We were in town for our high school reunion. This hotel is very clean, great location, friendly staff, reasonable pricing, decent continental breakfast. Parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Will defiantly stay here again.

This place is located off the highway so it is easily accessable. Also located in what looks like a business area, so quiet with TONS of restaurants around. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, very clean and everything feels like it is new. They have a parking lot with ample parking for all guest. Excellent stay and would definitely book this place again.

From check in to check out everything was flawless! Staff super friendly and happy. Our queen suite was clean, modern and everything worked properly. Comfy pillows. Shower was nice. Fitness center was clean and all equipment working in proper order. Breakfast was delicious. Will look for StayBridge suites from now on!

Property is new. Great staff. Easy check in. Breakfast is hot and well made. Pool is nice but could use some tables with some shade. The outdoor space is great! We used the bbq pits at night. We will stay again!

Had a great stay overall. Guy at front desk was great! My room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a little dirty though. All in all would stay again!

I don’t know why this property is rated so highly. We found the hotel itself needing TLC big time. Our room seemed nice at first though after the first night we noticed tiny gnats in our room. Probably due to the lack of cleanliness and crackers behind the bed. Gross. Also, breakfast is a joke. It’s supposed to go until 10am but no matter how many people are down there, they start breaking down at 9:30. And the staff is somewhat polite, though one front desk staffer thought it appropriate to yell at my girls for using too much nonstick spray on the waffle maker before he took the last of the bacon and skulked off. Pros are lots of dining options within safe walking distance and it was relatively quiet. Had we not been in town only for house hunting and been there only to sleep and have a quick bite of breakfast, I would’ve cancelled and gone elsewhere.

Checked in early, the front desk clerk was nice. Got to the room. I had to plunge the shower. The shower rod was falling off the wall. Had cockroachrs in the room and there was no cooking.

I especially loved the 2 separate rooms and the full kitchen with pots and pans. Really saved money on food and very convenient. Plus it had a full size refrigerator and freezer. Loved that!

The front desk service was 5 star. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was nice. The only cons I have are the bed was uncomfortable. The shower was lukewarm at best and the light/vent in the bathroom was so loud.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Not too far from the outlet malls and has some great food options just around the corner! The room was big and very spacious loved that it had a little kitchen if needed!

Nice property conveniently located next to Hwy 290. Room was comfortable and afforded a full sized refrigerator and 10-cup coffee maker. Had to call front desk because noise in room directly above us sounded like there was construction going on. HVAC unit did not cool the room and really should be serviced before Texas summer arrives.

The bed was supposed to be a king size, but it was only a double bed. The tub in the bathroom was put in backwards. There was no way to soak in the tub. He had the faucet on one side and the drain on the other side. The toilet was very low. The staff working there was very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

This hotel was awesome. The rooms were super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The desk clerk, Lawrence, was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded all of our expectations. We were in town to visit family, and told them that this hotel should be the only one to recommend to everyone to stay here. The location is perfect. Many restaurants to choose from.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this property. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit daily. Staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the dishwasher had bad odor if you opened it. But overall, the room was lovely. Plenty parking on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an overall good experience at Staybridge suites, I enjoyed their breakfast every morning though they would run out pretty early. The happy hour was cool because you were able to have a glass of wine/beer and get to know the people who are also staying.

Staybridge is my families go to Hotel while on vacation. This particular property did not let down. It had all the great amenities that Staybridge has to offer. The breakfast was not the greatest but it is complimentary and better than nothing at all. That’s is if you’re not trying all the breakfast restaurants in the area. Overall, this property will not let you down.

It was great to have breakfast every morning, though if you showed up “later” much of the breakfast would be gone. The happy hour was really fun to communicate with some of the other guests and hear their story.
