Wow! I was surprised in a good way. Not what I as expecting as far as comfort and cleanliness. very basic breakfast but its what you would expect from a hotel like this. They are still remodeling but the rooms that are done are great.

What a pleasant surprise! Our car broke down nearby, and we had to unexpectedly spend the night in Dumas before our car could be serviced, so we booked this room at the last minute. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Service was great, and the location was convenient. And thankfully, it was pet-friendly! It was a relaxing stay after a very stressful day.

We didnt realize at booking that entry was from the outside. We generally only stay at places where entry is from the inside and you have to walk past the front desk or use your key to enter the building. However, the stay was good. It was quiet and the staff was friendly.

Had to stand outside in the cold, wind and rain to check in. They don’t let you in the lobby after a certain time. Got to our room and took a shower. Got done there was a HUGE puddle of water on the floor.

Amazing, clean and friendly!!!! Definitely recommend if you’re on your way to the beach !!! Stayed one night felt safe and relaxed, especially love that they have mattress protectors!!!! Don’t hardly see that!!!

I made the mistake of not wearing my shoes, my feet were filthy, inside my room. The coffee machine did not work and when we told the morning clerk, he didn't seem to care. When checking out, the same morning clerk, wasn't friendly at all.

Friendly staff. Found a huge , dead spider inside our covers on bed. Other than the spider- it was adequate. Worth the price. Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed.

The desk clerk was very helpful during check-in. He was prompt and was willing to change our room to one on the first floor. This helped us bringing our luggage in. The room appeared to be recently remodeled. It was very clean, unlike the last place we stayed. We would be happy to stay in this facility again! The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite, which we greatly appreciated after a long drive.

We last minute booked due to bad weather and we needed to be over in dumas for the birth of our granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nothing was outdated. You can tell it’s taken care of woukd definitely stay again if needed in future !

Dumas is a very small town with not a lot to do but it was a great spot to stop and settle for the night. Very, very, clean and newly renovated. The check in representative greeted me with a smile and was extremely courteous. (A people person). Thank you for the delightful experience. I will stop again when passing through.

Everything was great until a little after 1am. There was a man and woman yelling and screaming. I heard a gun fire and it was quiet for several minutes. Then the yelling resumed for a few minutes. Next I heard a vehicle start up and drive off and then all was quiet.

This was the 2nd night we stayed previous night due to weather and needing to be near hospital in anticipation of new grand baby but ended up reserving for another night due to late evening emergency c-section. We didn’t wanna risk traveling on icy roads back home so it was worked out perfectly
