No Bar, Cafe or Restaurant on site. Was told it had a Cafe that would be open till 10pm, but when I visited at 8pm it was closed. Lights off! Couldn't get anything to drink so ended up drinking Tap water with ice.

We enjoyed our stay and felt OSA offered above the bare minimum, it was good value, comfortable and in a decent location. We were disappointed to learn that the restaurant was closed but we would love to return when the renovation has been completed. Many Thanks.

We had a great stay. Near the airport. A shop and bar is a 2 min walk away, which is great. Breakfast at the cafe on site was amazing. Our only complaint was the water in the shower wasn't always hot, depending on the time of day, but that was pretty minor. Staff were very friendly, and the ocean view and breeze was incredible.

Ocean Spray Apartments was one of the most amazing stays we had at Barbados. The view to the Ocean was fantastic, we rented a studio room and were not left disappointed. The studio had all the amenities interms of utensils and we self catered so it was perfect. The check in experience was amazing Rochelle and Jas were great and provided us great recommendations on the local area and things to do nearby. I was a bit worried looking at the reviews but you need to understand that this is not a 5* all-inclusive resort, but rather an apart hotel, so please keep this in mind when you book. The place is perfect if you want to stay at a nice quiet place but amazingly close to the sea and definitely value for money. The nice surprise was that they had housekeeping, which was wonderful and not something you get in other apartments. There is good public transport links close to the property but I would highly recommend renting a car to enjoy this location fully as it may seem slightly isolated otherwise. We met the owner, Mr.Patel who was very warm and welcoming. He explained to us the future upgrades they are making (Restaurant and a pool) which will really elevate the place and we can't wait to return. Overall I would highly recommend a stay there, particularly if you research the area well and have planned your visit.

I would say property basic and remote. There was not any options for food as no restaurant. No breakfast lunch or dinner options. We used the property next door for meals. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Friendly staff, great restaurant about a block away. OK place to stay if you don't need a pool, but very hot and humid in Barbados! Fine if you need an inexpensive place to stay. No refunds after booking, so if you may need to cancel it is a gamble!

Room was clean. Amenities were okay but they couldn’t provide even one time tea or coffee bags. No dinning facilities. Not even a dispenser machine for water or drinks. Waiting area space but no comfortable chairs or sofa for early check in clients to comfortably sit and relax. Wait area restroom was dirty. This place needs lots of improvements to do. It does has a beautiful ocean front which is why I had booked my stay there. The website has pictures of a restaurant but it in still not functioning. Website should be updated immediately so that no other clients has to write what I have written. Very nice location which should be utilised properly to attract customers.

Ocean Spray Apartments are the very essence of a hidden gem! The room was very clean and comfortable, and gave us the closest balcony view of the ocean we’d ever seen on land. The manager, Sharon, was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious and an excellent value. There was plenty of comfortable seating in both sunny and shady locations, and the ocean breezes can’t be beat. We can’t say enough positive things about Ocean Spray Apartments. 10 out of 10!!

Gorgeous views. However, the sheets were stained and I just didn’t feel clean. I slept in my clothes. Also, there is no warm or hot water which sucks when you want to wash away the days troubles. I loved the doors to the patio, however French doors would be more stunning. Lastly, because there isn’t much around as far as food is concerned so a little shop, convenient store, or something would be nice.

The hotel needs major updating. The room was not clean . I could not even sleep. There. The drain in shower had old stuff in it. And it was 3 bars of soap from previous ppl . Not even a 1/2 roll of tissue. I have pictures of it all. An again the pictures are deceiving. My flesh crawl all not

The parking lot needs paving badly. I found false lashes in my bed which was creepy. However, I like the staff (older male guy in particular). He was extremely kind and helpful. The other lady that we got at checkout needs some customer service training. Overall, the stay wasn't unpleasant. There were just small details that needed addressing.

The property could do away with the dated kitchen and bathroom as it takes away the expected excitement of a beach resort. The location is splendid for those who prefer the quieter space and it worked well for us. Easy access to local transport, shops but no eatery. The locals are helpful but they won’t offer until to ask.

The staff were friendly and responsive. The place was clean. That was most important to me. It is a bit out of the way but If you don’t mind a 5-7 walk to the bus route to town and the beaches- you’ll be fine. A grocery stores is 4 minutes walking. I don’t consider the swimmable area the most attractive. I like the ocean view but it can be loud - it is nature. The grounds were simple but nice. Overall I would stay again because it was a no frills independent traveler setup.

I was upset about the room when we arrived, bc it looks NOTHING like what I saw online. No colorful decor/linen at all… everything was white. It was kinda scary at first… then we just made the best of our stay after we saw the ocean view, that was the best part. There were no place to get food, no atm, no snack machine, etc. The bed online stated that it was Tempur-pedic and it was the worse bed I ever slept on. Some days we didn’t have hot water. Again, besides the ocean view it’s nothing good I can say about this property.

I stayed at this property for two nights and three days. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed and a garden view. Upon arrival at this property, I was surprised to see how dated it looked. The pictures on the Internet looked a little bit more vibrant than what I saw in person. Due to certain flight delays, I managed to get on an earlier flight to Barbados; therefore, I arrived much earlier than the check in time. Rochelle was at the front desk when I arrived and graciously allowed an early check in (1.5 hrs early). I was very happy about this as it was a laboring travel experience, and I was ready to get a shower and relax a bit before an event. Rochelle was friendly and professional. She answered our questions. She let us know that we can reach out at any time if we had any other questions or concerns, and she escorted us to the location of our room. The apartments are not bad and served their purpose but they are pretty dated and do not include some of the standard items you would expect in a regular hotel. The room had towels but no washcloths. There was a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator but no microwave. There are also no phones in the room. There is an okay view from the balcony. It is called a garden view. You can also see the ocean in the distance. As already mentioned, my overall stay was good as this property served its purpose; however, some renovations are needed to bring it up to par to standard accommodations.

Avoid at all costs. The hotel was grossly misrepresented and misleadingly advertised on Expedia’s website. Upon arrival it was clear that our room was nowhere near the standard of those advertised. That state of the room was frankly shocking. There was no suitable lighting in our apartment, which resulted in my partner and I having to get ready for our evening meal in near total darkness. There were no working plug sockets in the bathroom and none, incredibly, in the kitchen (with the exception of the plug to which the refrigerator was connected) which meant we had to connect basic amenities such as the toaster and kettle on the living room floor. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms, a room which conveniently had a huge fan situated within which insinuates to me the management of the property knew there was an existing issue. The microwave did was completely broken. Overall the apartment was disgustingly dirty with questionable white stains on the living room sofa. The bathroom and kitchen were grimy and made for uncomfortable living. We stayed one night before complaining to the front desk of our experience. The staff were unhelpful to say the least and unintelligible to put it mildly. When we showed the manager Rosha the pictures of the hotel that were used to advertise, she stated that the pictures were of one of their best rooms and, therefore, not be representative of the hotel. The maintenance Manager Ravi was unintelligible and aggressive.

Property is located in a remote area. It’s like no man land. I booked to stay for two nights and arrived at 6:00pm. No one was available at front desk. Even no guest was there too. I left and reserved another hotel for my trip. When I came back to US I called Expedia and complained about the issue. Hotel refused to refund my money. Not recommended anyone to go this property.

I left and reserved another hotel for my trip. When I came back to US I called Expedia and complained about the issue. Hotel refused to refund my money. Not recommended anyone to go this property.

Customer service was excellent and they acted on feedback promptly to ensure my stay was comfortable.I enjoyed my visit to Barbados immensely because of all the touring tips I was given by Rochelle at the front desk and she was outstanding! The property owner was also very thoughtful and hospitable. I would recommend this venue for anyone who wants great ocean views with good service for a reasonable price.

They overbooked so didn’t have our rooms. They said they found us 4 rooms in another hotel. When we got there they only had 3 rooms. One couple had to go to another place which was very poor.

We were allowed to check in early, since the room had already been cleaned. This was important, since there is absolutely NOTHING else to do in the area. The "restaurant" was closed, since it was Sunday. The 3-bedroom apartment was upstairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The front desk person was very helpful in showing us to our apartment, and in carrying our luggage up the stairs. The apartment itself could do with a good "refresh". Each of the three bedrooms had a separate air conditioning unit, which was nice. The main part of the apartment is NOT air conditioned, so it got quite warm. There are two bathrooms, both of which have seen better days. There were no towels in the bathrooms, and the ones that were left in the bedrooms weren\'t the most absorbent, but they were useable. If you are staying here for an extended period of time, be sure to come prepared with groceries for your stay. The small store in Inch Marlowe has a few staples, but it would require a car or a bus trip to get to Oistins, where the nearest well-stocked supermarket is located. If you\'re looking for a beach location, this is NOT it. Right next to the water, but more of a surfing or rock fishing location.

The apartments themselves are really nice- well appointed, right beside the ocean, and the staff were friendly. However be warned- there are no restaurants or cafes within walking distance!

We had a great stay. Near the airport. A shop and bar is a 2 min walk away, which is great. Breakfast at the cafe on site was amazing. Our only complaint was the water in the shower wasn't always hot, depending on the time of day, but that was pretty minor. Staff were very friendly, and the ocean view and breeze was incredible.

The staff were friendly and responsive. The place was clean. That was most important to me. It is a bit out of the way but If you don’t mind a 5-7 walk to the bus route to town and the beaches- you’ll be fine. A grocery stores is 4 minutes walking. I don’t consider the swimmable area the most attractive. I like the ocean view but it can be loud - it is nature. The grounds were simple but nice. Overall I would stay again because it was a no frills independent traveler setup.

Cannot swim there as rocky and sargassum on sandy beach. Generally an isolated location. Location is 25mins from town and can catch the number 11 bus into town. Taxis expensive $100 Barbados dollars. Bus is $3.50 one way

No Bar, Cafe or Restaurant on site. Was told it had a Cafe that would be open till 10pm, but when I visited at 8pm it was closed. Lights off! Couldn't get anything to drink so ended up drinking Tap water with ice.

We enjoyed our stay and felt OSA offered above the bare minimum, it was good value, comfortable and in a decent location. We were disappointed to learn that the restaurant was closed but we would love to return when the renovation has been completed. Many Thanks.

I would say property basic and remote. There was not any options for food as no restaurant. No breakfast lunch or dinner options. We used the property next door for meals. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Ocean Spray Apartments are the very essence of a hidden gem! The room was very clean and comfortable, and gave us the closest balcony view of the ocean we’d ever seen on land. The manager, Sharon, was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious and an excellent value. There was plenty of comfortable seating in both sunny and shady locations, and the ocean breezes can’t be beat. We can’t say enough positive things about Ocean Spray Apartments. 10 out of 10!!

I was upset about the room when we arrived, bc it looks NOTHING like what I saw online. No colorful decor/linen at all… everything was white. It was kinda scary at first… then we just made the best of our stay after we saw the ocean view, that was the best part. There were no place to get food, no atm, no snack machine, etc. The bed online stated that it was Tempur-pedic and it was the worse bed I ever slept on. Some days we didn’t have hot water. Again, besides the ocean view it’s nothing good I can say about this property.

The reason to visit here is because of the view, waves and trade winds. We loved the crashing of the waves. Overall it was a good stay. They did not have wash cloths. Bring your own. Also, they need more soap. Somewhat dated. Breakfast was good.
