The trash cans at the 2 different entrances smelled really bad. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Lobby floor was dirty and chairs in lobby stained. Stayed here 2 weeks ago and it was a much better room last time. Not bad for the price. Better than most places in Nacogdoches.

Older remodeled property with both a Studio 6 and a Motel 6 on the property that share the lobby. Both the lobby and the room were extremely clean and pleasant smelling. It was very reasonably priced. The only issue was the construction on the road.

We had a distinct mildew smell that took several hours to fade, despite the apparent cleanliness of the room. We almost asked for a new room, but decided it wasn't worth it. The bathroom sink wasn't draining well either, and for some reason, we started off with one fly buzzing around in the restroom, and then another joined it to annoy us while we we were in the restroom. The TV worked fine, and the shower was nice and hot.

Although it is evident that they have remodeled. New rooms, beds, decor, updated bathrooms... the obvious strong smell of dampness and mildew was overpowering. I don't think they removed the carpet or sheetrock down to the concrete or studs for renovations which is absolutely essential for an old Motel 6. Putting a pretty bandaid over the problem will not make it better. I chose to not stay the night because of the odor and stayed in town at the Fredonia Hotel which, built in 1954, has been renovated completely with absolutely no odor concerns as the renovations were done completely. It is imperative that moisture is removed from a motel/hotel to eliminate mold.

The TV was hung on the wall crooked. There was no remote in the room. The AC did not cool. And there was a roach infestation. Literally crawling all over the floor and onto our bags. The fridge also wasn’t cooling.

It was what I needed. An economical place to stay while in town for work. Everything in the room worked and was clean. Build quality not good but not much expected. Slightly dingy feel overall. Wouldn’t mind doing it again but not somewhere I would stay on vacation with family.

The curtains were worn and tattered, which didn’t affect my stay, just didn’t look nice. I couldn’t get the television to work, so that was annoying. Again, it didn’t affect the stay so much as it is something that should be attended to.

Room and bed were good to go. I don't like "fluffy" pillows, but that is the trend for all hotels, so I bring my own pillow. There was no shower curtain for the bath tub. I reported this Saturday evening, but it was not replaced for my Sunday morning shower. Not a deal killer; I had plenty of towels to mop up the floor.

Facility and staff were good. The consistent problem is with the guests. Every time I stay there, some group arrives at 2am or 4am and seems to think they are the only ones at the motel. Speaking loudly in the halls and slamming doors, etc. This goes on for 30 to 45 minutes. I wish this motel had security that would tell these people to be quite as many guest are sleeping.

Business trip which I booked two rooms for the kitchenette but there was none. I called and reserved in advance to have side by side rooms which was not honored until I requested again in person. The night shift was not hospitable nor interested in my requests as she remained on her phone call. She was nice but not enthusiastic at ALL. Seemed she did not care to be there. The cleaning crew was excellent and did a fabulous job. No coffee for my night entrance. I would stay again but just know that the staff represents your brand.

Hotel was nicer than i expected. The room was clean. Whatever they mop the floor with leaves a weird sticky residue, but overall the room was clean. We saw a cockroach in the hall, but not in the room. The tv did not work at all.

Hotel was great, very clean and perfect location from SFA. Only issue was we couldn’t get the TV to work despite the very helpful staff and the phone in room was dead (no dial tone).

Room was incredibly spacious for the price! Staff was welcoming and kind. Would definitely stay here again! Unfortunately there was construction on the highway so the area around the property was a bit messy. Also had minor issues with the bathroom (dripping sink and a very loud toilet when flushed).

We stayed here for a track meet at SFA and not a lot of options available in Nacogdoches. We stayed one night just to sleep and shower. It met our basic needs and has been recently updated with vinyl flooring and paint, not great quality but ok. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Lady at check-in was very friendly and welcoming. Hallway and stairwell carpet dirty and nasty looking. All in all it met our basic needs.

I booked this hotel based on price and pictures. Honestly, I wanted clean sheets, hot shower, clean towels and ac. For that I got what I wanted. However, several things were not as good as I had hoped. There was no TV remote in either room I booked, no shampoo or conditioner so I had to go and purchase and the room fridge was not cold at all and the adjustment knobs were gone. No maid service. Overall, it was just ok. Besides the remote, shampoo and fridge, i got what I paid for.

It served its purpose for a two night stay with kids in Nacogdoches. It’s clear that it’s newly updated and it looks very nice. Beds are comfortable, but pillows aren’t great and only two per bed. The toaster is a nice touch, but would prefer a continental breakfast—there’s very little freezer space to keep waffles, etc. and the fridge was missing key pieces to keep water bottles in place, shelving for more storage, etc. The provided coffee bags aren’t great, but appreciated their existence. It’s a fine choice and rooms are spacious.

Every employee were Awesome from front deak, housekeeping. Courtesy All went above & beyong. Would recommend to anyone. Kitchenettes was a plesant surpise, prices were great too.

very updated inside with all new appliances and bedding good water pressure and lots of hot water no breakfast available as it is part of motel 6 which does not offer that service, some construction but every hotel within 5 miles suffers the same, Crystal at front desk always very pleasant and willing to help with directions or concerns and suggestions
