A lovely downtown hotel in a very central location, accessible to everything. Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus, as was massage the service available at the Spa, which has a modest pool for some exercise. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The place has a very family-run feel. I stayed for a weekend and it met my meets perfectly.

have travelled extensively around the world, and it is easy to find hotels that are genuinely worthy of a five-star rating. Unfortunately, this hotel does not even meet the standards I would expect from a four-star establishment. Upon arrival, we found that there was no toilet paper in the room. When we asked the receptionist for some, we were told that it was not included in the service! I specifically paid for a hotel with an indoor swimming pool, but it was out of order during our stay. When we raised the issue, we were told that we could use the Turkish bath instead, but only by paying an additional fee! The breakfast was also very disappointing, with a selection more typical of a three-star hotel. Overall, the hotel failed to meet our expectations in several important areas. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel.

I spent 4 days at this hotel . The breakfast is gorgeous, staff are polite and helpful. The only thing is internet which from every afternoon it gets poor .

Bathrooms looked clean, but bed sheets no as much. Floor carpets are filthy. Bath room door knob was broken and my partner got stock in it while I was out of room. Water got shut off once, WiFi was weak, and strong smell of cigarette forced me to change room. Not a good overall experience.
