Property is dated. Onsen was not pleasant. There are two onsens. The older one has a pebble bottom that was terrible to walk on.

Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again.

I booked 3 rooms this time. One of the rooms was dirty, toilet smells very bad, and a tea cup still contain residual tea, probably from previous guests. Other than that, the location was great to explore around Yoshinoyama.

Beautiful tempel garden, there's an outside onsen with view on the mountains, the staff is very friendly

客室関連・部屋に電源コンセントが少なくスマホ等の充電に困った・トイレが和式で困った・ドライアーが弱くて髪が乾きにくい食事関連・配膳している人が少ないのか段取りが悪く、部屋に入る時も配膳も待たされた受付関連・前の人の受付で時間が取られ、中々受付が出来なかった。人はいるようなので、役割分担をして対応すべき
