Bel établissement situé dans un quartier calme à distance raisonnable du centre historique. Personnel agréable. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner avec du choix et qualitatif, le café est excellent ! La cerise sur le gâteau est la piscine fortement appréciée après une journée sous 40 degrés. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

My mom and I had an amazing time at the villa! The place is very magical and keeps its charm while also having all modern commodities. We really enjoyed the easy check in experience with codes which made it easy to also come in and out. The parking was super convenient (we had a jeep renegade and it was a tight fit but we made it in and out multiple times). The staff was so nice and accommodating. The new pool looked amazing so I will make sure that I have time on my next visit to enjoy it as well. Will definitely be coming back

O local é uma mansão que foi transformada em hotel, portanto os quartos são grandes, com banheiros excelentes e decoração vintage. Possui uma grande piscina (que não usamos por estar no inverno mas que parece muito útil no verão) e uma recepção com café à vontade. As funcionárias foram muito receptivas e agradáveis. Único ponto a destacar é que há diversas portas e é preciso lembrar senhas pra entrar, mas basta anotá-las e tudo certo.

Loved it here! Great area, just outside of the busy part of the city but not to far away from anything! Lovely pool, nice terrace and really lovely and helpful staff! One small thing, the AC was not working due to a seasonal change so the room was boiling - but the staff provided us with a fan when we requested one which was great! Thanks for the great holiday

Our stay at Villa Tortorelli was just perfect. We had one of standard rooms but it was lovely and plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We loved the traditional Italian decor with ornate light fittings and furniture. The AC worked well and kept us cool in the heat. The pool and pool area are really well looked after and it’s so nice to come back to after a day of walking around Florence. We had breakfast both mornings which is a mix of bread, pastries and continental (plus some eggs and sausages too). The hotel is secure and so easy to come and go as you please. If you want peace and tranquility in the heart of Florence I fully recommend Villa Tortorelli.

Ett ljuvligt bed and breakfast med fantastisk personal som fick oss att känna oss hemma. Allt var fräscht. Takterrassen så mysig med fin utsikt! Okej frukost. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende i ett mysigt kvarter med närliggande mysiga restauranger.

This was a such a hidden gem. So quiet, clean, and had such beautiful wallpaper throughout. The windows had beautiful views and the shower was spacious (a rarity in Italy).

Building is not staffed. Door lock was broken to my room. Water was not running. Not even towels in my room. Hallways are dark and unsafe, motion sensors to activate lights did not properly work. There was no staff on site to help address the issue. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience and I made other arrangements with a new hotel as fast as I could. Shocked the hotel description was so misleading.

First off we loved our property and room. It was a beautiful and relaxing stay. Me and my wife ended up getting really bad food poisoning from dinner, and the staff was so helpful with getting us medical assistance and providing options for us to stay if needed since we missed our train. 5 Stars so well deserved

Do not hesitate to book! The staff was courteous and went above and beyond, specially Alicia, she was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, the location is close enough where you can walk places and there’s a park right across the street which is a plus if you’re traveling with kids. Will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Florence!

Building is not staffed. Door lock was broken to my room. Water was not running. Not even towels in my room. Hallways are dark and unsafe, motion sensors to activate lights did not properly work. There was no staff on site to help address the issue. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience and I made other arrangements with a new hotel as fast as I could. Shocked the hotel description was so misleading.

Volvería sin pensarlo.¡Hotel con encanto!

Do not hesitate to book! The staff was courteous and went above and beyond, specially Alicia, she was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, the location is close enough where you can walk places and there’s a park right across the street which is a plus if you’re traveling with kids. Will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Florence!

What a beautiful place to vacation. It’s a bit outside of downtown but oh so quiet. The 23, 32 and 6 buses will take you to and from train station. C3 and C4 buses will get you around down by Duomo. We walked 5-8 miles daily, but that’s what we like to do. Florence is very clean compared to when I went as a kid at 17.

Such a lovely place to stay. Great room, lots of space and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Great location, in a quiet area but everything accessible within about 10minutes walk. Nice to have a pool for a rest and a dip too. Would recommend and will stay again if visiting Florence

Ett ljuvligt bed and breakfast med fantastisk personal som fick oss att känna oss hemma. Allt var fräscht. Takterrassen så mysig med fin utsikt! Okej frukost. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende i ett mysigt kvarter med närliggande mysiga restauranger.

Our stay at Villa Tortorelli was just perfect. We had one of standard rooms but it was lovely and plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We loved the traditional Italian decor with ornate light fittings and furniture. The AC worked well and kept us cool in the heat. The pool and pool area are really well looked after and it’s so nice to come back to after a day of walking around Florence. We had breakfast both mornings which is a mix of bread, pastries and continental (plus some eggs and sausages too). The hotel is secure and so easy to come and go as you please. If you want peace and tranquility in the heart of Florence I fully recommend Villa Tortorelli.

Lovely swimming pool and great location. The room was big and the staff were really friendly. They organised a late check out for us which was great. Excellent parking in the centre of Florence. Although the pool is lovely, there are no amenities such as bar or restaurant. The shower was really low, my husband just about fit! Overall a nice stay.

We arrived around 6pm to check in and no staff was present, which made the process a little complicated - it would have been easier if we were just sent one link/document with all relevant information related to our stay, including information on how to lock the door. In terms of the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, and the soaps provided were tiny (and only shampoo was provided, no conditioner). Other than that, great location and lovely pool area. Breakfast was good as well!
