So overall stay was ok. I was a little annoyed bc breakfast was included and we were told no outside drinks when I brought a Coke Zero for breakfast bc that’s my drink of choice in the morning. They didn’t serve a Coke Zero at breakfast time so I brought in my own. Also on the evening we landed- we were turned away for dinner bc we were in our swim suits. We just checked in and wanted to go for a dip before dinner and our room was on the other side of the resort so I didn’t think it would matter. It did though. It was just a buffet style dinner too so nothing super fancy. It was odd.

We had a very good stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. Jose at the bar was incredibly attentive and even treated us to complimentary drinks, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and it was replenished constantly so it was always fresh. There were just a few minor issues during our stay. The pool towels could only be exchanged between 10:00am and 5:30pm, which was a little inconvenient. When we checked in, Annika offered us a room upgrade at an additional cost, explaining that our original booking did not include a sea view. We decided not to pay the extra, but when we arrived at our room, we found that it already had a sea view, which we found a little confusing. We also booked a shuttle to the airport for four people through reception, again with Annika. At no point were we informed that this would cost more than booking a taxi. When we later returned to confirm the pick-up time, we were told that a taxi would have been the cheaper option, but by then we were unable to cancel the shuttle without incurring a fee. We were disappointed by the lack of information provided. Unfortunately, the shuttle did not arrive on the morning of our departure. However, the reception staff handled the situation exceptionally well, quickly arranging a taxi for us at no extra cost. They resolved the issue efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation as smooth as possible.

Beautiful, peaceful property just a short walk from the beach! Excellent facilities throughout. The only downside was the staff’s attitude—they were helpful, but communication felt cold (possibly due to a language barrier). Still a great place to stay, but warmer service would make it perfect.

Already wishing to come back! Amazing staff, amazing rooms and view, very good breakfast. The best location out of all the hotels in the area! We enjoyed our stay so so much.
