Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Der Ort ist haustierfreundlich und vor allem barrierefrei! Die angebotenen Räumlichkeiten sind top ausstaffiert, sehr bequeme Betten, eine gemütliche Couch mit Fernseher und eine kleine Küche. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet neben Handgriffen an der Wand der Toilette und einem herabklappbaren Sitz für die Dusche eine verstellbare Handbrause mit 3 Modi. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wem die zimmereigene Küche mit Spülmaschine nicht reicht, kann in der großen Gemeinschaftsküche alles finden, was er braucht. Öfen, Mikrowellen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sämtliches Zubehör. Gegenüber der Gemeinschaftsküche befindet sich eine Bar, wo man an den drinnen und draußen vorhandenen Tischen abends noch gemütlich einen Kaffee trinken kann. Nachts ist der Innenhof sehr gut be- und ausgeleuchtet. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Eingang. Auch das Frühstück war super. Das Dorf selbst ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen, bietet aber alles, was man braucht in näherer Umgebung. Etwas weiter ist ein See gelegen. Wir haben an diesem Ort mit unserem Hund leider nur eine Übernachtung gehabt, aber wir können sagen: Ob auf Tour mit dem Rad oder mit der gesamten Familie, hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben! Für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis sehr gut! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Séjour en famille, appartement duplex extrêmement propre, bien entretenu et bien aménagé. Lieu atypique avec beaucoup de charme. Nous avons pu profiter du spa privatif en famille. Le personnel sur place est disponible, à l'écoute et bienveillant. Rien à dire nous gardons un super souvenir de ces quelques jours à Arleux et nous reviendrons...

Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here.

Used as a stop from the port when driving from UK to disneyland paris. We arrived after midnight and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who escorted us the our accommodation. Very helpful and informative Great room, we'll equipped and clean Will definitely use again in future 24 hour check in was a bonus and easy parking right outside

We are a family of five that regularly travels through France, but it is hard to find accommodation that fits us all plus the dog. This hotel was amazing. Everything looks new, it is quiet, and facilities like the bar and gym were great. Superb service. Modern and we loved the location for a short stop over. We will definitely look to stay again. Thank you.

This has honestly been one of my favourite stays in years. Since I travel with my dog, I always look for places that are not only dog-friendly but also practical for small getaways from Belgium by train. For this trip, I wanted something relaxed at the end of summer, with good hikes nearby, a terrace for my dog to sunbathe, and a room with at least a fridge and microwave so I could eat a bit healthier. This place had all of that and more. The rooms are huge, simple in a good way, and super clean. Actually, the whole property is spotless and very tidy; everything feels well cared for, with nothing left lying around. The service really stood out. From the first email before my arrival to check-in and throughout my stay, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff offer a lot of services, much better than some five-star hotels I’ve been to. Getting coffee, breakfast, or anything else was very easy. Justine at reception deserves a mention; our French and English weren’t perfect, but communication was always easy, and she was always kind and smiling. The accommodation is also well designed for accessibility, making it easy for people with disabilities and their caregivers to enjoy their holiday. They also offer massages, classes, and wellness options like a jacuzzi and sauna, which other guests spoke very highly of. As for being dog-friendly, it was exceptional. What a great find. This was a stopover for us on the way to Calais and it was ideal. Such a friendly welcome with a really peaceful and relaxing vibe in the bar and outside area. The apartment was great with enough facilities for us to have an evening meal using the microwave. Nice location and parking was right outside.

Nous avons simplement dormi. C'était super bien, propre avec balcon en rez-de-chaussée puis dans la chambre. Nous avons eu le droit de profiter de la chambre 2 heures de plus. Je recommande vraiment.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix! L'accueil est excellent également. Des communs très bien équipés. Le petit déjeuner est très abordable avec peu de choix. Le seul bémol serait les rideaux qui ne sont pas étanches à la lumière.

Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here.

We are a family of five that regularly travels through France, but it is hard to find accommodation that fits us all plus the dog. This hotel was amazing. Everything looks new, it is quiet, and facilities like the bar and gym were great. Superb service. Modern and we loved the location for a short stop over. We will definitely look to stay again. Thank you.

L'établissement est vraiment sympa et le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont particulièrement adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous avons passé une très belle nuit et mangé un excellent petit déjeuner. Seul bémol la chaleur accumulée sous le toit à rendu la chambre du haut invivable et le manque de fenêtre là haut n'a pas permis de faire descendre la température.

Since I travel with my dog, I always look for places that are not only dog-friendly but also practical for small getaways from Belgium by train. For this trip, I wanted something relaxed at the end of summer, with good hikes nearby, a terrace for my dog to sunbathe, and a room with at least a fridge and microwave so I could eat a bit healthier. This place had all of that and more. The rooms are huge, simple in a good way, and super clean. Previously stayed here and loved it. This trip out me off staying here ever again. Arrived after 10pm from a long drive if over 12 hours to be given a room opposite the function room. Whilst a party was in full swing. Lots of party goers outside being loud and smoking to have to walk through. Room was clean and well equipped. Past 11pm and the noise was still horrific despite their own rules in the wall stating it was quiet hours after 10 pm Took a walk over to reception to ask to move rooms and was told can't as they're full and they'd asked the party to turn the music down and they wouldn't so shrugged her shoulders. 230 am and the music was still going. Zero sleep and an absolute waste of a stop over. I contacted Expedia after midnight and their only suggestion was find somewhere else and check out and they'd try for a refund. No where available at that hour so we were stuck. Avoid at all costs especially if you value your sleep. No one around on check out to discuss

Used as a stop from the port when driving from UK to disneyland paris. We arrived after midnight and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who escorted us the our accommodation. Very helpful and informative Great room, we'll equipped and clean Will definitely use again in future 24 hour check in was a bonus and easy parking right outside

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Der Ort ist haustierfreundlich und vor allem barrierefrei! Die angebotenen Räumlichkeiten sind top ausstaffiert, sehr bequeme Betten, eine gemütliche Couch mit Fernseher und eine kleine Küche. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet neben Handgriffen an der Wand der Toilette und einem herabklappbaren Sitz für die Dusche eine verstellbare Handbrause mit 3 Modi. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wem die zimmereigene Küche mit Spülmaschine nicht reicht, kann in der großen Gemeinschaftsküche alles finden, was er braucht. Öfen, Mikrowellen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sämtliches Zubehör. Gegenüber der Gemeinschaftsküche befindet sich eine Bar, wo man an den drinnen und draußen vorhandenen Tischen abends noch gemütlich einen Kaffee trinken kann. Nachts ist der Innenhof sehr gut be- und ausgeleuchtet. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Eingang. Auch das Frühstück war super. Das Dorf selbst ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen, bietet aber alles, was man braucht in näherer Umgebung. Etwas weiter ist ein See gelegen. Wir haben an diesem Ort mit unserem Hund leider nur eine Übernachtung gehabt, aber wir können sagen: Ob auf Tour mit dem Rad oder mit der gesamten Familie, hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben! Für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis sehr gut! Absolut empfehlenswert!

What a great find. This was a stopover for us on the way to Calais and it was ideal. Such a friendly welcome with a really peaceful and relaxing vibe in the bar and outside area. The apartment was great with enough facilities for us to have an evening meal using the microwave. Nice location and parking was right outside.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix! L'accueil est excellent également. Des communs très bien équipés. Le petit déjeuner est très abordable avec peu de choix. Le seul bémol serait les rideaux qui ne sont pas étanches à la lumière.

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Der Ort ist haustierfreundlich und vor allem barrierefrei! Die angebotenen Räumlichkeiten sind top ausstaffiert, sehr bequeme Betten, eine gemütliche Couch mit Fernseher und eine kleine Küche. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet neben Handgriffen an der Wand der Toilette und einem herabklappbaren Sitz für die Dusche eine verstellbare Handbrause mit 3 Modi. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wem die zimmereigene Küche mit Spülmaschine nicht reicht, kann in der großen Gemeinschaftsküche alles finden, was er braucht. Öfen, Mikrowellen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sämtliches Zubehör. Gegenüber der Gemeinschaftsküche befindet sich eine Bar, wo man an den drinnen und draußen vorhandenen Tischen abends noch gemütlich einen Kaffee trinken kann. Nachts ist der Innenhof sehr gut be- und ausgeleuchtet. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Eingang. Auch das Frühstück war super. Das Dorf selbst ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen, bietet aber alles, was man braucht in näherer Umgebung. Etwas weiter ist ein See gelegen. Wir haben an diesem Ort mit unserem Hund leider nur eine Übernachtung gehabt, aber wir können sagen: Ob auf Tour mit dem Rad oder mit der gesamten Familie, hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben! Für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis sehr gut! Absolut empfehlenswert!

We are a family of five that regularly travels through France, but it is hard to find accommodation that fits us all plus the dog. This hotel was amazing. Everything looks new, it is quiet, and facilities like the bar and gym were great. Superb service. Modern and we loved the location for a short stop over. We will definitely look to stay again. Thank you.

Logement pris dans le cadre d'un déplacements professionnels. L'endroit est agreable, neuf et propre. Taxe de sejour très cher pour la localisation Petit déjeuner servi à table, simple et peu varié. Pour moi c'est vraiment le point à améliorer.

L'établissement est vraiment sympa et le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont particulièrement adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous avons passé une très belle nuit et mangé un excellent petit déjeuner. Seul bémol la chaleur accumulée sous le toit à rendu la chambre du haut invivable et le manque de fenêtre là haut n'a pas permis de faire descendre la température.

This has honestly been one of my favourite stays in years. Since I travel with my dog, I always look for places that are not only dog-friendly but also practical for small getaways from Belgium by train. For this trip, I wanted something relaxed at the end of summer, with good hikes nearby, a terrace for my dog to sunbathe, and a room with at least a fridge and microwave so I could eat a bit healthier. This place had all of that and more. The rooms are huge, simple in a good way, and super clean. Actually, the whole property is spotless and very tidy; everything feels well cared for, with nothing left lying around. The service really stood out. From the first email before my arrival to check-in and throughout my stay, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff offer a lot of services, much better than some five-star hotels I’ve been to. Getting coffee, breakfast, or anything else was very easy. Justine at reception deserves a mention; our French and English weren’t perfect, but communication was always easy, and she was always kind and smiling. The accommodation is also well designed for accessibility, making it easy for people with disabilities and their caregivers to enjoy their holiday. They also offer massages, classes, and wellness options like a jacuzzi and sauna, which other guests spoke very highly of. As for being dog-friendly, it was exceptional. What a great find. This was a stopover for us on the way to Calais and it was ideal. Such a friendly welcome with a really peaceful and relaxing vibe in the bar and outside area. The apartment was great with enough facilities for us to have an evening meal using the microwave. Nice location and parking was right outside.

Not a traditional hotel, but an excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean, beds very nice and the whole set up with a bar on the grounds and park in the back of the property really great (especially with our dog). Easy street parking, a couple of 'fast food' options in easy walking distance (and more restaurants a short drive away). Only thing - if you do have a dog, some of the rooms are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are open backed and the flooring a 'metal lattice' type grating. No problem for humans with shoes, but our 40 kg greyhound found it a bit tricky. The hosts really tried to help find us another room on the ground floor but they were full. If we had known, we'd just have worked that out in advance.

I was attracted to this property for it's fresh minimalist clean look. After driving through France from Italy just wanting a peaceful room to relax in over night when we arrived yes the parking is directly outside, but all the rooms were accessible (which is not a problem at all) but they were big, sparce, nothing in the bathrooms (I saw a few rooms) and the rooms resembled a hospital room (accompanied by a hospital smell). Of course I understand accessible rooms are 100% necessary however I looked back on Hotels.com listing and NOWHERE did it say it was equipt as an accessible hotel. The images are cleverly cropped to look like fresh minimal style rooms. We arrived after 8pm and there was a 20+ brass band practicing in the courtyard. when we woke up at 3.45am because it was too hot (we had been sleeping in a room of 29 degrees +) there were 4 people talking at normal volume in the courtyard like it was midday. You couldn't even write this story and believe it to be true. When we asked for a different room when we arrived a) because we had been allocated the room directly outside the practicing brass band b) because of the hospital smell, the receptionist was very kind and accomodating to show us 2 other rooms. We had to take the best of the two offered. Very expensive for what it turned out to be and very disappointing. Dirty plates and cutlery, we literally could not wait to leave. So we left at 4.30am. :(
