Great staff! Hotel is very clean and has a great restaurant. Breakfast was included with room and was amazing. Some street noise but closing windows eliminated it. Parking is easy too, garage is under the hotel. We would certainly stay here again.

Fijne, mooie en ruime accommodatie. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met z’n drieën. Heerlijk geslapen in een lekker bed. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en je kunt er ook heel lekker eten. De parkeergarage is onder het pand en heeft veel ruimte. Helemaal top! ongeveer op 20 min. loopafstand van het centrum.

Fantastiskt bra hotel för oss och vår hund. Hon fick följa med överallt. Receptionen var toppen och helt fantastiskt att köra in i hotellets garage och ta hissen smidigt upp. Rent fräscht och bra hotel. Frukosten var enorm .

Wegen eines 4 tägigen Städtetrip in Augsburg haben wir uns für das Leonardo Hotel entschieden und haben es nicht bereut. Ja, es liegt nicht super zentral, aber zu Fuß sind es nur knappe 20 Minuten in die Altstadt oder man nimmt einer eine der beiden Straßenbahnstationen, welche rechts oder links vom Hotel liegen. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß mit div. Möglichkeiten Dinge abzulegen und zu verstauen. Das Bett war bequem, nur die Kissen waren nicht unser Ding, aber da hat halt jeder seine Ansprüche. Daher Werte ich das nicht negativ. Das Frühstück war super. Selten so eine große Auswahl und in der Qualität in einem Hotel gesehen. Da wird jeder fündig und satt. Einzig der Fitnessraum ist etwas spärlich bestückt. Ein paar Ausdauergeräte und eine Hantelbank mit ein paar Kurzhanteln. Viel mehr Platz ist in dem Raum aber leider auch nicht. Da hätte ich mir evtl noch ein paar Fitnessbänder oder so gewünscht. Aber es gab gratis Obst (Äpfel) und Wasser. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel aber sofort wieder buchen und auch meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Hotel ist im top Zustand, Zimmer super, gute Technik mit WLAN und co. Der Service ist leider sowas von schlecht, an jeder Position scheinen alle Beteiligten total überfordert zu sein! Chaos beim Frühstück, kein Roomservice ( Betten nicht gemacht ect), kein Früh-CheckIn möglich, gebuchtes Hundepaket war nicht vorhanden, Chaos pur, leider!

Hotel ist im top Zustand, Zimmer super, gute Technik mit WLAN und co. Der Service ist leider sowas von schlecht, an jeder Position scheinen alle Beteiligten total überfordert zu sein! Chaos beim Frühstück, kein Roomservice ( Betten nicht gemacht ect), kein Früh-CheckIn möglich, gebuchtes Hundepaket war nicht vorhanden, Chaos pur, leider!

Geniales Frühstück und die Zimmer sehen auch toll aus. Leider war das gebuchte Doppelbett, ein Bett welches aus 2 zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten bestand. Prinzipiell ja ok, allerdings waren diese nicht aneinander befestigt und dadurch verschoben diese Betten sich nachts und ich fiel dazwischen. Bei meinem Sturz stellte ich fest, dass da noch Müll vom Vorbewohner des Zimmers lag. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich das reklamiert. Die erste Rezeptionistin sprach kaum deutsch und verwies mich an ihre Kollegin. Diese entschuldigte sich und versprach das Housekeeping Team zu informieren und die Betten zusammen zu bauen. Leider kam niemand. Da wir eh nur noch eine Nacht in dem Hotel hatten, waren wir zu faul um es nochmal zu reklamieren und beließen es dabei. Schade!

Estadia ruim… hotel grande e comercial… banheiro do quarto sujo, quarto sujo, restaurante caro com comida ruim, café da manhã fraco. O único ponto positivo foi a localização pois tem um ponto de tram na porta do hotel. Café da manhã ok mas não tinha frutas.

Das Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof. Wir haben vorab online eingecheckt, sodass der Check-In am Schalter schnell ging. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und war auf eine angenehme Temperatur gekühlt. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Regendusche mit zusätzlicher Handbrause. Es stand eine Kapselmaschine mit zwei Kapseln und drei Teebeuteln bereit. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber, die Betten bequem und in der Nacht war es ruhig. Uns hat das Hotel gut gefallen, sodass wir wiederkommen würden (Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht gehabt und können dieses somit nicht bewerten).

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel nur leider ist das Doppelbett kein ganzes Doppelbett sondern nur zwei Einzelbetten die aneinander geschoben wurden. Das ist einwenig störend aber ansonsten alles sehr schön.

The A/C either didn't work or was set to some weird super ECO where it was not able to cool the room below 75 at best. Very uncomfortable sleeping. The location is not near anything other than the tram, though I will say *that* was super easy to use, especially with the local transportation APP, even if your German is minimal. While the place provided some decent snacks, there was nothing nearby in the way of things to see, restaurants, or shops, kind of an urban void. I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was great and location met our needs. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and had good WiFi. The air conditioning was poor so if you are going in the summer and want a cool room to sleep in this might not meet your needs.

I’m a little torn on this one. The service was top notch. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. A few things knocked it down a few notches for me. The area is not a nice part of town. This was evidenced by the security protocols put in place to park your car and to get into the actual hotel. No key card, no entry anywhere. Yes, this is a good thing and I was thankful. But it was just reinforcement to me about the safety of the neighborhood. The hotel can’t change that so they adjusted. Second, the AC didn’t work. Barely kicked out any air flow at all. Hotel staff told me their AC did work and even sent a tech. In the end we settled for a fan which helped. The last thing was charging me a lot of money for a bottle of water. They gave complimentary water which I didn’t realize was carbonated until I opened it. I went down for a new one and was charged X amount of Euros. I posted the price here but it was rejected by Hotels dot com so you’ll have to figure it out. It ain’t the Ritz Carlton so do t charge the prices.

Great staff! Hotel is very clean and has a great restaurant. Breakfast was included with room and was amazing. Some street noise but closing windows eliminated it. Parking is easy too, garage is under the hotel. We would certainly stay here again.

I met the most wonderful, helpful staff at check in. If they had maps of the hotel, it would have been a little easier. Try the spaghetti at the restaurant.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal. Das Bar Team ist extra Klasse. Freundlichkeit ist hier groß geschrieben. Weiters schön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Es war wieder sehr schön, sind schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel.

The hotel is very good and the people at the reception very kind and helpful in every way. Low note is the restaurant, we waited 30 min at the entrance of the restaurant to realize they didn’t have space for us. In such hotel like this shouldn’t happen.

The A/C either didn't work or was set to some weird super ECO where it was not able to cool the room below 75 at best. Very uncomfortable sleeping. The location is not near anything other than the tram, though I will say *that* was super easy to use, especially with the local transportation APP, even if your German is minimal. While the place provided some decent snacks, there was nothing nearby in the way of things to see, restaurants, or shops, kind of an urban void. I would not stay there again.

I’m a little torn on this one. The service was top notch. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. A few things knocked it down a few notches for me. The area is not a nice part of town. This was evidenced by the security protocols put in place to park your car and to get into the actual hotel. No key card, no entry anywhere. Yes, this is a good thing and I was thankful. But it was just reinforcement to me about the safety of the neighborhood. The hotel can’t change that so they adjusted. Second, the AC didn’t work. Barely kicked out any air flow at all. Hotel staff told me their AC did work and even sent a tech. In the end we settled for a fan which helped. The last thing was charging me a lot of money for a bottle of water. They gave complimentary water which I didn’t realize was carbonated until I opened it. I went down for a new one and was charged X amount of Euros. I posted the price here but it was rejected by Hotels dot com so you’ll have to figure it out. It ain’t the Ritz Carlton so do t charge the prices.

War ganz ok. Plus: direkt am Plärrer. Und wir waren mit zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden. Alles ohne murren. Zimmer war auch sauber und geräumig. Minus: Frühstück für EUR 21,00 fanden wir zu deftig. Und in die Tiefgarage ging es mit SUV und Dachbox wg der Höhe nicht (max. 2,20m o.s.). Zumindest haben wir es lieber gelassen.

Estadia ruim… hotel grande e comercial… banheiro do quarto sujo, quarto sujo, restaurante caro com comida ruim, café da manhã fraco. O único ponto positivo foi a localização pois tem um ponto de tram na porta do hotel. Café da manhã ok mas não tinha frutas.

Zimmer war gut, hatte eine großes Zimmer gebucht, war ausreichend Platz, und es war sogar für ein Stadthotel ruhig Parkmöglichkeiten in Ordnung. Das einzige gravierende Manko ist das Frühstück. Ich frag mich. Wie kann man nur so unmögliche Aufbackbrötchen präsentieren, die so weich sind wie Fenster Kit wenn man schon die billigen Aufbackbrötchen benutzt, dann sollte man sie auch richtig aufbacken von der Größe ganz zu schweigen. Das sind keine Brötchen das ist gar nichts. Aber anscheinend mögen das. Die Leute ist auch vielleicht eine Frage was man von zu Hause gewohnt ist 21 € ist eine Frechheit
