There is NO consistent WiFi. The television did not work the entire stay because it is TOTALLY dependent upon WiFi which was NOT functioning. Even the WiFi signal for phones and laptops was inconsistent.

The hallways smelled like urine. The bedroom furniture has chips in it and the tv had no kids channels. Outr toilet could’ve been cleaned better around the bottom. The pool wasnt very clean, we used the pool net ourselves. You get what you pay for.

We checked in Thursday and were told the pool was not able to be used, the ice maker on our floor didn’t work either! There was still rose petals behind the furniture from previous stays i guess! They never did housekeeping either

Check-in went smoothly and staff were very friendly the entire time we were there. Rooms have been recently renovated, but there were definitely portions that still could use work. However, for what you got, the price couldn't be beat. Beds weren't the most comfortable, but everything seemed clean. Biggest complaint would be the Wi-Fi not working or being strong enough to reach our room the entire time. And the TV was a smart TV, which meant we couldn't watch anything while we were there since the Internet was not good.

The pool was unusable. Although filled with water, we were not allowed to use the pool during our stay. However, a large group of men were seated in the far left corner of the pool area. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The one working elevator was gross and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Only one working elevator at the furthest point of the hotel and only one working ice machine. Workers were rude. Bathroom was dirty. Hair was found on the towels. The parking lot had numerous potholes and not kept up. Breakfast although was complimentary was mediocre. No fresh berries to pair with the yogurt, eggs and sausage was cold, milk was soured. Very limited options. Housekeeping blocked majority of the hallways with carts and made it difficult to move luggage cart down walkway to the only working elevator. Security for the building was not working. Should have been a card key to enter the back side or exterior doors not connected to the check in desk, those locks were not working or even engaged. Heavy odor of marijuana in hallways and someone was at the pool area smoking marijuana as well when we attempted to access the pool area. Gates were not locked and no sign stating closed was anywhere to be seen. We were in the pool area and front desk person ran out and yelled at my son to get out of the pool because it was closed. Pool hours are listed as 9am to 10pm, this interaction occurred at 8pm. Very awful experience over all!

I did not have hot water in my shower for my entire stay 9/7 - 9/10. I brought it to the attn of the front desk staff in which they offered to move me to another room; I declined as I was already unpacked and requested maintenance in lieu of moving rooms. The issue was never handled or fixed and took luke warm showers for the 3 nights. There was no follow-up or communication from the front desk.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the tub would fill up with water and not go down until HOURS later! Couldn’t move me to another room. VERY POOR AND HORRIBLE. No one would answer the phone or be considerate and no housekeeping. WORST hotel I e ever been to in my life! I should’ve booked with Motel 6 because they more than likely would’ve been better than this dump.

We didn’t have any hot water the entire stay. It was warm at best. The toilet started to leak from the bottom/side and I called the front desk. There didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff. I was headed out so I didn’t have time to stay and wait for room service to come. When I got back they had put a towel(that seemed to have mold or something on it) on the floor next to the toilet. No apology. No offer to change our room. Just nasty toilet water on the floor!!!! Stay elsewhere!

I initially appreciated the location of this property due to it's proximity to what I need to do in Atlanta, however, the hotel has gotten worse the more I visit it. I found a ball of hair in the ice bucket, the room smelled musty, bathroom was dirty, tried to use the common space microwave and it was literally filled with food and grime and the worst is I saw a roach in the bathroom and currently keeping my travel clothes outside in case they got in my luggage. Very dissapointing.

We arrived late around 3a after an 8 hours drive. The first room we were given the key card would not work. The man from the front desk had to come open the door for us. Upon checking the beds when we first got in the room we immediately seen bed bugs. We asked him to come all the way in the room and he seen it for himself. He then gave us a room down the hall. That room also had bed bugs. I had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. We would never book there again.

Loved 90% the bed was a bit too firm. Staff gave more pillows when requested made things better. Very clean staff always mopping and cleaning. The breakfast bar hot foods were tasty but same items every day, sone hotels vary the breakfast meats and egg options. There were plenty of cold breakfast choices and was well supplied. I would stay again if in Atlanta area, appreciated the room rate very affordable since on social security.. staff very friendly greeted in and out with smiles.

Hotel rooms were decently priced. However, our room on the 4th floor (where we stayed) as well as the corridor absolutely STUNK of stale smoke (seemed to be both cigarettes and marijuana). We felt the bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom sink and shower took several minutes for the water to get hot. Also, I had to call the hotel several times prior to arrival, and at least twice (on different days), I had to call back later as nobody picked up the phone. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very courteous. Breakfast was OK (coffee was great!), would be nice to have more drink options (more milk, more juice choices, etc.).

Prior to my scheduled arrival, I made several phone calls to the hotel in order to confirm my reservation and ask basic questions regarding check-in procedures, safety, and parking. This complete lack of communication immediately raised red flags for me and made me feel extremely uneasy about showing up to an unfamiliar location with no way to reach anyone on site. Afterward, I reached out to Hotels.com for assistance, and they also attempted to contact the property multiple times but received no response. It has now been several days with no communication from the hotel at all, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. For these reasons, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. Check in went smoothly but their elevator was broken so we had to go all the way to the end of the building from the outside to get to the elevator. The parking lot constantly had people waiting in the cars and was overall a sketchy area. We called at 4PM to get more towels and toilet paper. The front desk didn't answer my first 3 calls, by the 4th when they finally did answer, he interrupted me to say that there was no housekeeping to bring them to me then hung up on me without warning, so we had to walk outside to go to the front desk and bring them back to our room. Every time we went to the front desk, the employees would be chatting or in the back, making us wait until they were ready to help us. The room itself smelled like mildew and the bath drain was filthy. They only had one roll of toilet paper there, and the TV was a smart TV but didn’t work with connection. The Wifi didn’t work either. Overall, terrible place for the price of $130 a night.

The hotel did not clean my shower or make my bed the first night. When I spoke to the attendant about it, he made up an excuse saying some people don't wan their beds made and I had to tell him I didn't request to not have my shower or bed cleaned. I will not go to this hotel again. They were pleasant with their behaviors but I don't need excuses as to why things weren't done.

The receptionist was professional and check-in was seamless. There were a few issues with our rooms. The deadbolt failed to operate properly to secure the door in one of the rooms. There were large dark brown stains on the sheets and comforter in another room. When the receptionist was informed about the door lock, I was told there was no maintenance and there were no other rooms available. The door leading from the outside of the hotel to where the rooms were could not be secured, because the entire glass for the door was missing.

Very clean, free parking nice pool great quiet place to stay and family friendly. Across the street has a Waffle House and near by have many restaurants to choose from. Have many shopping areas and Cumberland mall 10 minutes away. Not a bad mall.

You can tell the property is old. There needs to be many upgrades and all new paint job. There are abandoned buildings around the hotel that gives it a feel of not being safe. However, it is in a convenient location for food, gas, groceries and highway access. Road access is annoying to get to the property fe the opposite side of the road. You have to pass the hotwl for a block or so to do a u-turn.

Water would not drain out of the shower so it was terrible because I was not even able to shower after a long day of sweating. I was not going to shower in standing dirty water because of bad plumbing. They made me pay full price and could not change my room and they did nothing for me at all. Breakfast was a crazy mess, they only had a single trash can for the entires dinning area and it was overflowing with trash and the floor was filthy from food and drink drips all over and they would not even mop it up. The room itself was not too bad, bed as clean at least.

By all appearances, the hotel seems fine. But it is poorly maintained. The main elevator in the lobby was out,; the pool was closed; the laundry was out of service; the bathtub wouldn't drain because the stopper was clogged and I had to remove it; the Internet service is basically nonexistent or at speed less than one megabyte per second; the business center computers. Do not connect to the Internet and are extremely slow. The business center printer was clogged up and in operative. The first room they put me in on the third floor smelled like smoke. The entire second and first floor smelled of damp, almost moldy. Multiple issues with getting my key card to work properly. Required multiple trips to the front desk on both days. Luggage carts were a few and I could not find one when checking out so I had to use the office chair from my room during checkout. The Internet itself is an entire problem. I could not get my personal computer to connect to the network; even one of the front desk people came up at night to try and couldn't do anything either. The breakfast was good, the room was generally clean, except the desk and dressers could have been wiped down as there was some sticky material all over them The bed and the pillows and the towels were all good as well as the housekeeping staff The hotel could definitely use some maintenance work and computer network upgrade. Staff was good, but it was obvious that they did not take pride and their work or the hotel

Service is attentive and there is always someone present, which is hard to find lately. Breakfast was hot and plenty. The only concern was my bed was too soft and the pillows not too comfortable, but even so, I had a good night’s sleep. This is a good hotel at a good price.
