The hotel location is good. 5mins on foot from Haizhu Square MRT exit F. Walkable to Beijing Lu and Yide Lu where you can find cheap dried food and snack. There is massage on level 7 which the price is reasonable. But the staff at the concierge are not friendly and helpful except Ben and Tony. The 2 gentlemen were willing to help us to solve our problem when we encountered issues in the room.

Very spacious room. Good room amenities and views but swimming pool very small. Provides free water bottles everyday. Location convenient to trains and buses. Cleaning crew straighten out sheets but don't replace it daily for you if you don't request. Good customer service. Would recommend this.

L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Rivière des Perles et non loin de Beijin Road et des quartiers anciens. Un accès au métro de Canton par escalator se situe près de l'hôtel (de l'autre côté du parc qui borde l'hôtel). Communication en anglais difficile d'une façon générale. Le restaurant du petit déjeuner se situe au 39e étage. Beaucoup de choix côté cuisine chinoise et un peu du côté occidental (néanmoins jus de fruit, café, confiture, toast et croissant). Plusieurs restaurant dans l'hôtel accessible depuis l'accueil. Point NOIR: la literie ! Un matelas qui est un vrai trampoline. Lorsque l'un bouge l'autre saute ! en prime la couette a été taillée à l'exacte largeur du lit si bien qu'une fois deux personnes installées cette couette est ouverte des deux bords. Malgré une demande renouvelée d'améliorer la chose la responsable de la réception "nous a envoyés balader". Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement pour cette dernière raison.

the property location is only 5 mins walk to Beijing road, the subway is just across the road and easy to get around. those who want to catch the coach to HK is right next to the hotel. the higher floor offer river view. the room cleaning service is super quick and efficient you don't need to wait until late afternoon to have your room clean. Location is great. Very close to the Pearl River. There is a green park across from the hotel. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. However there is always someone smoking at our floor lifts lobby early morning and in evening. Mentioned two occasions to the front desk, but there is still someone smoking on the day we check out.
