Address in hotels.com is wrong and took us 40 min out of thr way to a very bad neighborhood. make sure you google the name of the hotel and put that in maps! Lots of codes to remember and no parking onsite. had to park in the 24 hour lot down the street. also not listed on hotels.com not in a good area… food around.

IT WAS A GOOD STAY, THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THERE WASN'T ANYONE IN SIGHT BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE SET UP WAS VERY NICE AND SECURED, I FELT AT HOME.

Overall a nice spot to stay. Double security access makes you feel like they take security serious. The room was spacious and clean. Paid parking across the street. Enter on Spring, not on Main!

Very clean, the owner is great. Just that they dont have parking. We have to pay an over night fee.

10/10 this boutique hotel feel more like a air bnb was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in check in was a breeze the owner was nice pleasant and helpful great customer service there’s security at the front door to insure your safety I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again thank you

Overall the boutique hotel was well kept and clean. My room had a surprisingly large bathroom. Austin sent me a text before I arrived outlining the check in process, gave the code for the front gate and our room code. There isn’t a receptionist or anyone in person to help, but Austin was available via text with any questions. I stayed here to go to Crypto.com arena. A little bit of a walk, and the neighbor is a little off the beaten path and a little rough (it’s downtown LA) but I did feel safe there. But the price can’t be beat for the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Carlos and Audemar team: Thank you for hosting us these past four nights. We appreciate your work to rejuvenate DTLA. We learned not to judge a hotel by its (unfinished) lobby and enjoyed our third floor room after you tended to fridge, lamp, and TV remote. A couple of suggestions: Another overhead light; light in closet; access to terrestrial tv channels (PBS, CBS, ABC, et al.), better bathroom lighting (for over-sink grooming); nite stands on both sides of king bed; easier-to-access electrical outlets; faster/more reliable wi-fi. Also, your $35 early check-in fee is off-putting, not comparable w/Hilton, Marriott, IHG, etc. We did appreciate your Basil & Cheese restaurant recommendation and took breakfast there thrice. Also, welcomed the new sealed-in-plastic toothbrushes, although you might consider providing drinking glasses. BTW, the bathroom sink faucet hot water sufficed for making instant coffee in absence of in-room coffee/tea set-up. LA Metro buses were quite convenient for Getty Center, Getty Villa, LACMA, and we could walk to LAMOCA, central LAPL, + Whole Foods.

Very small hotel and hard to see in a sketchy area. Need a code to enter the property. Need staff, Carlos, was nice and it appears that it was a one man band show. Hotel lobby is sort of like a motel lobby, very small. Lots of art both on the walls and leaning against the wall; which, was nice but created an ambiance of clutter as hallways are small. Elevator is super dark but has almost sort of blue Xmas lights on the ceiling of the elevator. Upon arriving to the second floor, you can easily smell the stench of weed and our room had an unpleasant odd odor; which, sort of went away when the AC was on. Our main entrance door had a digital code lock and a lower card reader handle that didn’t work or even manually locked, so I had to rely on the digital lock; which, didn’t give me a sense of safety. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The room was organized with streaming service, a fridge, and they provided extra things such as toothbrushes, makeup remover, q-tip, etc. Beds were comfortable and the room had a pretty cool decor. The following morning around 545am, the room across from me was having some sort of altercation between two men that happened to check in the night before after I checked in, so I saw who they were. Altercation had yelling, loud slapping noises, and a lot of things possibly being tossed around as it was loud thumps. The noise stopped but around 615am, it escalated again till the fire fighters and police came and it stop. Not staying here again.

This little gem is perfect for a downtown LA stay. There are several parking lots near by. Overnight parking is down the street to the left. I lucked out with a spot right in front (Sunday), no fee and overnight worked out. Great parking garage lot about .5 miles down spring for great price overnight (520 s spring street, no in and out). Depending on your neighbors you might hear some noise from above or next door, but doable. Definite noise from outside as you are close to DT and concert venues. Nothing that will keep you from sleeping, but definitely not sound proof. Stick to Spring street and Broadway if you are walking late night. There are a lot of homeless and druggies walking/living around the neighboring streets.

Hotel looks great on google, not so much in person. We honestly felt deceived. If you don't know the area it's in a very sketchy area of downtown. Could only pay for parking via cash or venmo, no card payment. Quality of everything in the room was poor. None of the pillows were the same, dirty floors, uncomfortable mattress, and no air conditioning. Checked in and never saw staff again.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at! I loved the vibes.

The room had baby roaches all over the bathroom so we only stayed one night of our reservation.

The rooms are bright, modern, and very clean. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which I really appreciated during my stay. Recommended!

Everything was quite comfortable and clean, from the well-maintained rooms to the fresh linens and tidy common areas, which made the entire stay feel relaxing and worry-free.

Just left the hotel today. I woke up this morning and noticed a huge cockroach on the wall. I couldnt believe how big it was. I was literally terrified. It was on the wall right next to the bed. I left the hotel immediately. I notified the front desk person via text message because thats what they use for communication there. The person just replied back with an emoji. I sent a picture to them of the roach. They didnt show any remorse, didnt offer a discount or anything. Just an emoji reply. Absolutely horrible. I dont recommend staying here at all.

it wasn’t bad but the bathroom was a little dirty, i don’t believe anyone offered room service cleaning in the two days that i stayed there such as taking out the trash. the location was a good distance to the event that i was attending at the crypto arena. the customer service was good

the room was spotless — not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. Towels were fluffy, and the bathroom was shining clean. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable 👊

Location is very convenient and front desk was very helpful. Room was well air conditioned, but the bathroom had lots of small cockroaches in the shower. Our group had to kill at least 10 before we were able to shower.

Room was clean, check in was easy, and the location was perfect for a show at the Orpheum Theatre. Will be back!

The check-in building was horrible, but the actual old bank building where the rooms are is beautiful. Big room had everything we could possibly need.

Cool little boutique hotel downtown - my gf and I overall enjoyed our two-night stay! Our room was very big, pretty well-maintained but the shower was really odd (a very low-mounted showerhead facing the shower curtain, instead of being parallel to it, hard to explain but it got water absolutely *everywhere*) and the bed was very uncomfortable. Good location, walkable, lots of stuff to do/see around. Would stay here again for sure but maybe next time I'd ask for a room with a better bed and shower! Yes there are homeless people in downtown LA, you'll be fine.

The Audemar is a quaint place to stay. Small, but cute, beds were clean and provided a nice sleep for the night. It is Downtown La, so naturally there were clubs and bars nearby with music and loud goers, but once we reached our room, noise drowned out and it was easy to sleep.

Served its purpose. Weird that it was all remote check in but clean and safe. All communication with staff was via text but they were accommodating to my fear of the elevator and kind.

*Sigh* Carlos was my person that helped me check in. I booked this place/hotel a few hours before my arrival. Check in was difficult. The building advertised in photos was not the building that I stayed in. I and another guest that I didn’t know, stood at the front of the building confused as to how to get in. He was at the correct building but I was not. We both booked with Audamar. -Parking sucks! A movie was being filmed across the street so all of the lots were closed. I was notified of that after my booking. I didn’t know it was wise to check in earlier than later due to parking. I parked 4 blocks away then got up the next morning to move my car closer. -DTLA especially that block is FILTHY. Be careful rolling your luggage down the sidewalk. There is animal pee and poop everywhere. -The floors in our room were FILTHY! Our socks were pitch black after walking on them. -The washer and dryer? Oh don’t bother. They do not work properly. -We froze our first night because the AC functions were outdated and did not work. -The shower knobs are hard to operate. -Very noisy. You will wake up often from all the DTLA noise. Lots of homeless walking around with no clothes on. -No overnight doormen for safety and late arrivals. The doorman was on duty early in the morning but no one at night/overnight. -TERRIBLE! I do not recommend at all.

Received parking ticket during stay, booked for 1 bed but received 2 beds, staffs not at property everything done by virtual yet they don’t respond. Extremely noisy cabin overall. Would never stay here again.

The Audemar location was great in price everything we wanted to see was within walking distance The host also went over and beyond to help make our stay smooth, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dtla. I was very happy with my last-minute booking; thank you carlos! everything was just perfect!

The staff was very nice. We arrived early and the staff was kind enough to watch our bags til check-in.

Audemar hotel is very clean and comfortable area whatI loved the most was the location on South Spring Street. You're literally steps away from so many great spots! I enjoyed morning walks around Pershing Square, grabbed coffee from a cute local café nearby.

It was a very nice hotel, I loved that there is a Cuban restaurant right next-door and I love the security although the hotel is a very sketchy area. The hotel itself is very secure. The parking was limited, but the hotel room itself was very unique clean. There was a good view obviously because of the area, but very comfortable.

Solid 5/5. Rooms are clean, furniture is new, staff is helpful and welcoming, the view from our room was very beautiful. For those unfamiliar with LA, Downtown isn’t very much the place to take a walk outside in the evening as there are a lot of homeless people and crackheads around (but you feel much safer during daytime). Would definitely recommend anyone visiting LA as its one of the best, if not the best, hotels in its price range.

Love this quaint boutique hotel! Check in was a breeze. Both owners were friendly and attentive! Security is on point. Yes you need codes to get in but that made me feel a lot safer! Room was clean and spacious! Price is great for downtown LA! Will definitely be back! Paulie’s Deli next door has yum yum food as well!!

Over all the rooms were very clean and spacious, exactly like the pictures. They provided many amenities including microwaves, laundry, towels, etc. and the place was also very safe indoors. Very fancy decor and super nice vibe! The staff was also wonderful and they helped us out graciously. The rooms are secure and theres also a very nice restaurant inside of the ‘main’ building which has amazing food for great prices. You may have to buy an overnight parking spot but it doesn’t cost much for a 16 hour stay. Lots of dining options nearby! The downtown place it’s at is also very nice to walk around and explore. It’s in the middleish area so it’s easy to go around and explore the surroundings of Downtown L.A. Theres a lot of homeless population and the people on the streets are somewhat suspicious but safe in the daytime seeing I was safe walking alone for 5 miles around the place as a girl— in the daytime. At night the streets get a little ghosty but nothing to be extremely worried about unless you get unlucky and run into someone having a bad night. The property itself is lovely, 10/10 recommend for that Downtown LA experience!! Get the King bed studios!!

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

I travel a lot for work, and this is one of the best downtown hotels I’ve stayed in. Fast check-in, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet room with a desk perfect for working. The café downstairs was great for early breakfasts before meetings. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely loved the aesthetic of the hotel. The staff was really accommodating and was able to let us check in early. The street the hotel is on is quiet and in perfect area for everything either a walking distance or short uber ride. Best way we got around was the scooters available on any street.
