有超棒的公共空間，房間裡的廚具設備非常完善，浴室和床櫃空間都很棒，還附有洗衣機烘衣機，一次洗烘只要五歐，櫃檯還會給兩顆洗衣球，超棒。離車站走路6分鐘而已，路上還有 dm ，非常適合多住幾天。

I stayed here recently and had a very mixed experience. Th location being close to subway stations and the river is good. On my first night at the hotel the property suffered a water leak or other similar plumbing issue which meant that my room had no hot or cold running water. These things happen but I found the staff to be nonchalant about the whole thing. Drinking water was no supplied and no information was shared about when water supplies would be reconnected or where to find alternative shower and toilet facilities. The water was out in my room for about 12 hours. These things happen sometimes but I would expect the staff to be more proactive in communications and offering support and water supplies. The hotel also does not have air conditioning. My room was hot and even though I managed to open a window the location of the hotel beside a busy road meant for a noisy night’s sleep. Not ideal.

Convenient and nice little hotel, shame they didn’t have aircon but honestly it was fine. They have very big windows that open fully and you can request a fan. They also had an iron on request, hairdryer in the room, smart TV with Netflix and shower toiletries. Very good for price.

Overall, I think this is an overpriced place and not that clean. My room was on the main road so it was noisy throughout the day if you like to have the window open (there is no air conditioning, so it can get warm if it is not open). There is currently construction going on so it can get noisy because of that and a bit dusty (apparently there has been construction going on for a bit). In terms of cleanliness, at one point I had a fly infestation by my bed, the sheets were stained and the towels smelled funny. The rooms were not cleaned completely when requested and one morning there was no water running, then it took around an hour to come back up again (this was not communicated to us, I had to go to reception to ask what happened). There was one lady at the reception who was very very lovely, but one guy who was not that patient and made my check in and check out feel very rushed. In terms of transport, it's very close to the train station (also about 15 minutes or so away from the airport by train). If you don't mind being a little further out from the central areas then this place is ok. If you do, I'd recommend going a little closer to town. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. I'd give it a total of 3/10.

Awesome location, rooms, they have a communal workspace and a laundry. But it’s the staff that made it amazing. Colin and the other person on the front desk we met went over and above to make our stay fantastic. Would stay again!

Parken könnte schwierig werden, es gibt nur hinter dem Hotel einige wenige Parkplätze. Fenster kann man nachts nicht aufmachen, da der Bahnhoflärm sehr stört. Dadurch wird es im Sommer nachts auch sehr warm.

Sehr neues Gebäude, dementsprechend auch die Innenausstattung. Sehr gut vom HBF erreichbar, über Ostkreuz oder Rummelsburg. Beide Stationen sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr praktisch die kleine Küchenzeile und die Nespressomaschine. Leider fehlt ein Haarföhn. Im Haus auch ein Späti und ein kleines Café. Direkt am Rummelsburger See gelegen kann man auch die Promenade entlanggehen. Aktuell wird der See und das Ufer saniert, sodass es dort noch etwas provisorisch aussieht. Nördlich des Hotels gibt es eine gute Dönerbude, diverse Restaurants und ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem großen Kaufland. Sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die fehlende Trittschalldämmung auf dem Flur. Rollkoffer kann man deutlich vernehmen, es war aber ansonsten sehr ruhig im Hotelzimmer.

Moderne Unterkunft, sehr zuvorkommender Service an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Leider konnte man aber abends keine Getränke (Wasser, Bier, Wein) erhalten, auch haben wir keinen Automaten gefunden, der einem weiter geholfen hätte.

die Zimmer mit Einbauküche sind sehr gut. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn absolut praktisch. Der See und die Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Parken kann problematisch werden

Sehr praktische Unterkunft, sehr gute Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut. Personal super freundlich und hilft einem in jeder Situation. Das Hotel selbst ist in einem guten, aber gewöhnungsbedürftigen, Zustand. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass die Zimmer zwar alle zwei Tage geputzt werden, falls man dies wünscht, aber nur sehr oberflächlich z. B. wurde der Boden weder gekehrt noch gewischt.

Room was clean but towels needed changing. stains in bed cushions . Which staff were happy to change. Sound prodding triple glazed glass meant a good night sleep as property is on a main road. Behind the property is an amazing waterfront space . My partner and I ran along it, it was lovely and peaceful! I heard the property is near a famous club which I think we passed on our run! Overall a good stay and worth the money! Breakfast options could be more varied. Great transport links.

Ich war das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft und dieses Mal leider nicht ganz so begeistert. Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber (Spinnenweben in der Ecke, lange Frauenhaare im Bad und Bett). Auch fehlte dieses Mal eine Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Ich hatte Zimmer 201, welches direkt hinter dem Lift lag und deutlich eine Lärmbelästigung darstellte. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht.

Zimmer an sich schön eingerichtet. Einige Bereiche wurden jedoch anscheinend gar nucht geputzt. Am Fenstergriff klebte Schokolade und an der Scheibe tote Mücken. Es gibt keine Möglichkeiten im Bad, seine Sachen abzulegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr dürftig und der Saal, in dem es angeboten wird ungemütlich mit hallender Akustik. Das Hotel ist jedoch gut gelegen und bezüglich der Möblierung entsprach das Zimmer den Fotos.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Lüftung, dadurch war die Luft sehr stickig, obwohl es draußen nicht heiß war. Um frische Luft zu bekommen, mussten wir das Fenster öffnen, was wegen der Hauptstraße und dem sehr regen Bahnverkehr extrem laut war. Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können und die Handtücher waren alt und teilweise mit Löchern. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage, aber insgesamt hätten wir uns für den Preis deutlich mehr Komfort und Qualität erwartet.

Moderne fasiliteter og god service. Fikk bytte rom fordi sengetøy + håndklær ikke var rene med svarte hår på (uprofesjonelt, men de tok det seriøst). I nytt rom var det rent, men safen tom for batteri. Det fikk de ordnet raskt. Andre gangen jeg bor her, kommer tilbake igjen fordi jeg verdsetter fasilitetene og personalet.

Clean and spacious, nice staff

Room was spotless, very friendly staff - and the rooms truly are soundproof. To top it off, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to my daughter & son-in-law’s apartment. Could not be more convenient.

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern! The room was comfortable and the shower amazing, but the bed was not good (little and Thin hard mattress). The localization was great, with public transportation nearby!

Wlan top . Leider beim Fernseher kein Normales Fernsehen. Der Lüfter im Bad etwas laut. Türe muss zum schlaffen immer zu sein.

Also close to Uber Arena for concerts etc. An okay number of restaurants within short waking distance. A small minimarked in the building and a supermarked 5 min away. Modern spacious room with a tea kitchen. Large lumber in the basement. The breakfast costs 18 euro and wasn't really worth it. it, if not for the convenience.

A very good accomodation close to the Ostkreutz station with frequent trains into to city centre within minutes. Friendly and helpfull staff. A mix of quiet neighbourhood and trains passing by with rooms not chosing waterfront view. But if you close the tripple-glased window no noise could be heard. Nice, well-designed and clean apartment. Only negative was that in the heat of the summer (+30) the window at night could not be open (because of the noise) as there is no ac. I suppose in moderate temperatures room temp will be ok.

Very modern property in a great location just a few minutes walk from Ostkreuz station which has direct trains both to the airport and the city centre. There’s also a nice lake very close by which seemed good to walk around. Friendly and helpful staff who let me check in a bit earlier than the official time so I could drop off my bag and go sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and I got a very good night’s sleep. Facilities in the room were fine for what I needed on a city break - it included a small kitchenette which I didn’t use but would be helpful for people on longer stays I guess. Great price paid too. I’d definitely recommend.

the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and ready early. The location was convenient, a bit off center but very near a s-bahn station that got us everywhere we needed, the only downside is the noise from said station is very loud and prevented us from keeping the window open at night.

Die Betten waren das einzige Manko. Zu klein und nur ein großes Oberbett.

Really disappointing stay. The rooms are very hot and noisy. If you’re facing the road, the noise is loud even with the windows shut. The noise from the corridor also carries quite heavily in the room, so you can hear steps from people walking, noises from housekeeping trolley and people talking. The mattress is very thin, and so are the towels. The room amenities are very basic considering the price paid for the room (Almost 200€ for 2 nights) Staff is friendly, although someone entered my room (probably housekeeping, I’m assuming by mistake) at 9am when checkout was at 11am. Hotel is modern, clean and beautifully decorated in the common areas

Wir waren das zweite Mal im HABYT und sind nach wie vor super happy! Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer riesig und top ausgestattet und der Blick auf Spree und/oder Fernsehturm ist unbezahlbar. An der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel kann man kostenlos Parken. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder! :)

The room was hot as there was no AC and no fan. Had to keep the window open to get some air inside. The room was facing the railway track and road. I could not sleep a bit because of the constant noise. The least they can do is install a fan if not AC. The bathroom had no storage place to keep the toiletries. Overall, a very minimalist hotel.

Without a doubt an outstanding experience; great location, great room and great cost-benefit ratio, but above all great staff! A shout out to Linh and Colin for their exceptional Customer Service skills, professionalism, care and kindness! I would stay anytime again at Habyt; looking forward to it.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr bemüht und stets lösungsorientiert. Man fühlt sich gut betreut und ernst genommen.

Travelled solo as an invisibly disabled woman for a trip to Berlin. Staff: amazing and so friendly, from helping me sort a charger converter emergency, to assisting with laundry. Room: a favourite on my trip for being able to cook small meals. Grocery store is about an 8 minute walk, well placed. Bed comfortable, climate control reasonable, strong shower Accessibility - no issues, elevator to floor, short walk from S Bahn major hub. Area: reasonably safe feeling, great Asian place nearby, also late night burger place if snacky. Shopping place around corner is fantastic to stock unit and also has charger converters in electronics store if yours gives up the ghost like mine did. Transit to main tourist areas via train in about 20-25 minutes, same to airport. Very handy!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Hotel ist Recht neuwertig und daher auch in gutem Zustand. Lage verkehrsgünstig, direkt an der Hauptstraße und fußläufig von S-Bahn-Stationen Ostkreuz und Rummelsburg in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Fußläufig erreichbar sind auch Kaufland und einige Dönerläden, Pizzeria etc. Nun zu den negativen Seiten dieses Hotels: Das Gebäude ist Recht steril eingerichtet, im Betonplatten -Stil. Das heißt, Zimmerdecken sind nicht gestrichen oder tapeziert, sondern im nackten Beton gehalten. Genauso die Treppenhäuser und Flure, soweit ich mich erinnere. Das hat zur Folge, dass das Gebäude sehr hellhörig ist, da keine Dämmung durch Tapeten bzw. Deko vorhanden ist. Wenn z.B. morgens um 9 der Service mit den Wagen durch die Flure rollt, ist das nach meinem Empfinden extrem laut. Ebenso Rollkoffer usw. Alles wirkt wenig gedämmt aufgrund der nackten Betonplatten. Im Zimmer sind die Fenster wiederum extrem gut gedämmt und sehr dick. Da hätte man beim Bau vielleicht etwas konsequenter sein sollen und das Gebäude etwas ruhiger ausstatten können. Zimmer ist sehr gut eingerichtet und funktionell, allerdings sind keine Leselampen am Bett vorhanden. Die vorhandenen Lampen hängen viel zu tief, somit ist das Lesen im Bett gar nicht möglich. Schade. Die Nachttische sind aus beschichteten Metall hergestellt, deshalb auch sehr laut, wenn man z.B. eine Tasse drauf abstellt oder auch nur das Handy darauf ablegt. Zudem ist der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut.

O hotel fica localizado distante de qualquer atração para ir a pé, em uma área residencial que está em processo de urbanização. Para ir atrações turísticas precisa andar uns 10 minutos a pé até uma estação de metro/trem para algum local de interesse turístico. Ele possui no mesmo prédio, mas com acesso externo, uma loja de conveniência (com produtos mais caros que um mercado). Se você chega tarde (22:00) não deve pegar mais nada aberto, e terá uma garrafa d'agua de cortesia, mas não tem nada que se possa comprar no hotel e nas cercanias. é uma área relativamente deserta. Apesar da cidade ser segura, não é recomendável andar a partir das 22:00 com objetos de valor. O quarto possui uma minicozinha, com sabão para a maquina de lavar louça, mas não é fácil descobrir como funciona (seria melhor ter detergente liquido e lavar na pia da cozinha). Acho que o hotel é recomendável para quem vem à trabalho para Berlin, por ter um custo menor... mas para fazer turismo não recomendaria. Em resumo o hotel é bom, mas o local não para quem vem à turismo.

Sidst jeg boede her var min eneste anke, at der ikke var gardiner eller persienner - Det er nu heldigvis fikset :o) Hotellet ligger i et ikke specielt ophidsende område 5-7 min. gang fra togknudepunktet Ostkreuz - Der er dog sket lidt så der nu en stor Späti (Kiosk) i samme bygning + en DM (Drogenmarkt) halvejs mod Ostkreuz. Så de ofte billige overnatningspriser skyldes beliggenheden, da alt andet fungerer fint. Fint køkken, lydtæt, godt wifi men madrassen er dog i den noget hårde ende for min smag. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage.

Das Hotel ist fast neu, dementsprechned modern sind die Zimmer und das Hotel. Leider unverständlich, das keine Klimaanlage verfügbar ist, es war sehr heiß und Fenster öffnen nicht möglich wegen Straßenlärm. Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung, es gab sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle usw. Das Frühstück wird als Kontinentales Früstück beworben, leider wird nicht einmal ein Frühstücksei oder Rührei angeboten. Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käsesorten ist eher als einfach und übersichtlich zu beschreiben, das ganze kostet dann 17 Euro/Tag! Parkmöglichkeiten äußerst eingeschränkt ums Haus herum, eine Tiefgarage ist nicht vorhanden, völlig unverständlich in dieser Gegend als neues Hotel, da sonst keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Leider hatte ich mit dem Servicepersonal meine Mühe. Die Deutschkenntnisse waren nicht sehr ausgeprägt und für mich auch wegen dem Dialekt sehr schwer zu verstehen. Werde alleine wegen der Parksituation von einer weiteren Buchung absehen, schade

Hotel ist 5-10 min vom Ostkreuz Bf entfernt, daher gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Jedoch sehr sehr laut. Nachts das Fenster offen zu lassen ist nicht möglich. Ständig Zugverkehr, Blaulichtsignal und ähnliches. Zimmer klein aber sauber. Bett 1.40 m gross (für 2 Personen deutlich zu klein). Der Safe ist nicht größer als ein Schuhe Grösse 44. Ein iPad oder Laptop passt dort nicht rein. KEINE KLIMAANLAGE - im Sommer nicht empfehlenswert. Mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, mit geschlossenem Fenster wird es unerträglich. Für mich nur im Herbst / Winter eine Option und nur für eine Person! Frühstücksbuffet kostet 17€, lohnt sich bei der Auswahl nicht. Jedoch sehr bemüht.

The building is perfect, good design and services. Clean and recent. Spaces good only for thin people. Breakfast expensive and not so good… no supermarket and restaurants near. Mitte and airport comfortably reachable thank to the near Ostkreuz station (6 minutes walking) and the well organized Berlin public transport service. Beautiful bike ways near the Spree
