The food was the same all the time never changes and had limited option's. Softly drink were not offred for breakfast. Air conditioner was not worling and hot water went in and out. My mother in laws room jad tbathroom ceilings almost fall on her becaue it came down.. th. For the price that they chargerwd i expect more .

Belle hôtel, nourriture très bonne. Le personnel de l’hôtel sont merveilleux et très gentil. Pas de stationnement à l’hôtel mais facile sur la rue. Il manque un réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

El servicio de meseros es muy bueno. Los alimentos pueden mejorar. El hotel es cómodo y no muy grande, a pie de playa, lo que resulta cómodo para personas mayores. Deben cuidar a no permitir el acceso de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas en botellas de vidrio y no cuidan que la gente las recoja., así como basura. Le falta estacionamiento así que ese es un problema porque ofrecen el de sus otros hoteles y están lejos. Llegando las 12 del día no permiten permanecer en las instalaciones.

Way over priced for what you get, to add on a child it was almost the same as getting another room. Food is whatever, toilets smelled so bad when you flushed them, tvs don’t have wifi only cable. Staff was rude. I would not stay here again.

Great location, quiet, food was delicious, friendly staff, and clean. Bed was too hard as well as pillows. Plastic bed cover under sheets and pillow covers. Staff accommodated with mattress topper. Enjoyed our vacation regardless!

Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

Well the beds are terrible and the pillows even worse !! If you don’t get a good sleep you won’t have a good vacation!! Food was just barely acceptable out of eggs at breakfast!! Mostly Mexican food which is ok !! Not much to pick from as far as food !! Staff was excellent!! I used a blanket from the closet to put under me to soften the bed !! Bring a pillow ,the pillows are like beach balls and like hard plastic!! 17 days of this !!

Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. Great location, quiet, food was delicious, friendly staff, and clean. Bed was too hard as well as pillows. Plastic bed cover under sheets and pillow covers. Staff accommodated with mattress topper. Enjoyed our vacation regardless!

Well the beds are terrible and the pillows even worse !! If you don’t get a good sleep you won’t have a good vacation!! Food was just barely acceptable out of eggs at breakfast!! Mostly Mexican food which is ok !! Not much to pick from as far as food !! Staff was excellent!! I used a blanket from the closet to put under me to soften the bed !! Bring a pillow ,the pillows are like beach balls and like hard plastic!! 17 days of this !!

The staff can’t speak English, the staff are unfriendly they walk around looking mad all day every day! The food was horrible. Food is always cold! The maid service was horrible! The beds are uncomfortable. Never ever will we return!

The property lacks air conditioning. Seeing how hot it gets there. The column area need air conditioning. The lounge chairs on the beach are extremely dirty and there trash everywhere. I asked several different employees to clean and the never did. I had issues with my shower head it kept shutting down. The blue towels the loan you do the beach - people would take them from the lounge chairs then the hotel wants to bill you for them. The food was not up to expectations. I was expecting real homemade Mexican food. The ladies in the reception area had an attitude when I approached them with issues. Safe to say that I will never be returning to that hotel. The beach water is not Cretan Clear like Cabo. I was saddened

El hotel es aceptable, la comida es rica, las bebidas también y hay variedad. El personal atento y las habitaciones limpias. Recomiendo ir en temporada baja ya que cuando hay mucha gente la playa está muy sucia 😓
