The property was average/okay. Ideally, if you want to serve all people, a small elevator would be a great investment. Not compatible with anyone with mobile health issues or seniors over 70. 14 stairs is a lot when you have to carry your luggage and then walk a very long hallway to your room. On the bright side, a very comfortable bed, lots of pillows and a good sleep.

The property was fine. The buidling is old and there was no elevator, but considering the age of the building, the room was clean and comfortable. There was nothing extraordinary or bad about the location or its grounds. The free breakfast was basic but appreciated.

Spotless, comfortable rooms and a nice hotel. Not giving 5 stars because it's expected not to have a clog in the bath and sink drain for the amount we paid. Please resolve such issues to avoid any inconvenience

There was a small cockroach walking on the carpet. There was a pool of water by the bathtub when I checked in. When I told the receptionist, she said it’s fine maybe the cleaners forgot to wipe it down. Then she added that she wasn’t a plumber. So I myself wiped it with a towel. Bad experience.

Room smelled old and musty when we walked in. The couch was stained and looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. The chair pads were stained and dirty. The air conditioner did not work properly. Booked 3 nights, stayed one. The staff were great and understanding.

Place was run down, while waiting to check in the person at the counter was running down Expedia, and that they were the worst ones to book with. When it was my turn to check in I gave her my name and she looked in the computer and saw that I had booked through Expedia. She didn’t know what to say then she told me that there was no microwave nor mini fridge in the room as it is posted on their website that there is. Then she told me that the phones in the room did not work and haven’t worked for about four months. I told her I couldn’t believe that it was a safe not to have telephones working if there was ever an emergency and had to call 911. She said that they were in no rush to repair the phones. I was very disappointed with the room as we found a few ants in the room. Would NEVER stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Quick check-in & out. Lots of options for continental breakfast (included). Staff great at making sure always coffee ready to go, and quickly replaced any items that ran out. That said, weird room layout—only one bed-side table? A/C worked well, but a little noisy (rattle).

Front desk was top notch. Super helpful. Had to cancel the second night of our stay due to unforseen circumstances after Expedia 4pm deadline. They accomodated us with full refund. Great customer service.

Room was not ready when we checked in. There was multiple people that were also waiting for their rooms to be cleaned as they didn’t have enough staff scheduled. The light in the bathroom didn’t work properly, the air conditioner was musty and hadn’t been cleaned and the wallpaper was coming away from the walls. The door keys did not work on multiple times and the they shut them off after 1 day even though we had stayed for 2. The girl on days was nice when we arrived but the other staff woman was very rude to me and my family. I understand that we booked into a thrifty hotel chain but cutting costs by letting the facility go to hell and not keeping up with linens will not get customers to come back. If you do stay book on the ground floor or you will be forced to park way away from the building. If I could have left and moved to another hotel I would have but it being summer we were left with no options but to deal with the poor service.

She had the best suggestions for restaurants, local must sees and other sites not to be missed during our stay. The location was central to lots of the sites we wanted to see. Our room was very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, had a great sleep and it was very quiet. The breakfast was included with great choices.

Joanna was the best front desk clerk I have encountered. I have stayed in many hotels around the world with excellent personnel, but Joanna was truly the top. She provided wonderful service and hospitality during our stay. She and my wife became Facebook friends.

Great sliding door right off the parking lot to the room. really close to shopping and restaurants and reception gave great directions to things we planned to see. Bed was great. Breakfast was an added bonus to get us on the way quickly.

What a fabulous experience at the Travelodge in Bridgewater! The hotel itself was nice and breakfast was good, but what really set them apart was their staff. Every single staff member we encountered, whether front desk or housekeeping, was outrageously kind and helpful. They made us truly feel like it was our home away from home for our 6 night stay. The location was a great jumping off point for all of our day trips and conveniently located across from a gas station and pharmacy. Could not recommend this hotel more!!!

The staff were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is definitely dated, but the warmth of the welcome made up for this. Breakfast offered some great gluten free options, which was much appreciated. We would be happy to go back.

Amazing staff that are respectful, professional and very friendly and upbeat. Our only suggestion is to have a larger breakfast area with hot items, such as scrambled eggs, or perhaps bring in a waffle making machine. The current usage hot boiled eggs that come packaged in brine is simply not acceptable, and we believe guests deserve better, healtbier options
