Modern property, renovated, great facilities and location. Staff is great. Miladin at the front desk is super professional. The spa was fantastic with very professional staff.

The hotel was great. The restaurants were very good. The room was very nice. I wish it had a bathtub. Everything was unbelievably clean. Staff are very friendly. Personally I was disappointed by Lima and the swimming pool was really a waste of time and I don’t think anyone’s gonna want to go in it. It was so small. I’m really more part of the restaurant bar.

Excelente em todos os aspectos mas ressalto a educação, atenção,presteza e cordialidade de todos os funcionários do hotel. Única ressalva é em relação á piscina que além de pequena é perigosa para crianças. E como é junto ao bar 27 Tapas, é um pouco constrangedor estar ali de bikini ou calção de banho dividindo o espaço com pessoas se divertindo com música alta e completamente vestidas.Os restaurantes são ótimos e o café da manhã é muito bom.O bar Tapas é excelente para ir à noite ,escutar uma música e se divertir. A comida a Lá carte nos restaurantes é muito boa e com bom preço. Café da manhã é muito bom e variado.

Beautiful view from pool. Service at the bar on the weekends was poor, very crowded. But otherwise great service and nice place

To say you get what you pay for would be incorrect. We paid extra to have a sweet in the room was very nice. The rest of the facility is a joke. The pool is about 2x3m So in essence the size of a Jacuzzi and not hot. They have a bar area around this what you would call pool and the music is blaring from about 4:00 p.m. on. Not a live band, not something fun to see or do Just blaring music and have a cocktail. Go down to the mall and things cost a third as much for spectacular restaurants overlooking the ocean. Sadly I let down from the iberostar family but then again we are used to going to their big resorts through Central America, So in there defense maybe this is a different type of product for them.

The room was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and very modern. The facilities such as Jim and the pool were absolutely beautiful. Zero complaints and actually really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed the gym and enjoyed going to the gym. The sushi restaurant in the hotel is absolutely top notch

The bathroom smelled as a sewers. However, I did not say anything. There was not upgrade of the room.

I was surprised that the hotel was actually quite run down. The reality divers from the pictures. And my room had an uncomfortable smell, like a person has lived there for a long time and nobody opened the window for airing.

The hotel was great... unfortunately, the room had a musty smell (I think it was because of the carpets were not cleaned and dried properly). The rest was amazing

Was a very confortable stay. The hotel staff was kind and friendly. To improve: the rooms corridors did not smell good and the hotel reception need more space, little crowded.

On the first day my wife ordered eggs and after waiting well over 20 minutes she politely asked same waiter and he acted as if he didn’t know what she was talking about. The next time it was transformed service to very attentive At 27 tapas the bar upstairs, same thing verrrryyyy ssssllloowwww service with hardly anyone there. Two days later with a huge crowd—-wow— like night and day. In the positive: Beautiful hotel and absolutely spotless room for cleanliness.

The hotel was really clean, the staff was extremely pleasant and willing to assist. The surrounding area is clean with really nice cafes.

Great hotel, location and staff. Dinning superb and the rooftop bar very cool and trendy. Staff was prompt to upgrade me (due to my Expedia Status) and I was given a great upper floor, city view room.. but... room 1610 is beneath a maintenance room or sort of... fro, 5:00 am until 11:00 pm lots of noise came from upstairs... impossible to rest on Saturday or Sunday... carts moving, wheels screeching, falling objets, water dripping, etc Hence, great hotel, thanks for the upgrade but room 1610 is not the suitable for proper rest...

When we checked in, we were told we were “upgraded” to the 16th floor. However, the bar on the 18th floor was so loud we needed to move rooms. They moved us to the 14th floor but we could still hear the music and noise. Not a relaxing environment at all.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is impeccable. They even kept our luggage while we traveled onto another leg of our journey. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. And I love the water bottle refill system in the hallway that saves from using plastic bottles. Brilliant. Our room was 1608 and it’s directly under the restaurant. We heard restaurant noises the entire night until breakfast was being served. Mainly tables and chairs being moved around. We slept with a white noise app, but we were disrupted all night by these sounds. Just a precaution if you stay in room 1608.

Great hotel, excellent rooms!

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. Would have rated higher if not for the noise above me. On the highest floor with rooms you can hear the music from the rooftop bar (open until 2am) and in the morning you’re woken by banging that I can only assume comes from the gym? The rooftop bar was very good, food, drink, and atmosphere. The room was very clean, the AC cold, and the shower hot. On a lower floor I think this hotel would be a wonderful choice.

Excellent location - steps from the waterfront and from restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the waterfront mall. Our room (a suite) was spectacular with ocean views, luxury amenities, large space to hangout. Highly recommended (if pricy).

The hotel is in a great area. It’s walkable and safe. The cons of this hotel: 1. There is a active nightlife on the rooftop restaurant. If you’re staying on the 15th floor and up, you will hear the music and feel the bass until around 2am. The front desk staff said the music should be done by 2am and I will be okay by then. 2. The elevators are in heavy use of the bar/restaurant visitors starting around 8pm. It causes a lot of congestion in lobby area as well. 3. You may encounter some rude and unattentive front desk and restaurant staff. 4. The lights turn off in the room when the door closes and there is no movement near the sensor. For example, the lights turned off on me when in the shower during the evening and it was hard to see. The light switch would not work for about a minute until the system resets. It was dark and I almost fell. More cons then pros for this 5 star hotel.

We had a nice time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel doesn’t seem as nice in reality as it is in the pictures , the rooms are very small.

I stayed for 3 nights at the Iberostar Miraflor and had fairly mixed feelings about my stay. Some of the issues that bothered me will not be a problem to others so I decided to put a Pro and Cons overview to give the reader the chance to decide for themselves if this is the correct hotel choice for them. Pros: - Great Location - Very good food - all restaurants and In-room dining offer very tasty and fairly priced food options - the gym is large and well equipped and very clean - the rooftop bar is nice and very lively - seems like a lot of locals also go there - The employees at the hotel are very nice and Frank at the reception was great! - They honored all the Hotels.com Gold VIP treatments - The rooms are very clean and modern decorated Cons: - The room & bathroom layout is very bad. If you travel solo no problem but if you travel with your partner or family member you most likely will end up using public toilets since there is 0% privacy. Your partner / roommate will be able to see & hear you from the bed and when he walks by even sitting at the toilet. I am only married for 5 years and didn't want to kill the romance by taking a number 2 at the toilet next to my wife... I also had to get up early in the morning for a few business calls and even though I had booked the suite - there was no place to hide or get dressed without, either doing it all in the dark or ending up waking up my partner... -> Basically the worst possible layout if you don´t travel alone

The level of customer service was top notch, front desk crew was warm, friendly and very professional, great room and great location, will definitely come back to this hotel.

Rooftop pool and restaurant is a rare find. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Early check in comes at a price but they are accommodating and will always take your bags regardless of the time.

Very good hotel in Lima. My only complain is that they did not offered complimentary room upgrade and late check out as a VIP Expedia hotel and myself being a platinum member. At check in they offered a room upgrade for a cost, but no "available" as an Expedia platinum. Same happened when requested a late checkout. In practical terms no hotels.com/Expedia benefits

I thought the staff was pretty rude when we just arrived after a long day of travel. I walked up and said we’d just arrived, and the male staff behind the desk, just looked at me. Then he said in a stern way that he needed my passport. How about, “hello, buenos noches!”

Charging $60 for early check-in 👎

Walked in with a giant bag on my back, was not offered help with it. Went to the cafe on the first floor and was ignored for twenty minutes. Then tried to get a reservation for dinner and waited over a half hour for a response. So I went to the rooftop bar and they forgot my food order, so I waited over an hour to eat. Asked repeatedly for my bill, and again was ignored. I was polite during all interactions, so I don’t know if it’s that I don’t drink alcohol that made them just figure I was not worth serving, but it was a really unpleasant experience. Nothing about this hotel appealed to me.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood and the beach and restaurants are within walking distance.

This was a very convenient location near the boardwalk. The rooftop bar had magnificent views, the sushi at Kimo was top notch, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

The location was great and right next to the water with a beautiful view from our room and the rooftop bar. You can see the paragliders from the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating and upgraded our room since I am a VIP Expedia member. To top it off they gave us complimentary breakfast to-go since we had an early flight. Overall good experience. If you’re a light sleeper be aware of the DJ that plays at the rooftop bar if you’re on a higher floor. I am a hard sleeper though lol so we were fine.

Safe, clean & walkable

Beautiful new hotel with a great rooftop bar that has a spectacular view of the coastline. Location is excellent, a block from the Malecón and just a few blocks from Larcomar shopping center. We felt we got great value for our money. Hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property with accommodating staff. Located in the heart of Miraflores, its very easy to walk to local shops and restaurants.

The stay was excellent. Priced well. My only negative would be the food and drink pricing.

Stay here often, very nice hotel, great service and lovely condition as it’s basically a brand new hotel. Room service portions need to be looked at. We ordered two burgers, and whilst the quality was very good, the size of the portions were small. And the cost I could have bought 4 burgers in a local burger place.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of options, each one of very good quality.

Great property with exceptional food!

My stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The food in the lobby was incredible. The Japanese restaurant was incredible, and the bartenders upstairs are worth their weight in gold
