Excellent overall! The rooms at Catbird are modern and unique. A great option when attending events at Mission Ballroom, as the hotel is within walking distance of the venue. This property has a lovely rooftop bar; open seating and activity areas with great views; two large hot tubs; and a fitness center with all the necessities.

Catbird is very convenient to the train and other RiNo attractions. Great vibe and good hang out spaces. Love the rooftop bar--although we usually only get there in summer.

No parking other than valet around hotel. There's tow zones every where surrounding the hotel. But it is very beautiful, luxurious hotel with also wqshers and dryers in the rooms. Very beautiful spot.

Staff was great and very attentive and helpful best part of stay. No onsite self parking, only offsite. No EV charging onsite, it is offsite aswell. There was an unexpected daily charge of 30/night (destination amenities), not highlighted anywhere under amenities section. Also, just for pet owners, $75 one time charge.

We stayed in a junior suite- with the pull out couch it was large enough for my husband, myself and our 15yr old daughter. The gym facility was one of the best hotel gyms I have used. You do have to go outside to get to it but well worth it. The breakfast included in the stay qas tasty. There is also the optio to get made to order food for a charge. We enjoyed the top floor bar/hang out spot, The Rook- had a rousing game of Sorry and Catan. Lots of food options within walking distance. The only downside is the parking situation. Overnight valet at the hotel was $52 during our stay. A plus was the attendant gave great advice on where to park overnight in a parking garage about a block away- $20 a night during the week and $5 a night Saturday and Sunday. Overall a great stay and would recommend anyone to stay at least once.

Catbird is awesome. Amazing rooms with some loft beds and a huge screen that covers the window to watch tv. Modern, comfortable and efficient rooms. A fantastic shower and bathroom. Amazing rooftop space with hot tubs and a green area with chairs—comfortable and cozy places all over to lounge and converse. Local art everywhere. Scooters and bikes you can borrow for free. Kind and helpful staff. Catbird is fantastic, and although I only live an hour way, I will come again just to chill. Plus, you can easily walk to Mission Ballroom from here.

Catbird hotel was nice. My room had a stove top, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Projection screen in the room was a nice feature too. Hot tub was broken during my stay, but no big deal. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only downside was the surrounding area is pretty desolate. The Pizza place across the street is good, and the owner & staff were very welcoming, so give it a visit.

I love your hotel!! We always make top ramen for dinner! It's so fun to have the kitchen in the room and we enjoyed the projector too this time and would like to have that room again!! The only thing: floor was dirty, walking barefoot was kind of gross and there was a swatch of long red hair on the shower wall ~ ick! Patty

Lobby area and third story we stayed on had sewage smell. Upon checking in and street parking we were given a 50$ parking fee that I luckily noticed, but staff took a while to figure out how to remove and couldn’t explain where it came from. Comforter on bed had a large rip across it and side wall had some yellow smudges that looked like pee across it next to the bottom of the bed. Not what I expected from a 350$ hotel room. Overall a good stay but cleanliness and at times customer satisfaction were overlooked.

Price was crazy I ended up paying upwards of $500 for one night(I was comfortable spending $300) the valet should be free if you pay $300 for a night stay. The room and vibe of the hotel was perfect! Beds very comfy & cozy. Huge downfall was the cleanliness for me. The cleaning service needs to step it up in the bathrooms mainly. I was highly dissatisfied having to clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable enough getting ready for our dinner reservations.

We absolutely adored the catbird hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the lobby had a wonderful area for relaxing. The set up in the room was amazing for my wife and our two dogs. They even provided dog bed and bowls. We will be back.

A very cute and unique property. Loved the style and free breakfast and the art throughout the hotel. The only downside was that the bed is up on a platform (which we knew in advance!) and the area to walk around the bed is much smaller than it appears. You need to climb over the person next to you if you are the one further away from the stairs. Not a huge deal for us but got kind of old after 2 nights.

I wanted to like this place more. It was meh. We were on the top floor which was quite warm and the AC was loud. Shower didn’t get very hot. They must have some kind of deal with the pan company bc omg you just see it over and over in the TV. I was excited to use the projector but you can only use YT or Netflix. Nothing else? Lame.

Interesting hotel. Rooms are very small. In fact, almost like a tiny house. Somewhat awkward as there is really no place to sit except tiny sofa facing the walls not the windows. Everything pulls out from under the bed. Odd we had no ice bucket, no glas wear, no sheets pillows or blankets for pull out sofa. Valet parking price insane HOWEVER.. with all of that said.. The staff is incredible! Very friendly and helpful

It’s a really cool hotel. And if you’re trying to cook, it might be the spot for you. The setup looks cool but unless you are willing to crawl over your partner or hop off the side of the platform it’s annoying when you have to get into bed or get up if you are sleeping on the inside. The location was good and there are cool’s spots near by. Check the elevator sign for the bars daily specials. There were 40$ magnums of wine one day. The rooftop is cool but I wish there was a pool. I guess because it’s extended stay they don’t make up the rooms. It was good but I don’t think I would stay here again.

This was a fun unique hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The lofted bed was a little tricky and tiresome after a few days but the use of space in the room made it worth it.

The check in process was arduous at best. There was a line of people trying to use the check in machine and apparently it wasn't working properly. It made for a very extensive wait time and for that reason, we probably won't return.

Staff was mostly pretty unfriendly -- most of them would not make eye contact and none -- except for the valet who would park your car for $52 a night -- even bothered to say hello. Someone had spilled a drink in the elevator one day and it never got cleaned up. They also charge you a "destination" fee, which is utterly ridiculous. The common space on the roof is nice, but it is too cold to use most of the year so what is that fee about? Just be up front and charge a flat room rate instead of tacking on a fee like this hotel is a resort with amenities. It is not. And that corner of RINO is not much of a destination. It lacks the convenience of staying downtown and the charm of some of Denver's more established neighborhoods.

Catbird Hotel is a really cool place with very friendly people. The valet drivers were always great, lobby staff was super friendly and on top of things, the rooms are super unique and well cared for, and if you're bringing pets it's a great neighborhood to be in as almost everything is pet friendly. If I had any criticisms, it would just be the parking situation. You either have to pay for parking to park yourself or pay $50/day for valet. Not too much of a big deal, but wish that was a little more clear. I also could have just missed that though.

We overall loved our stay. The room has lots of little nice touches - good kitchenette, storage, views, comfortable. Only complaint is the staff needs training in customer service - we didn’t get a greeting upon getting there, always got short cold answers to questions and we felt we were a hassle to them our entire trip despite literally never needing anything

From the puzzles in the lobby to the pool tables on the rooftop to the borrow-able amenities like record players, they are creating spaces for people to make memories while traveling together. They were welcoming in a laidback way that put guests at ease. We also saw the chef multiple times, giving the impression he cared about the food served and guests’ breakfast experience. And we enjoyed the beer garden and breweries in easy walking distance (The Zesty Dreams Nitro at the RiNo Beer Garden was my fav.) The only downside was it felt a tad disorganized. We had to ask twice for pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa bed. When we asked about the “Playroom”—the title of the room both on the website and on the sign posted on the actual room, we were told there wasn’t one and I had to awkwardly scramble to bring up the website to convey what we were interested in. Weirdly, a grown man who was not in uniform walked into our room using a key card without knocking, startling my kids and then mumbling that he was maintenance and didn’t know anyone was there before quickly exiting. We are hoping that was an anomaly because we booked fairly last minute. Overall, we would definitely come back and we’d recommend it to others.

The staff had no interest in making any alterations, and were very unhelpful. The party ended at 8, but I was there at 6pm, so it was a long noisy stretch. There were other unhelpful issues too.

Very cool space and vibe, but the front desk staff and check-in process are confusing. The front desk is situated on the same counter as a open air kitchen serving as a cafe. The wait time for simple things was a bit annoying. The hotel lobby had a strong smell of sewage and the roof was leaking for the entire 3 day stay.

We visit Denver quite often from Carbondale. We love the cat bird. It is so close to so many great restaurants and it's also really close to the Mission ballroom. We love to go to that music venue and it's such a convenient walk from the catbird. The rooms are lovely and all the spaces in the hotel are fantastic.

I had a fantastic three day stay at the Catbird and would absolutely stay there again. It was an unexpected highlight of this trip. You should absolutely consider staying here if you're looking to visit Denver. It's extremely conveniently located in the RiNo district downtown. It's right across from the 38th and Blake stop on the A line, so getting to LoDo or the airport is no trouble at all. There's restaurants and bars within walking distance if the light rail isn't your thing. The hotel restaurant was great as well if you don't feel like going out - I really enjoyed the brussel sprouts with bacon and pecans. The rooms were kitschy and fun, with interesting touches everywhere. It felt like a home away from home, or staying with a fun aunt or uncle. If you want a straight laced vanilla hotel, stay at the airport Westin. If you want to have some fun, stay at the Catbird.

The hotel is very modern and has a great vibe. The room was very clean and comfortable. We went to a concert at the Mission Ballroom and were able to walk which was very nice. My only complaint is that they really only had valet parking and it was quite pricey. The staff and everyone was really nice though. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was such a great hotel to stay in! Very convenient to everything. Best pizza in the world right across the street with a liquor store right next door! Within walking distance to beer gardens and comedy shows. The hotel itself is so awesome! Every morning you get a hot, freshly cooked breakfast with a smile. I loved staying here!

Excellent overall! The rooms at Catbird are modern and unique. A great option when attending events at Mission Ballroom, as the hotel is within walking distance of the venue. This property has a lovely rooftop bar; open seating and activity areas with great views; two large hot tubs; and a fitness center with all the necessities.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Funky, unconventional vibe to hotel... not a bad thing. Food there was expensive, but tasty. Difficult to find entry in to hotel. Not sure where to check in. Parking fee was exorbitant. Also many other fees added on to base fee.

I was really pleased with my stay and the service I received while I was there. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, and I appreciated the yogurt and fresh fruits. The room was well equipped. It was a quick walk from the train and to a Red Rock bus! I liked the neighborhood and accessibility of everything. I definitely will recommend!

Great place to stay… the rooms are quiet and clean. Everything you’d need for an extended stay is supplied in the kitchenette. I love the hidden cubbies for closets and the rain shower-head. My biggest complaint are resort fees, lack of parking and expensive valet parking. Rooftop bar was cool, the espresso martini wasn’t anything exciting.
