It is a great hotel but it needs repairs in some places, air con is old and not efficient, pools have tiles missing in places. Top marks - Entertaiment 10/10, Kids club needs more toys , more things for kids, many machines are not working. Food 9/10.

Schon beim Betreten der Lobby spürt man den puren Luxus und die Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, perfekt ausgestattet und bieten einen traumhaften Blick – ob auf den Pool, das Meer oder die prächtigen Gartenanlagen. Das Essen ist auf absolutem Spitzen-Niveau: riesige Auswahl, immer frisch, abwechslungsreich und einfach köstlich! Der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser kristallklar, und die Poollandschaft sucht ihresgleichen – besonders der große Hauptpool ist spektakulär. Auch das Spa und die Abendshows verdienen ein großes Lob. Wir sind als Familie angereist. An sich war alles wunderbar. In der nähe vom Hotel ist jedoch nichts fussläufig zu erreichen. Essens und Getränke Qualität Super. Was mich bei der Riesen Anlage gestört hat, war leider das gefühlt 500 Liegen waren und Gäste das doppelte. Jeden Morgen waren die Liegen bereits lückenlos um 7:00 Uhr mit Bade Tüchern blockiert. Bis 11-12:00 Uhr waren kaum welche da . nur verärgerte Gäste weil keine Plätze zu finden waren. Wenn man dies Ausser betracht zieht dann ist das Hotel Mega. Einige Wenige Bedienungen waren leider nicht so freundlich. ( Lobby und Restaurant Bereich) Man hat gemerkt das nicht alle vom Fach waren und Lustlos rumgelaufen sind. Im Aussenbereich waren die Bedienungen echt Top , schnell und Sympatisch. Vor allem die mit Inline Skates mehr wie 100% gegeben. Ich Persönlich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal Besuchen. Dafür ist das Hotel viel zu Protzig aufgebaut, ebenso die Gäste. Denke eher für Paare ohne Kinder. Oder aber auch für die die das Protz Volle Lieben. Für mich Persönlich ein Tick zu viel. Aber Qualität an Essen und Trinken kann man mur empfehlen.

We had an amazing time at Titanic Mardan Palace! The service was exceptional, food delicious, and the kids absolutely loved the water park and play areas. Evening shows were mind-blowing – such great energy and talent! A perfect spot for families with kids. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt im Titanic Mardan Palace war einfach großartig! Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht top – vom erstklassigen Service über das hervorragende Essen bis hin zu den vielfältigen Sportaktivitäten. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum vollständigen Entspannen ein. Auch die Pool-Anlagen sind ein Traum – sauber, gepflegt und perfekt für Familien. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Kids Club: Unsere Kinder haben sich dort unglaublich wohlgefühlt, das Programm war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich, die sich mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit um die Kleinen gekümmert haben. Auch die Abendshows und das Unterhaltungsprogramm waren hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, professionell und auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt hat dieses Hotel all unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen übertroffen. So i have been following the reviews on this hotel for quite some time now as my plan was to come here with a friend of mine for the weekend with the intention to come back in the summer with my three children and husband based on the ‘luxurious’ and ‘staff attentive’ hotel that this is percieved to be. I consider myself as well travelled and have stayed in various 5* hotel around the world. In my opinion this is certainly not five star hotel. The building is marvellous but some of the staff do not seem as if they want to be here. The food is average and nothing special but the deserts are fantastic. We have been to the aquamarine resturant tonight and the food was disappointing and bland. The spa massage, (i have had two in two days) were not delivered as requested and when asked twice for a relaxing massage ended up with a vigorous massage that was nothing to that which was described and ordered. Cocktails are nice….if you can get the attention of the staff. This time of year most things are closed, there is little entertainment and beach is like a building site with diggers and works happening meaning that everyone is crammed together on the adjacent side of the beach. The minibar isnot replenished daily. The ambiance of this hotel isnot what i expected. Three nights here already and ready to return home.

Overall this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are endless, the hotel is immaculate and the food was really good. Rooms Rooms are spacious, clean and in really good condition. Beds were so comfy! Daily top up of the mini fridge was a nice touch :) Restaurants Really good choice of restaurants with really good food. Lots of choice for all tastes, and well catered for children. We only visited the Aqua Marine restaurant as an extra, but it was excellent. Pools and beach Really good, but one complaint - the pools are all freezing! The kids pool as a minimum should be heated as our kids had to come out the water every 5 minutes to heat up. Loads of sun beds, absolutely no need to be fighting for them at sunrise which is a nice change. Towels are free to use, no hiring charges. Beach was clean and lifeguards where really friendly and present. Aside from the pool temperature, the only other complaint I have is the service, particularly for drinks. It was very hit and miss if you got served and seemed to be that unless you tipped in advance, you had no chance of getting drinks ordered. We used the qr code option several times to order to our sun beds and sometimes the drinks arrived really quickly and then other time it never arrived. It didn't ruin the stay as we could order from the bar, but if you advertise a 5*, then drinks service is expected. Other than that, amazing hotel and will definitely return.

Kurz und knapp: Die Reise war insgesamt gut – aber Front Office und Housekeeping benötigen dringend Verbesserungen. Bei der Ankunft war der Empfang sehr kühl. Die Rezeption konnte unsere Expedia-Reservierung zunächst nicht finden und erst nach unserem Nachweis bestätigen. Ein junger Mitarbeiter erklärte uns nur kurz die Frühstückszeiten und meinte, wir könnten selbst ins Zimmer gehen. Informationen zu Internet, Restaurant oder allgemeinen Hoteleinrichtungen erhielten wir nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, aber die Reinigung war unzureichend. Insgesamt wirken Hygiene und Sauberkeit im Hotel, am Strand und an den Pools verbesserungswürdig. Im Badezimmer war die Decke über der Arbeitsplatte schmutzig, ein Kopfkissen wies schwarze Flecken auf. Nach Vorlage der Fotos an der Rezeption gab es weder Rückmeldung noch Entschuldigung. Enttäuschend war auch das À-la-carte-Restaurant, das trotz All-Inclusive 50 € pro Person extra kostete. Bei der Reservierung wies uns niemand auf den Preis hin – wir erfuhren es erst von einem anderen Gast. Die Anlage selbst braucht eine Sanierung: viele Bereiche sind abgenutzt, das Poolwasser war nicht wirklich sauber. Hier besteht deutlicher Handlungsbedarf.
Kurz und knapp: Die Reise war insgesamt gut – aber Front Office und Housekeeping benötigen dringend Verbesserungen. Bei der Ankunft war der Empfang sehr kühl. Die Rezeption konnte unsere Expedia-Reservierung zunächst nicht finden und erst nach unserem Nachweis bestätigen. Ein junger Mitarbeiter erklärte uns nur kurz die Frühstückszeiten und meinte, wir könnten selbst ins Zimmer gehen. Informationen zu Internet, Restaurant oder allgemeinen Hoteleinrichtungen erhielten wir nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, aber die Reinigung war unzureichend. Insgesamt wirken Hygiene und Sauberkeit im Hotel, am Strand und an den Pools verbesserungswürdig. Im Badezimmer war die Decke über der Arbeitsplatte schmutzig, ein Kopfkissen wies schwarze Flecken auf. Nach Vorlage der Fotos an der Rezeption gab es weder Rückmeldung noch Entschuldigung. Enttäuschend war auch das À-la-carte-Restaurant, das trotz All-Inclusive 50 € pro Person extra kostete. Bei der Reservierung wies uns niemand auf den Preis hin – wir erfuhren es erst von einem anderen Gast. Die Anlage selbst braucht eine Sanierung: viele Bereiche sind abgenutzt, das Poolwasser war nicht wirklich sauber. Hier besteht deutlicher Handlungsbedarf.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Lobby Mitarbeiter erwischt der uns ein besseres Zimmer gab als wir gebucht haben und das fand ich Mega korrekt und das macht schon einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Essen war super da kann ich mich gar nicht beklagen. Sollten sich einige hier in den Kommentaren sich Beschwerden dann kann ich das sowieso nicht nachvollziehen. So viel Auswahl und Mega lecker geschmacklich.Wir Türken können das einfach. Der Pool war auch Mega genau wie auf den Fotos sehr groß. Auch der Strand war Mega. I stayed for 10 days at £3273. Regrettably the room was infested with ants. I first noticed a couple on my first night...then on the second I felt a crawling sensation on my face as I laid on the bed. To my horror after brushing the area an ant fell onto the bed. The next day I noticed that by the bed there were at least 8 or 9 ants. I looked around thr room and noticed the room was actually infested....on the headboard...by and under the bed....coming from under the skirting..in the bathroom....many groups ants of different sizes. I called the services and they initially offered to 'clean' the room to which I agreed but during the wait and upon closer and throurough inspection I concluded the issue was far more of an issue than what any cleaner could possibly resolve with bug spray. I called again to explain and asked to speak to a manager so they may attend and discuss....but was put on hold for some time so i hung up....I then took multiple videos of the different areas and I went down to the reception, where I was again offered a cleaner....I declined and requested to be moved to another space....after a quick telephone conversation in turkish with what i assume was a manager.... the employee on the desk agreed and advised me to go and pack. Before packing I decided to do a closer inspection of the room.... removing all the bed sheets....under the bed sheets the mattress was filthy with particles of dirt and or food, possibly dead bugs also..

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days. We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel. The staff are very helpful but the language barrier can be challenging at times as not everyone speaks English. The Managers don't interact with guests at all which was a bit strange but nonetheless we had an amazing time. The food is out of this world and every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out for the best experience for the guest. The room was huge and beautiful and had the most amazing views from the balcony. Guest services was fantastic, if we needed something they were ontop of it. We will absolutely be back!

The lighting in the room was not good . Very poor lighting at the foyer entrace and in some closets. Air conditioning panel does not have auto settings. Bath tub mechanism didn't work . Everything was nice apart from the room it was quite small for four people, the room outside view wasn’t good. Requested to change the room but they didn’t change our room. Toilet have the glass door, all the light used to shine out, disturbing others sleeping in the room. They never refill our fridge with water or drinks. Room service was really slow, called few times to get something.

This was our second time staying at his property. We upgraded this year to a villa, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. They were not able to accommodate us for two nights and our unit was very hot. They did not offer any other solution other than to compensate us for two dinners on the premises. The facility is also pro tobacco but that may be typical for many businesses in this region.

I don’t often give 5-star ratings, but this hotel truly deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Faryar—an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. pros: amazing customer service. We did early check-in and the staff was very accommodating. They had entertainment for all age groups and so much food variety. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Cons: Rooms need renovation as bathroom door was not closing properly. Bathroom sink leaked water for sometime after using. They should have a seperate aircon as the one in the room did not cool the room and we were swearting during night. Also we were told online about airport transfer charges but when asked at the reception, it was so much cheaper.

Overall this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are endless, the hotel is immaculate and the food was really good. Rooms Rooms are spacious, clean and in really good condition. Beds were so comfy! Daily top up of the mini fridge was a nice touch :) Restaurants Really good choice of restaurants with really good food. Lots of choice for all tastes, and well catered for children. We only visited the Aqua Marine restaurant as an extra, but it was excellent. Pools and beach Really good, but one complaint - the pools are all freezing! The kids pool as a minimum should be heated as our kids had to come out the water every 5 minutes to heat up. Loads of sun beds, absolutely no need to be fighting for them at sunrise which is a nice change. Towels are free to use, no hiring charges. Beach was clean and lifeguards where really friendly and present. Aside from the pool temperature, the only other complaint I have is the service, particularly for drinks. It was very hit and miss if you got served and seemed to be that unless you tipped in advance, you had no chance of getting drinks ordered. We used the qr code option several times to order to our sun beds and sometimes the drinks arrived really quickly and then other time it never arrived. It didn't ruin the stay as we could order from the bar, but if you advertise a 5*, then drinks service is expected. Other than that, amazing hotel and will definitely return.

Been here 3 times now. No area is ever too busy. Staff are amazing and fulfilled any requests promptly. The pool and spending the day there is our favourite activity. Food is great, with a lot of diversity without compromising quality. Favourite resort by far and will go here again.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation at all. In particular, the behavior at the bar was very unpleasant, as the staff were unkind and never smiled at the guests . I paid a large amount of money for this hotel, but it was not worth the price at all. All the restaurants were extra charged except for the main one, and the food there was repetitive every day. Overall, I feel that the quality and service did not match the amount I paid .

Generally, lack of English speaking staff was the main issue. The housing department were very inexperienced. They put the dirty sleep ware back on the bed and did not change the bed sheets, we had to call the reception to get those changed.

Basically the best All Inclusive resort we ever stayed in. The staff did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. The resort has everything and more for your family on site from shows to child entertainment.

Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum vollständigen Entspannen ein. Auch die Pool-Anlagen sind ein Traum – sauber, gepflegt und perfekt für Familien. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Kids Club: Unsere Kinder haben sich dort unglaublich wohlgefühlt, das Programm war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich, die sich mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit um die Kleinen gekümmert haben. Excellent staff they make you feel comfortable and always willing to help. Big shout out to Vadet who worked at Bistro and Musut who worked at Bosphoros. My only recommendation is there should be more information about the hotel and activities should be given at checkin.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days. We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel. The staff are very helpful but the language barrier can be challenging at times as not everyone speaks English. The Managers don't interact with guests at all which was a bit strange but nonetheless we had an amazing time. The food is out of this world and every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out for the best experience for the guest. The room was huge and beautiful and had the most amazing views from the balcony. Guest services was fantastic, if we needed something they were ontop of it. We will absolutely be back!

Wir sind als Familie angereist. An sich war alles wunderbar. In der nähe vom Hotel ist jedoch nichts fussläufig zu erreichen. Essens und Getränke Qualität Super. Was mich bei der Riesen Anlage gestört hat, war leider das gefühlt 500 Liegen waren und Gäste das doppelte. Jeden Morgen waren die Liegen bereits lückenlos um 7:00 Uhr mit Bade Tüchern blockiert. Bis 11-12:00 Uhr waren kaum welche da . nur verärgerte Gäste weil keine Plätze zu finden waren. Wenn man dies Ausser betracht zieht dann ist das Hotel Mega. Einige Wenige Bedienungen waren leider nicht so freundlich. ( Lobby und Restaurant Bereich) Man hat gemerkt das nicht alle vom Fach waren und Lustlos rumgelaufen sind. Im Aussenbereich waren die Bedienungen echt Top , schnell und Sympatisch. Vor allem die mit Inline Skates mehr wie 100% gegeben. Ich Persönlich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal Besuchen. Dafür ist das Hotel viel zu Protzig aufgebaut, ebenso die Gäste. Denke eher für Paare ohne Kinder. Oder aber auch für die die das Protz Volle Lieben. Für mich Persönlich ein Tick zu viel. Aber Qualität an Essen und Trinken kann man mur empfehlen.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation at all. In particular, the behavior at the bar was very unpleasant, as the staff were unkind and never smiled at the guests . I paid a large amount of money for this hotel, but it was not worth the price at all. All the restaurants were extra charged except for the main one, and the food there was repetitive every day. Overall, I feel that the quality and service did not match the amount I paid .

We had an incredible stay at Titanic Mardan Palace and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. It’s a truly grand resort that lives up to its reputation. From the moment we walked into the stunning lobby, we knew we were in for a special experience. The property is amazing But Italian ala carte restaurant was not good, it has all the same food that are offered for free at stela and bistro, and over all the food options at the dofferent free restaurants are all identical and there should be more verity than seabass and salmon, drinking options at the bars are all the same menu and has limited cocktails there should be other options specially at the extra paid roof bar! The photo center staff are very rood and they take advantage on you, which is very unlikely in a luxury five star hotel like this! They shoyld have reasonable prices and different packages like all other similar places. Over all the staff needs to be more helpful at the bars and restaurants And specual thank to Hamza at mardan bistro restaurant he was great

Overall this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are endless, the hotel is immaculate and the food was really good. Rooms Rooms are spacious, clean and in really good condition. Beds were so comfy! Daily top up of the mini fridge was a nice touch :) Restaurants Really good choice of restaurants with really good food. Lots of choice for all tastes, and well catered for children. We only visited the Aqua Marine restaurant as an extra, but it was excellent. Pools and beach Really good, but one complaint - the pools are all freezing! The kids pool as a minimum should be heated as our kids had to come out the water every 5 minutes to heat up. Loads of sun beds, absolutely no need to be fighting for them at sunrise which is a nice change. Towels are free to use, no hiring charges. Beach was clean and lifeguards where really friendly and present. Aside from the pool temperature, the only other complaint I have is the service, particularly for drinks. It was very hit and miss if you got served and seemed to be that unless you tipped in advance, you had no chance of getting drinks ordered. We used the qr code option several times to order to our sun beds and sometimes the drinks arrived really quickly and then other time it never arrived. It didn't ruin the stay as we could order from the bar, but if you advertise a 5*, then drinks service is expected. Other than that, amazing hotel and will definitely return.

Great hotel, staff is very good for the most part. Russian guest assistant not too helpful though and lacks costumer service skills. Room is great, and fairly well maintained. Food and drinks are on highest level. Beach and pools are superb. Tower pub and restaurants have great entertainment and selection. Nightly events are very good and Mikonos club is great night time entertainment. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone can find something they would enjoy, including kids. However the SPA area, hamam and sauna rooms have significantly deteriorated and fall short of the level of this hotel.
