Stayed 3 nights

It was a wonderful stay. Accommodation was excellent. Location was perfect for our purpose (we went to Bruny island). The only thing that caught us out was the lack of services in close vicinity of the house. If you're staying here, come prepared and fully stocked as there aren't supermarkets around. The cafes and taverns close early - around 6pm or 7pm. Other than that we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights

We had a great stay for 2 nights. It is very spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. There is a very large sunroom which was a great space for kids to play the games provided. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds are comfortable and having 3 bathrooms between 7 people was very welcome. It is very quiet even with cars lining up on the road at the front for the ferry. There are 2 coastal walks nearby and a special treat for the children were the decorations in the Christmas trees on the walk closest to the property. Cafes in walking distance. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Easy and simple efforts need to be made to actually have the property presentable for this type is short term tenancy. The property was a mess with broken toaster random bins and rubbish, the windows filthy (sad because of views) and the house just not clean - i decobwebbed before my family arrived to stop them from complaining.

Stayed 6 nights

The house has a lovely view across the bay and is close to the ferry as well as cafes and the local hotel for evening meals. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, but the kitchen is poorly equipped if you do choose to stay in for a meal. There was also a problem with the pump, which needed to be reset frequently.
