Es hotel y Motel me hubiera gustado saber eso antes de reservar

This is a 2 star property all day and only stay if you need for short transit. It is not far from the airport. Hotel is decent and quite clean. But staff is terrible and barely speak English. they have very little amenities (no ice machine, no microwave, no coffee). There is plenty of decent dining (mostly fast food). location is good cause it is not too far from central area.

El hotel está bien en general. Fue una estancia familiar y no dice en ningún lugar que tamo es Motel.

La habitación pequeña, llovió esa noche y hacia algo de frio, solo estaba la colcha para cubrirnos. No se si haya otra entrada pero entramos al motel, ya dentro nos dirigieron al hotel.

Service was horrible, this is half motel half hotel

Es algo engañosa porque realmente es un motel la parte de abajo y personal con muy mal servicio y poco limpieza.

Bien en general. A diferencia de otras ocasiones, sólo nos pusieron un bote de agua para dos personas. Mucho ruido por adecuaciones del hotel.

The first room I got smelled like sewage. They changed my room after I commented and it was better but it had a lingering aroma. The staff was generally okay but the front office seemed annoyed that a guest was present. Besides that-the room was clean enough and I was able to rest.

El trato fue excelente, la habitación y todas las instalaciones de encontraban limpias y en excelentes condiciones

El peor lugar para hospedarse. Sucio, mala atención, sin estacionamiento seguro. Jamás se hospeden en este lugar.

This hotel was located close to where we needed to be at so it seemed like the perfect fit. It has great pictures and was probably an amazing place when it was built. However at this time it is dirty and deteriorated with shredded towels, dirty hallways, our room had a broken door lock, the TV did not work, there was only an outlet on one side of the bed and it did not work. No wash cloths, very noisy, no blanket on the bed, the heat didn’t work…only blew cold air. Just not great.

This is a hidden gem. Low price, cleanliness, modern, good staff, what more can you ask for. I've stayed at this hotel 2 times now and it has been great. I didn't expect anything luxurious but what I did expect was a clean and convenient option and they exceeded. Thank you so much for your service.

El hotel es bueno, sólo esperaría más opciones de televisión en cuanto a canales o tener activo el Netflix. La señal de internet es mala. Los alimentos no son tan buenos . Al rededor se tienen opciones para comer, se tiene demasiado escándelo para dormir o al menos esa noche que me hospede corrí con mala suerte , ya que bueno el hotel es para descansar,

There were so many bad experiences in just 4 nights, the safe was ruined and no one responded until after more than 24 hours, the treatment of the staff is terrible, the entry card was misconfigured at each exit, there was a party until Saturday at 3 am and you can hear everything. I really recommend paying a few dollars more for something better.

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as being close to the Basilica of Guadalupe, but it’s definitely not a 20-minute walk. it took me at least 30 minutes. On the plus side, there’s a Walmart, a Chili’s, and plenty of food options nearby. However, the experience inside the hotel was disappointing. The hallway to my room was dark, which didn’t feel safe, especially since I was traveling alone. I usually leave the TV on when I sleep, and I KNOW I fell asleep to Harry Potter. I was shocked to wake up around 2 or 3 AM to explicit adult content playing on the TV, completely inappropriate and unsettling. The condition of the room wasn’t great either. The floor was missing some wood, and the bathroom door was chipped. When I first checked in, the woman at the front desk saw me walk in but walked away as if she hadn’t. I know she saw me because I caught her moving. Later that evening, I said “good night” to another staff member and didn’t even get a response. I only stayed here to sleep, and thankfully it was just for two nights. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. I even looked for nearby hotels I could suggest instead, but the ones I saw didn’t have visible names — just signs that said “Hotel,” which didn’t help.

Reserve una hora antes de mi ingreso, piden INE de ambas personas al ingresar y hacen firmar un reglamento. Las instalaciones están limpias y cuentan con aire acondicionado las habitaciones. La única queja es que las habitaciones son pequeñas y se escucha cuando los otros huéspedes entran a las habitaciones vecinas y quita tranquilidad.

the room was great, just wish the doors were made of a different material, at night you could hear people talking on the hallways and traffic outside.

Llegamos y dijeron que estaban sobrevendidos, que nos pasarían a un motel. Nos sentímos inseguros, no nos dieron llave.

Una receptionista es muy grosera, no deberia trabajar ahi si no sabe tratar a los clientes, es muy cortatnte y depota, si supiera el nombre se lo pongo aquí, pero no le pregunte por lo mismo, mi chek in era las 3pm, pero yo llegué las 1pm, solo quería preguntarle si podía dejar las maletas antes de la hora y pagar por estar ahí antes de la hora indicada. Perdón solo me contestaba sarcásticamente , esta persona creó que trabajaba en el día, porque en la noche si eran amables las recepcionitas ,había otras trabajadores muy amables me ayudaban cuando necesitaba. En el hotel no me gustó es que no hay suficiente luz en el dormitorio. No podía ni siquiera mirar en el espejo, deberian poner unos focos mas grandes y claros.

Nos dijeron que había sobre venta de habitaciones, y nos querían dar habitación en el motel cuando habíamos pagado y reservado con anticipación. La señorita de la recepción no fue tan amable ante la situación. Justificando no era su problema.

Property was conveniently located near a very large shopping mall as well as restaurants. Room was clean but there were some maintenance issues with regard the floor peeling and swollen wood around the bathroom doors. The shower was fantastic. Asked for extra pillow but was refused. They didn't make up the room after the first night. The hospitality desk was boxed in like a bank teller and Steve wasn't particularly friendly. Not absolutely sure but part of the Hotel might've been a "no tell motel".

This place I do not recommend to anyone. I had things moved out of my room after I told them not to clean the first day I arrived. The receptionist mentioned that no one had entered my room but clearly I notice things being moved around. Too much noise at night as well and couldn’t sleep.

this hotel is very close to airport, no need to pay extra. This is very modern and comfortable, maybe outside the rooms need a better carpet but this is 99/100
