Room was clean and perfect size. Mini fridge was nice. Complementary coffee was appreciated. The location is a great place to stay if you want to save some money by not staying in one of the cinque terre towns.

Location, room clean. Check in challenging. To enter the room there are several codes that needs to be used. This information could be provided before arriving allowing me to spend more time touring Chinque Terra. I was forced to arrive before 7 pm (19) otherwise I would be charged €20 for the late check in. The additional charge information is not provided at the time of booking. Otherwise I would not book. The point of this trip was visiting beautiful Cinque Terre, my stay had to be short as I was forced to arrive at the apartment before 7 pm. At the door arriving I got codes to enter the building, apartment and then the room. This information could be sent earlier allowing me to spend time according to my plans. The owner should take this for consideration. The tourist plan and pay to visit tourist destinations! That is their goal! That is ruined by owner rules to check in early.

Beyond terrible. Stay away. No one there to check me in. I called the number on the door 13 times before they agreed to come. They told me to quit calling that number. Finally got in. No internet. They only cared about getting 5 euros more for city tax. Don’t stay here.
