that it's a self check in. You have to let them know yoru arrival time 24 hours before. On departure you need to leave some money for city tax (i forgot and had to transfer it after leaving). They owners are contactable on whatsapp but it took over 24 hours to get a response

Great hotel in a good location. Everything was really easy, all instructions sent via WhatsApp on check in day and really clear, with quick responses to any queries. The room was really well appointed, comfy bed with nice new bathroom, everything spotlessly clean and we appreciated the little touches like coffee pods, a free soft drink and the bathroom amenities. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were in Pisa. Location is great too, some really nice bars and restaurants within a short walk and we found the room quiet on the night we stayed (midweek).

Lovely room in a great location. Close to the tower and lots of restaurants. Breakfast is in a really nice coffee shop/restaurant nearby. It was so nice we went back later in the day for a coffee before returning to the airport to fly home. One word of warning - we had trouble getting a cab to the airport and had to walk from the hotel to the train station to get a cab. It's an 11 minute walk, and it's something that you might want to bear in mind. Apparently there is only one cab company in Pisa and they don't always respond to requests to collect people from hotels! Not a criticism of La Lu Cozy Rooms at all, but it made the journey home more stressful than we had envisaged.

Room was comfortable and clean in a great location. Luisa was approachable and helpful. Very convenient location and easy access to the main attractions and transport links. Breakfast was of good quality but a hot drink, juice and pastry is not really sufficient. However i would certainly recommend this as a base for your stay in Pisa.

L’appartement est bien situé, en très bon état, et bien entretenu. Cependant il faisait très froid dans la salle de bain, le sol était glacial, même si le radiateur était au max. Notre grande déception a été le petit déjeuner qui est servi dans un café à côté. Clairement quand vous venez avec le ticket pour le petit déjeuner, vous êtes clairement mal vu, et traité différemment. Même pas de couverts contrairement aux autres clients ! Le petit déjeuner ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos ! Le prix que nous avons payé n’est pas du tout en ligne avec l’expérience.

A lovely room in a great location about a 10 minute stroll from the Duomo/Tower "complex". Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check in information was provided on the day we were checking in and Luisa was very helpful and understanding when I struggled to get some information to her. Many restaurants close by and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was a good start to the day. Cases were left for a couple of hours on our day of departure, no security but it was in a cupboard in the entrance hallway of the "complex" behind a locked door. Thanks Luisa for all your help.

It’s definitely the best property we have stayed in Italy! It’s very high level, modern, wonderfully designed, with good-quality materials, very new, spotless and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the centre by all attraction and the leaning tower just 10 min away. And the breakfast is probably in the best cafe in town! And the host is very friendly and gave us really useful local recommendations. If in doubt where to stay, stay here.

Es una apartamento adaptado a un Hotel, no tiene recepción y las instrucciones son como seguir las pistas de blue para hacer el check in, si llegas cansado puede que no puedas interpretar las instrucciones del check in, sin embargo Marta es muy paciente, el lugar es limpio y moderno, huele muy bien y es acogedor, debes desayunar fuera de la propiedad a unos 3 min, el desayuno es una tostada café y jugo pero realmente delicioso. La cama es confortable y está muy cerca de la torre… en general es muy bueno.
