On a passé un très bon séjour. Equipe disponible et environnement dépaysant. Le parc avec la piscine est top et propre. Dommage que nous ayons eu des jeunes peu respectueux au milieu de la nuit (chambre en dessous de la nôtre) a parler fort et taper sur les murs. Sinon nous avons passer un excellent week end. Le petit plus appréciable est la clim déjà allumé à l'arrivée dans la chambre!

À notre arrivée nous avons bien été accueillis. L’hôtel est facilement trouvable. Un parking gratuit se situant devant, se stationner n’est pas un problème même de nuit. La chambre était impeccable et les draps globalement propres. Le logement est lumineux et assez spacieux pour 2. La Salle de bain est aussi très propre. Les serviettes et les draps sont changés tous les 3-4 jours, laissant toujours de la lingerie propre. Côté hôtel la piscine est grande et assez propre, il y a quand même du sable traînant de temps en temps au fond mais ce n’est pas non plus horrible de s’y baigner. Le problème de cet hôtel est la musique qui tourne au bar de 9h à 22h non-stop. Si vous vous attendez à du calme plein passez votre chemin. Autre problème niveau des chambres qui sont moyennement bien isolées phonétiquement. Nous avons eu le malheur d’être réveillés tous les matins par des enfants dans l’appartement d’à côté. En tout état de cause si vous cherchez un endroit pas trop cher et sympathique pour dormir c’est un bon parti prit.

Apartamento sencillo y cómodo, lo encontramos todo limpio. Personal de recepción muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar. No hicimos uso de piscina, restaurante…etc pero si tenían buen aspecto. Aparcamos bien en la misma puerta.

It’s a 2star resort for a reason. Apartment was dirty, very old with uncomfortable furniture. I accept living close to wildlife will bring ants, mosquitoes etc, but this is no excuse for lazy cleaners and no investment in improving the accommodation. My wife had to clean the apartment before we unpacked, never had to do that before. We paid a lot of money for three nights, so not even cheap. Avoid this place like the plague. It is truly awful.

Studio bien équipé avec micro-ondes, couverts et frigo (qui congèle plutôt que refroidi par contre). Je ne peux pas juger la piscine ou le restaurant de l’hôtel car nous n’en avons pas profité. Énorme bémol sur la propreté qui laisse clairement à désirer (poils sur les toilettes, taches et cheveux au sol, crasse sur la table, bestioles écrasées au plafond de la salle de bain, taches sur les serviettes) et sur l’odeur insupportable dans la salle de bain (mélange d’égout et de nourriture pourrie). C’est dommage parce qu’avec plus de propreté, l’hôtel y gagnerait beaucoup.

La chambre était spacieuse, très pratique avec meuble de rangement, frigo et cuisine, propre avec une petite terrasse. I was allocated a ground floor room which got no sun and was overlooked so had to keep the curtains shut. My room was right next to the bar which stayed open until midnight so meant it was really hard to sleep with early cycling starts not good. I asked to move but was told the hotel was full. I certainly will never come back.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet ensemble d’appart’ hôtel. La restauration est un peu simple mais le service sympathique (Mario est très gentil). Les appartements fonctionnels seraient à rafraîchir. Le personnel est agréable. Un endroit préservé du tumulte de Port Alcúdia.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique ! Il est proche de toutes commodités telles que les supermarchés, l'aquapark, les restaurants, boutiques de souvenirs et de la plage. Tout se fait à pied (et pour les bons marcheurs vous pouvez rejoindre le port de Alcúdia à pied en moins d'1h) ! Le personne de l'accueil était vraiment sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue (seul un jeune membre du personnel parlait convenablement le français). Notre appartement correspondait à la desceiption de l'annonce. Juste pour précision les 2 banquettes du salon étaient en mousse ferme et le matelas du lit simple à ressort il me semble. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, il y avait une éponge et du produit vaisselle. Le petit bémol était que le nombre de couverts correspondait au nombre de personnes qui louaient l'appartement (3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux...). Il y a des transats au bord de la piscine ainsi que 2 douches. Prévoir d'aller à la piscine tôt le matin si vous souhaitez vous baigner sans enfant. :) L'amplitude horaires de l'accès à la piscine est plutôt large aussi contrairement à ce qui est précisé. Wifi dans l'appartement quand ça capte bien. Juste l'appartement voisin de même palier peut s'entendre quand nous prenons nos douches. Sinon c'était très bien ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. :)

My initial opinion of the property was terrible, it is located off the beaten track, some way from the beach and centre of the resort (1/2 hour walk) and on entering my room I discovered I had used towels in my room. The cupboard doors and drawers in the room needed to be repaired, the timer on the microwave did not work and the overall appearance of the room was tired. I had to request the key and remote for the air conditioning, the remote for the television and the code for the internet. i.e. the checking in and preparation of my room was very poor. Once I got over my initial disappointment I must say I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was basic but everything (except the timer on the microwave worked), the swimming pool, bar area and grounds of the hotel were good and the prices for food and drink were very good. If it was not for my initial disappointment with the preparation of the room I would have a much higher opinion of the hotel. I somehow managed to loose my safe key on my first night at the hotel, I think it fell out of my pocket when I was tired after travelling and in a negative mood after my first introduction to the hotel. The cupboard doors and drawers in the room needed to be repaired, the timer on the microwave did not work and the overall appearance of the room was tired. I had to request the key and remote for the air conditioning, the remote for the television and the code for the internet. i.e. the checking in and preparation of my room was very poor. Once I got over my initial disappointment I must say I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was basic but everything (except the timer on the microwave worked), the swimming pool, bar area and grounds of the hotel were good and the prices for food and drink were very good. If it was not for my initial disappointment with the preparation of the room I would have a much higher opinion of the hotel. I somehow managed to loose my safe key on my first night at the hotel, I think it fell out of my pocket when I was tired after travelling and in a negative mood after my first introduction to the hotel. had a lovely time , all staff were helpful and friendly , great pool ,good spot in alcudia. would go back to this hotel . apartment decant size , bathroom could do with update , but was fine ,hotel was clean , we had clean towels every other day .

Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique ! Il est proche de toutes commodités telles que les supermarchés, l'aquapark, les restaurants, boutiques de souvenirs et de la plage. Tout se fait à pied (et pour les bons marcheurs vous pouvez rejoindre le port de Alcúdia à pied en moins d'1h) ! Le personne de l'accueil était vraiment sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue (seul un jeune membre du personnel parlait convenablement le français). Notre appartement correspondait à la desceiption de l'annonce. Juste pour précision les 2 banquettes du salon étaient en mousse ferme et le matelas du lit simple à ressort il me semble. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, il y avait une éponge et du produit vaisselle. Le petit bémol était que le nombre de couverts correspondait au nombre de personnes qui louaient l'appartement (3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux...). Il y a des transats au bord de la piscine ainsi que 2 douches. Prévoir d'aller à la piscine tôt le matin si vous souhaitez vous baigner sans enfant. :) L'amplitude horaires de l'accès à la piscine est plutôt large aussi contrairement à ce qui est précisé. Wifi dans l'appartement quand ça capte bien. Juste l'appartement voisin de même palier peut s'entendre quand nous prenons nos douches. Sinon c'était très bien ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. :)

Overall extremely happy with our stay. We stayed here for 6 nights. Check in was very easy no issues at all and it was great check in was 2pm and check out 11am. There was a safe in the room also which was great (small fee to rent for the week) The pool area was clean. Friendly staff. The accommodation itself was basic and could do with a little facelift, however couldn’t fault it. The only thing I would have liked if we were able to change our towels more frequently. Good location about 7 minute walk to main pubs and restaurants.

À notre arrivée nous avons bien été accueillis. L’hôtel est facilement trouvable. Un parking gratuit se situant devant, se stationner n’est pas un problème même de nuit. La chambre était impeccable et les draps globalement propres. Le logement est lumineux et assez spacieux pour 2. La Salle de bain est aussi très propre. Les serviettes et les draps sont changés tous les 3-4 jours, laissant toujours de la lingerie propre. Côté hôtel la piscine est grande et assez propre, il y a quand même du sable traînant de temps en temps au fond mais ce n’est pas non plus horrible de s’y baigner. Le problème de cet hôtel est la musique qui tourne au bar de 9h à 22h non-stop. Si vous vous attendez à du calme plein passez votre chemin. Autre problème niveau des chambres qui sont moyennement bien isolées phonétiquement. Nous avons eu le malheur d’être réveillés tous les matins par des enfants dans l’appartement d’à côté. En tout état de cause si vous cherchez un endroit pas trop cher et sympathique pour dormir c’est un bon parti prit.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet ensemble d’appart’ hôtel. La restauration est un peu simple mais le service sympathique (Mario est très gentil). Les appartements fonctionnels seraient à rafraîchir. Le personnel est agréable. Un endroit préservé du tumulte de Port Alcúdia.
