Nicest hotel room I have stayed in!!! Very comfortable, laid out nicely, bar and speakeasy in the hotel. We were also able to have breakfast at the cafe in the hotel in the morning. Very delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

Other than one elevator not working and working slow, the building is beautiful and location walkable to everything near downtown area . Will be my go to spot from now on even though a little pricier than other hotels. But worth it.

Classy and elegant hotel with a rich history in a convenient location. Room was clean, spacious & nicely designed. Also, dinner at Glenn’s Cafe (short rib entree) was delicious! However, definitely some lapses and misses when it came to Service esp given the price and reputation. Note: There’s an $18 charge for Self Parking.

A trip to Columbia for us is always a special occasion, so why not treat yourself to the best? I’m sure that I’ve stayed at nicer hotels, but I really can’t remember when! They recently did away with valet parking. Bad move.

This hotel has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of dining options within the hotel and the surrounding area within walking distance. You must have breakfast at the Glen restaurant. There was plenty of street parking and a garage across the street. Valet parking is offered as well.

I love staying at the Tiger Hotel, as it is a great location in Columbia. The staff is always pleasant but it is an older hotel and one of the elevators wasn’t working ( there are only 2)and this was a very busy weekend. That is why I didn’t give it a perfect review… I feel like every time I stay at the Tiger they have some kind of issue like this.

Only stairs. Elevator broke while in it and management did not care. Fell out of tub because of dangerous height. Again management did not care. The management of this hotel seems to be focused on much other things. No staff was on duty to help change sheets at 6 when my daughter got sick so I changed them. Did not offer assistance with ice or towels. Terrible experience.

The most helpful staff person was the bellhop and she was really great. The room itself was moldy and we were unable to stay there - was coughing within a few minutes of entering. I asked if there were any more recently renovated rooms because our experience at other Voco properties had been good - but this carpet did not appear to have been replaced recently. They said no and refused to refund the room even though we were there less than 10 minutes. I had an email conversation going with the management but no response in the past week so I'm submitting the review. I would not recommend staying here nor recommend anyone else do so. They also advertised a patio as part of the room overlooking the town, but it had no view and was next to a giant very loud AC unit - overall I would say their star rating is wrong. 2 at best. We were surprised and will question Voco properties more intensely moving forward.

The rooms are very small and there ate camaras on the patio that connected to our room that we paid extra for. It was kind of creepy that i couldnt enjoy or patio because of the camaras watching!!! I paid $30 extra for a nice breakfast in the morning and didnt even use it. I thought it was ridiculous that i paid for this extra and they said we had to pay for our coffees pr juices. Why pay the extra money for breakfast and we still had to pay even more. This hotel is defintely not worth the money and the extras that i paid for and didnt use. Also all vending machines were broken. The ac/heating in room was super noisy. You would think for a total of $311 for one night for anniversary i would of have enjoyed it but it suck!

My husband and I were in Colymbia for a concert and this hotel is super close to venue. The bed was comfy and room was spacious. The deep bath tub was slow to drain while showering. Very clean and Sydney who checked us in was super sweet and helpful. Great location.

Loved the huge deep bathtub in the room. The outdoor private patio connected to our room was unique but unfortunately not very relaxing as the building next door had a loud air conditioning unit.

So when we went to check in around 5:30pm on a Friday night, there was NO front desk staff to be seen. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to the bar where the Bar guy said it was sales guy doing the check ins and he was helping out in banquets to check us in. Then he told ME to go find the guy in the event so I could check in. Strange!?

I attempted to explain the discrepancy to two of ten Tiger Hotel check-in/out but both replies with vague responses about current demand affecting prior 3rd vendor bookings. Their words were vague, shady & meant to confusion. I spent a an exorbitant amount for one night in a 3-star dated hotel in Columbia, MO. Such a scam.

The service was amazing. From check in to check out you can tell management emphasizes customer service to their employees. Special shout out to Shane who gave us an upgrade. The hotel is beautiful and has a restaurant, a craft brewery, and a coffee shop. It's close to a lot of the nightlife restaurants bars great music seen. Four blocks away from the Katy Trail if you want to bike or hike. I'd say the only downfall was one of the two elevators was out of order and it being a older hotel was a bit slow. But that would be the only issue that I had with our stay there and it was only a minor inconvenience.. I've told all my friends about the place and I will be going back there the next time we are in town.

This particular property greatly dislikes Third-party bookings. I booked on Expedia which is a service I greatly enjoy! When I called the hotel directly to verify my booking before check-in, they were rude and kept referring to the fact that I booked third-party so they would have difficulty accommodating me or answering questions. I spent $1500 on a two night stay with inflated prices for the event I was attending there. Absolutely not worth it. It was a very uncomfortable stay because of the way I was treated for my third-party booking. Also, housekeeping does not make your bed or replace towels during your stay. I will never stay here again. Expedia may want to reconsider offering this on Their website based on the hostility guests receive Who are loyal Expedia customers.

We were in town for a wedding and truly amazed this gem of a hotel was settled in the middle of the Midwest! It had a European boutique vibe. The staff was over accommodating and super friendly. Glenn’s restaurant had quite a variety of bourbon and wine. Location fantastic. Can’t wait to go back again.
