Trevligt hotell, speciellt när man har barn. Rent och fint. Bra frukostbuffé, mycket att välja på och gott. Vi fick ett säkerhetsskåp som ej fungerade i vårt rum, vi sa till nere i receptionen och de skulle fixa den. Den fixades aldrig och de sa inget om det. Nu var vi hör under lågsäsong, så fanns inte möjlighet till lunch eller middag på hotellet.

Good hotel, well appointed, friendly staff, and excellent Breakfast. BUT I had booked 2 nights, was disappointed that when asked on check in if I wanted the room cleaned after the first night I replied yes - but returned to the hotel late to find no cleaning of the room had taken place. Firstly, why does the hotel suggest no cleaning service after the first night - there was no offer of reduced rates to support this. Secondly, having asked me and been told I wanted the room cleaned to then not do it is disrespectful and/or poor service. I did report this to reception who said ‘I will point that out to the staff, I had flagged it to be done’

Mein Freund hat sich geärgert dass er es nicht in die Sauna schaffen konnte und Flecken auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bemängelt. Für mich war eher der Kaffee der Minuspunkt und das ich keinen veganen Aufschnitt/Aufstrich bekommen habe. Und auf dem Zimmer auch keine Minibar hatte, um etwas eigenes zu kühlen.

There was no ventilation in the room and you couldn't open a window. When we told them about this they offered us a fan?!!? Really? The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also good but we both had headaches because there was no air!!! Really stuffy!

Fick rummet uppgraderat som julgåva👍 Rent och praktiskt rum. Personalen mycket tillmötesgående och vi fick checka in ett par timmar tidigare. Smidigt att ha det gjort när vi kom tillbaka sent och hade firat jul hos släkt.

The hotel is quite remoted, connected to a stadium. The arrival at night was not pleasant, i felt a bit on a wrong place. After that all was good, the receptionist was very kind. The hotel has handicap parking with time limitation and complicated way (horse statues in the way). No idea how handicapped person in wheelchairs could manage…

Très bon séjour. Par contre pour rejoindre le centre de Goteborg il fallait bien 30 -40 mn de trajet en bus tramway. Un peu éloigné. Supermarché à proximité et une super salle de sport.

We were very impressed with the over all condition and cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Top ratings go for their buffet style Scandinavian breakfast, iwhich was included in the price, a very good assortment of everything needed for great Swedish breakfasts, right down to the 2 kinds of pickled herring.

Frukosten var dålig, torrt bröd, kaffet smakade illa & äggröran smakade kemikalier & var halvfabrikat. Rummet var ok, bistron hade väldigt dåligt utbud av mat framför allt när barn är med.

Frukosten var dålig, torrt bröd, kaffet smakade illa & äggröran smakade kemikalier & var halvfabrikat. Rummet var ok, bistron hade väldigt dåligt utbud av mat framför allt när barn är med.

Varm maten var kald/lunken. Grønnsakene var vasne og pålegget så ut som at hadde ligget ute lenge. Ellers middels greit utvalg.

When I booked this hotel, back in March, there was no mention of parking charges. When we arrived we were told we had to pay for the parking. This really annoys me, as I have already paid for the accommodation, I will pay for drinks and dinner. I am pretty sure, they can make enough of a profit from that, without charging for parking. If I had realised, I would have cancelled as there were at least 3 other hotels, within a few miles radius. Which were of equivalent or better ratings. Two were cheaper and they did not charge for parking. I will certainly be more careful in future if I ever think about booking a Best Western. The chair in front of the mirror was very wobbly. The curtains, for me, I could not close nor open them. My husband had to do that. The general maintenance needed some attention. Not a great stay, though I will say the dining room staff were fantastic.
