I recently returned for a second stay at this hotel, specifically because they had a very nice handicap accessible room for my mother with two queen beds and a roll-in shower. So that is what I booked again; however, upon arrival this time, I was told they didn't have that room available and that they could not help me rectify the issue because I booked through Hotels.com. The property manager claimed that Hotels.com did not book that specific room for me, but Hotels.com said they did. When Hotels.com tried to talk to him, I watched him become very argumentative and hang up on the Hotels.com representative while I was standing by the front desk on hold with them myself. His complete unwillingness to assist with fixing the "he said/she said" issue or help find suitable alternate lodging means I will never stay there again.
