This place was clean, well Situated , had a well Stocked kitchen. There is a café on the ground floor of the building for coffee sandwiches and light snacks. Grocery store across the street as well as a large food court.

Nous étions dans un très joli studio avec balcon. Vraiment l'impression de rentrer chez soi après une journée de randonnée ! Tous les accès sont sécurisés par des codes distincts. Un petit espace laverie est mis à disposition sur différents étages. Les échanges mails avec l'Administration, sont très fluides et rapides. Le parking sécurisé est très appréciable. L'immeuble est situé en face du campus universitaire et est bien desservi par les bus en direction du centre ville. Nous recommandons 🤗

New construction, very clean and nicely furnished. We had tons of space with a 2 bedroom apartment. Laundry in the building is also a good perk. Grocery store, pharmacy, and other food court and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Bus stop to get to Old Quebec is across the street. It was less touristy, more students from nearby Laval University. We enjoyed our stay! One caveat - we did not get the info to get into the building until the next day. We fortunately ran into the housekeeping manager who sent me the info so we could know what unit we had and the entry codes, etc. They said they had issues sending messages via Expedia (we did get the message the next day), so you might have to call them if you don't get the info in time.

The location is near Laval University, it is a bit far from the old Quebec (6km) but there is a bus stops 100 m from the apartment and the bus takes you directly to the Porte St Jean. The unit was spotless clean, well equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils, washing machine and dryer etc. Instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow.

Rideau pas assez opaque. Chambre très lumineuse à partir de 6am. Le courriel de confirmation nous a fournis le mauvais numéro de chambre donc moment malaisant entre nous et les locataire de la dite chambre . La correction a été fait très rapidement . Très propre. Distances de marche de plusieurs restaurants et d’une épicerie . Check-in , Check-out facile .

I have small comments about the curtains of the window. Please set up the dark curtains, in the morning, sometime we want to sleep a little bit late, but the sun easy go through the curtains, it make us can not sleep more. All is really good.

Great place to stay! This is a nice property in a fantastic central location. We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit which was comfortable for 5 people. Only downside was that the 3bd didn’t really have a living room and the furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable. Beds were fine, air conditioning worked well, elevator and laundry on site.

Mon séjour dans cet établissement s'est très bien passé, le seul bémol est que la rue Sainte Foy est très bruyante et que nous entendons vraiment la circulation dans les chambres qui donnent sur la rue.

Nice apartment, with a very spacious living room and nice rooms. However, I couldn't make the air conditioners in the rooms work, only in the living room. Another detail is that there is a somewhat confusing information about parking about free or paid. Inside it is paid and outside it is free. But other than that, it's okay.

Property itself was clean and spacious. However, getting ahold of someone was very challenging. We didn’t receive check-in details until almost an hour AFTER our supposed check-in time. We wanted a relaxing start to our trip but it became stressful because of their late response to messages and calls. We started calling and messaging the day before our arrival and they failed to provide details in a timely manner. We also noticed that they overcharged us for our parking. They advertised $20 per day but we got charged $105 for 3 days. We will be disputing this. The property was great but the service and overcharging negatively affected the experience.

Wonderful for families. Loved having washer and dryer. Whenever I needed something, I was able to communicate with the property agent and they were very fast to respond. Multiple good locations which made it easy .

The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and bright. Contactless check-in was easy and convenient and we appreciated the safety features of the building (keypad locked access points at parking garage, main doors, stairwells and elevators- as well as room doors). There was an issue during online checkout where the property attempted to overcharge me, getting in contact with someone was challenging (they said because it was a Saturday morning) and communication was poor (did not receive a call back as they said to clarify that the issue was resolved).

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Tolle Unterkunft! Nicht scheuen zu buchen, weil es ausserhalb der Altstadt liegt! Man spart viel Geld und bekommt den besten Komfort! Wir hatten ein Apartment für zwei mit Balkon, voll ausgestatteter Küche und schönem Bad. Alles neu - modern - sauber - sah einladend aus! Wir wollten nicht auschecken. :) Check in um 16 Uhr und Check Out um 11 Uhr verlief über E-Mail - easy. Beim Check in erhält man eine Email mit einem Zugangscode für die Wohnung - diesen muss man beim Hineingehen aber auch Verlassen der Wohnung eingeben, also wenn man die Tür von aussen öffnen und schließen möchte. Wir haben den Fehler gemacht die Tür beim Verlassen nur zu zu ziehen, die Tür konnte dann ohne Code von außen wieder geöffnet werden. Ruhiges Haus insgesamt, obwohl unten im Gebäude ein grosses Cafe und an Strasse gelegen. Gegenüber Universität und nebenan großes Einkaufszentrum mit Supermärkten wie Dollarama oder Metro. Direkt an der Strasse Busverbindungen Richtung Altstadt von Quebec. Busse fuhren alle 15 min. Man war in 20 min da. Die Tickets kann man im Bus kaufen (darauf achten passend zu zahlen, da kein Rückgeld) oder im Einkaufszentrum im Familiprix an der Kasse. Tagesticket kostet 10 CAD, Einzelfahrt 3,75 CAD. Parken: im Innenhof gibt es zwei Parkhäuser S1 und S2. Beim Check in bekommt man in der Mail einen Zugangscode fürs Hineinfahren. Beim Herausfahren muss man keinen Code eingeben.

Nous étions dans un très joli studio avec balcon. Vraiment l'impression de rentrer chez soi après une journée de randonnée ! Tous les accès sont sécurisés par des codes distincts. Un petit espace laverie est mis à disposition sur différents étages. Les échanges mails avec l'Administration, sont très fluides et rapides. Le parking sécurisé est très appréciable. L'immeuble est situé en face du campus universitaire et est bien desservi par les bus en direction du centre ville. Nous recommandons 🤗

Everything was perfect. The location is near Laval University, it is a bit far from the old Quebec (6km) but there is a bus stops 100 m from the apartment and the bus takes you directly to the Porte St Jean. The unit was spotless clean, well equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils, washing machine and dryer etc. Instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow.

This place is wonderful. Large and clean appartment with all commodities next to Laval University. We had a great time. Convenient restaurant and grocery store nearby. Cafe Smith on the first floor. This is our second visit there and we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a good price in Quebec City.

This property was spotlessly clean and roomy. It was very comfortable for our family to stay in over Christmas vacation. My teenagers really loved the food court "the pyramid" next door which gave them tons of cheap food options. It's good to have a parking garage also. The only thing was the apartment is pretty soulless. It's kind of a white box- no art, no color, no personal touch. It's like a clean apartment waiting for someone to move in. Otherwise very comfortable and 15 minutes drive to Old Quebec.

There were no hygine products to take a shower! People don't take shampoos with them while they travel! There was a coffee machine but no coffees available! It didn't worth the cost.

This place was absolutely outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom layout was great. Love, loved there was a full bathroom AND 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen amenities were great! The A/C and heating system fantastic, large balcony that went from the living room to the bedroom. Great common washer and dryer in the hallway. Cafe downstairs that had a full bar! I coul keep going, it was splendid! I spoke to Mikael when we needed to extended our stay by one day-he was so professional and accommodating.

Within walking distance to all amenities. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Note: it's furnished but need to bring/buy your own extras. ie. coffee, sugar, paper towels, shampoo etc. but everything needed easily purchased at Metro in the Pyramid accross the street. Easy check in and check out.

A bit of a spartan lodging, but well furnished overall. Well equipped kitchen, roomy living area. Comfortable bed. Very close to Université Laval and useful shops nearby. Check in and check out is easy, access codes are provided in a timely fashion. I would recommend.

Clean, new apartments with minimalist but comfortable furnishings. Good value. Apartment was very good size and balcony is a nice plus. Also good to have a great cafe on the main floor.

Very spacious apartment and secured underground parking ($20 extra per night with reservation). Uber took about 15-20mins into old Quebec. Supermarket and restaurants around. Property required tenants to clean after use but we found the utensils, plates and pots quite dirty so we have to clean everything before use. Washing sponge is moldy, these are very cheap to replace. Bedroom and bathroom door made a squeaky sound when opening and closing. Pillows are also uncomfortable. Overall the price made up for all the missing items.
