Hôtel récemment rénové, très propre et confortable. Très calme, excellent petit déjeuner.

It looks like a very nice affordable hotel in the center of Bangkok. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and the cleaning stuff is polite! The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Then the problems start, the 2nd night we have a black out in our room and we have to change, ok no big deal, the frigde in the other room doesn't work but they changed it.The next day we book a tour to ayathaya from the reception of the hotel, the tour guide doesn't speak English so we have to search everything in Wikipedia. The tour also had lunch included and the tour guide took us to a "restaurant" with disgusting food and a lot reviews of food poisoning. When we arrive at the hotel and told the situation they didnt care and when we ask for the company name to make a review for them not the hotel they didn't give it to us. The final strike was the next day, we have parked our motorbike in their private security parking with cameras and security guy 24hours, and we find it broke. When we told to the reception they say they dont have footage of this area and the security guy didn't hear or see anything. We called the police and when they came, they find that they have the footage of the incident and it was other client of the hotel that they trowing down of bicycle, but they checked out. As a result we lost 700 bht for a damage we didn't cause.

i like that the place is small, but cozy. the staff have been amazing despite the small space ☺️ here are a few things to take note for travellers coming here: - please bring your own iron because this hotel does not provide one unless asked at the counter. (there is only 1 iron here) - bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste because they don't provide those too. - laundry is available near lilit hotel. the nearby 7-11 store has the basic amenities you need if you forget to bring these. also a good place to stock up snacks while here :) p.s this hotel is a bit far from tourist places and malls, but grab is the way to go.

Personalen var jätte trevliga och serviceminded. De hjälpte mig smidigt att byta rum. Frukost var bra, saknade ost och kall skinka. Området är lugnt och bra, mycket att se. Lätt att ta sig in till centralare delar av Bangkok. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell. Det som saknas är möbler på takterasserna samt avlastningsbord för resväskan. Gillar inte att ha mina kläder i väskan när jag är bortrest i två månader. Mer galgar på rummet hade varit bra också. Annars så har jag inget att klaga på! Vi på detta hotell - hälsning Rum 703A

Very convenient location with fantastic staff and a delicious breakfast! This was our first time visiting Thailand and Thana Wisut really made it a positive and memorable experience!

Modernes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal und stets sauberen Zimmern. Das angebotene Shuttle hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend – jeder findet etwas. Trotz der Nähe zur Khao San Road ist es überraschend ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Wat Saket, die Khao San Road oder der Große Palast sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einzige Minuspunkte: Die Klimaanlage hängt direkt über dem Bett und die nächste Metrostation ist mit fast 4 km doch recht weit entfernt.

Elevator issues in tower B, otherwise fantastic

Helt nyrevorerat/byggt hotell. Öppnade 1mars -23. Snyggt, fräscht, städat, hyfsat stora rum. Supertrevlig personal och hyfsat bra engelsktalande receptionspersonal. För priset vi betalade så trodde vi först att vi tog fel hotell för de var så fint och fräscht. Några bilparkeringar fanns inne på hotellets ägor. Lagom gångavstånd till huvudfestgatan, ca 10min. Bokade t.o.m fler nätter då det var bra läge, fräscht och trevlig personal. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell

Very modern (they just finished building it), very good sound and thermal insulation, very clean. The only thing that should be improved is that the safe is not attached to the wall or included in the room. You have to ask for a safe in reception and they bring it to you...

Newer hotel. Clean rooms. Pleasant personnel. Walking distance to Khaosan Rd and many temples.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for price point. Breakfast was reasonably priced and nice selection of food.

Gute Lage, Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings hatten unsere Handtücher und die Bettwäsche Flecken. Frühstück war okay, etwas wenig Auswahl.

It's a nice hotel, clean and modern. It's located on a side street, so away from traffic, and is a close walk to Khao San Road. Staff are friendly. The biggest issue I encountered was with the drainage in my room, which seemed to be backed up as there was a horrible smell in my bathroom during my stay.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to Khao San Road. 7 Eleven only 2 minutes away. Room is very dark and smells of mould, AC very loud, windows can‘t be opened.

There were small ants and bugs in our room. After telling the staff they sent the cleaning staff. The bugs were gone after the extra cleaning but there was a wierd smell. No hot water in the shower.

Very new and clean hotel in a quiet alley. Very near Khaosan Road. Staff were all very friendly and help. The only things that are lacking is that the hot water system is not very good, the water temperature is inconsistent and i almost showered in cold water throughout. the soundproofing between rooms is bad as well i could literally hear my next door and opp neighbour conversation. Sadly i had a very rowdy neighbour opp unit that parties till 3 am

We can hear all the noise around.

とても清潔で、スタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくれました。ただ壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の人の声がよく聞こえます。寝れないことはありませんが、少し気になります。

En bra upplevelse i stort! Relativt litet rum men fräscht. Stort och fint badrum. Trevlig personal. Hotellet är lokaliserat i centrala Bangkok men upplevdes ligga lite off ändå. Ca 10+ minuters bilväg från diverse sevärdheter etc. Kan rekommendera!

Good place for $45 a night but don't expect a super luxurious stay for that price. Rooms are small and no soap provided in room

Logement très fonctionnel même si légèrement petit si on a de grosses valises. Personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner avec large choix. Les points à améliorer seraient de changer les serviettes qui sont parfois vieilles (déchirées ou plus très blanches) mais tout est tout de même globalement propre. Nous avions une chambre vue ville mais il ne faut pas miser dessus, c’est une vue sur les deux / trois toits les plus à proximité et un mur de bâtiment qui coupe la vue. Lit très confortable et salle de bain fonctionnelle.

We stayed there for a week and initially didn’t include breakfast, but added it later. One day, while we were in the dining area, a staff member publicly confronted us, shouting that we needed to pay first, which was very embarrassing. The next morning, one of us had an early breakfast, and they repeatedly called our room every half hour to demand payment. We explained that we were staying for a week and had already provided a security deposit, so there was no need to treat us as if we were stealing. Additionally, while they did change the sheets, the replacements always had stains. Overall, the staff were not friendly but came across as overly greedy and unprofessional.

Conveniently located hotel with a good breakfast and clean rooms. Hotel reception helped us book a private driver for a day trip to Ayutthaya. We had a fantastic day with the driver. Can only be recommended. Overall we were happy with the stay and would gladly come back.

Good aervice and friendly staff. Couple of times the cleaning staff forgot to replace used towels with fresh ones but all in all good place to land you body at night.

I like overall like their kind staffs and prompts response over my request but in middle of night power went down but a staff didn’t fix the problem until very next morning at checking out.

STAFF MAKES THE DIFFERENCE THEY WERE OUTSTANDING

The staff at this hotel were wonderfully helpful. I took a taxi back from a market and the driver was honest and friendly. He said he could take me to the airport when I leave. I took his name and number. The problem though I could not speak Thai and he could not speak English. I asked a lady (the one with short hair and slim build) at the first desk if she could call the driver to confirm my ride. She took care of it and I was very happy with my ride back to the airport. All in all, everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be traveling to Bangkok again next year and this is the hotel I will be staying.

pésima atención de los recepcionistas desde la hora de llegada donde nos atendieron horrible y donde además solicitamos que nos agendaran el transporte al aeropuerto pues teníamos que salir a las 4 am, nos tomaron todos los datos y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa al hacer el check out donde no agendaron nada, no recomiendo para nada por la pésima atención.

Inconvenient location far away from tourist area. Everytime need to call grab. When busy time I need to wait for one hour to get a grab from Siam Paragon to hotel. Maybe this is peole say what u pay and what u get. Not recommended.

Property was clean and everything worked. . Decent breakfast. Close to Khao San Road, but a long way from any subway stop.

Overall, the hotel has an excellent location close to pier, main temples and walking streets in Bangkok. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, all of them speak English so that is easy to communicate. Breakfast has different options, the room was a little bit small but it is so convenient and comfortable, I recommend 100% this hotel and I will come back for sure.

Buena relación calidad-precio para visitar Bangkok. Cerca de Khao San Road, y si no te importa andar, a 30 min a pie de los principales templos. El hotel es muy nuevo y el bufet está muy bien.

Close to city center attractions, transportation and restaurants.

Wenn man in zentraler Lage wohnen will, aber ruhig, ist das Hotel die richtige Wahl.

It was such a great place to stay and thankful for how clean and quiet it was. I definitely will stay there again

O hotel, de modo geral, é bom. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e oferece uma grande variedade de opções. Considerando a diversidade de frutas disponíveis, senti falta de sucos naturais. Quanto à água servida em uma das suqueiras, havia sujeira visível boiando. Só percebi após já ter servido a água no copo; inicialmente pensei que o copo estivesse sujo, mas ao trocá-lo constatei que a sujeira estava, de fato, na suqueira.

El hotel esta bonito pero el cuarto está pequeño. El desayuno es el mismo todos los días, no cambian ninguna comida. Nos quedamos ahí en 5 días con el desayuno y hay mucho que desear. Cuando hizo la limpieza, no nos cambió ninguna toalla nueva aunque tiramos la toalla en el suelo para que cambie, lo que hizo era volvió a colgarla y ya. Se gastó el papel del baño y tampoco nos dió uno nuevo, teníamos que pedírselo. En general el hotel esta bien para quedarse pocos días y mejor no desayunen ahí. La ubicación también está bien, como unos 10 minutos para caminar a la estación de autobús donde pasa el de aeropuerto y el barco de transporte. Para ir a los lugares turísticos como Gran Palace.. si no se acostumbran ir en el transporte público tendrán que pedir tuktuk o grab.

Great staff, fantastic breakfast, very clean. It was a great location! Only downside was it was a bit loud but manageable.

Hotel bem localizado há 10 minutos da Kao San Road , 7eleven e restaurantes. O hotel em si fica em uma rua esquisita , à primeira vista, mas super seguro. A cama e os travesseiros um pouco duros, mas chuveiro bom. Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções e somente opções de comidas locais. Chegamos pela manhã em Bangkok e como estávamos super cansados, após mais de 24 horas de viagem, pedi para fazer o check in adiantado e ela me cobrou 70 bahts. Achei um valor ok. No geral gostamos
