I liked that they had an iron and board. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would be better if they had a chair outside the door. The shower did not have anywhere to turn it on. You had to turn on both faucets and then it would start. No matter how you set it, the water would turn freezing cold and then scalding hot to warm etc

Room was clean and in good condition - but small. Inexpensive. Wi-Fi and TV were not working but that was out of the owners control. Would be nice enter the lobby and see a smiling face instead of a phone with a sign that reads “dial 0 for service”.

Really quite a decent place for the money. Very close to the highway. I like the fact that you can pull right up to your door. The only problem is there’s not too much food nearby in case you want to eat in your room.

This is an ok hotel-- was at an event at Nelson Ledges Race Course and stayed here. This is our second time staying here. Pros-- price, quiet, easy parking at door, seems safe, air conditioner works well. Cons-- location is a little isolated from everything, shower temperature fluctuates suddenly and greatly (I'm assuming when others are showering or using water its causing hot/cold imbalance in other rooms pressure was great just shocking when temps change) but the rooms are clean enough and ok for our purpose as we stay out most of the time at car racing and events and are only there to shower and sleep. Will return next year!

There is not much within walking distance (a fairly stocked gas station with a pizzeria) the town of Newton Falls is very close and offers pretty much anything you need in terms of basics.

We booked a hotel in Cleveland and when we arrived they said our reservation had been canceled. Without any reason or notice. And it was 11:30 at night. Luckily we found The Falls motel about 45 miles away. The drive was easy and the motel was right off the turnpike. When we arrived the hotel manager was a pleasant man even though it was 12:30 am. We parked right in front of our room. The room was simple and very clean!!! Cold a/c, hot shower, clean towels and the bed was comfortable. We ended up staying another night. This little motel saved our tired a$$es and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Heater took HOURS to warm up the room. There were stink bugs. Room was a little dirty. Sheets had some mold stains. I got charged a “pet cleaning fee” and my dogs didn’t dirty anything. We only stopped there to sleep. Water pressure sucked.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. This is a small inn next to the highway but was surprisingly quiet. It is quite dated but clean. It is a few minutes away from Warren.

Even though the rooms were remodeled a while back, the place needs some loving care. The beds are horrible - barely slept through the night. Check-in was ackward. Had to "call" person to the front. Just didn't feel welcoming.

We did not stay. I walked in the lobby and had to pick up a dirty phone to dial someone to come check me in. The lady was very nice. That's the only positive. The room did not look like the picture; it looked like a room where I'd be waiting on a twenty-dollar hooker. The beds had tan/greenish/plaid spreads that were wrinkled; looked like someone had sat on them. I returned my key, told them we weren't staying, and left. When we got to our new hotel, which was closer to our event anyways, I told my friend that at least I wasn't concerned about possible hidden cameras in the bathroom. Maybe I'm a hotel snob, but I just couldn't stay here.

An older property, but well maintained, clean and no bugs! Always a plus!! Check-in was a breeze, and the lady who checked me in was super pleasant and helpful. Plenty of nearby eateries, so exercise your map app.

The manager tried to scam me an steal money by charging me for my service dog which on their site says explicitly no charge for service animals. Then he told me if I would give him cash he would take money off of the charge. This is after the room had already been paid for. Very untrustworthy staff would not recommend staying here ever.

this place was good for the price. i stayed 4 nights, and i was pleased with the service, however, you are limited to what you can get, to get some food, or other items you have to drive into town, but other than that. can't complain about it. i enjoyed my stay. recommend for someone who needs to stay a few nights, and don't want to break the bank.

Cons-- location is a little isolated from everything, shower temperature fluctuates suddenly and greatly (I'm assuming when others are showering or using water its causing hot/cold imbalance in other rooms pressure was great just shocking when temps change) but the rooms are clean enough and ok for our purpose as we stay out most of the time at car racing and events and are only there to shower and sleep. Will return next year!

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. This is a small inn next to the highway but was surprisingly quiet. It is quite dated but clean. It is a few minutes away from Warren.

We booked a hotel in Cleveland and when we arrived they said our reservation had been canceled. Without any reason or notice. And it was 11:30 at night. Luckily we found The Falls motel about 45 miles away. The drive was easy and the motel was right off the turnpike. When we arrived the hotel manager was a pleasant man even though it was 12:30 am. We parked right in front of our room. The room was simple and very clean!!! Cold a/c, hot shower, clean towels and the bed was comfortable. We ended up staying another night. This little motel saved our tired a$$es and we would definitely stay here again!!!

this place was good for the price. i stayed 4 nights, and i was pleased with the service, however, you are limited to what you can get, to get some food, or other items you have to drive into town, but other than that. can't complain about it. i enjoyed my stay. recommend for someone who needs to stay a few nights, and don't want to break the bank.

Perfect overnight stay while on the road. Right off the highway. The only complaint I have is NO COFFEE! Luckily there is a gas station within walking distance.

An older property, but well maintained, clean and no bugs! Always a plus!! Check-in was a breeze, and the lady who checked me in was super pleasant and helpful. Plenty of nearby eateries, so exercise your map app.

Really quite a decent place for the money. Very close to the highway. I like the fact that you can pull right up to your door. The only problem is there’s not too much food nearby in case you want to eat in your room.

This is an ok hotel-- was at an event at Nelson Ledges Race Course and stayed here. This is our second time staying here. Pros-- price, quiet, easy parking at door, seems safe, air conditioner works well. Wasn't bad for an overnight but there was no coffee or breakfast as we saw online. Also, be aware of you're a big person, the toilet in our bathroom was up against the wall !

The only thing I have to say bad is the hot temp fluctuates if the room next door is also taking a shower. We just noticed it when the cleaning ladies were cleaning so didn't know if it was that or the other side of us taking a shower. The thing we loved the most was that there was no carpet. Didn't have to worry about sticky carpet or stains. The room was really clean and had microwave and mini fridge. They also had a pizza place close enough to deliver. This was a great place.

I use Falls Inn when I travel to work Sports car races at nearby Nelson Ledges Road Course. Provides me with a good inexpensive option for just a place to sleep and take a hot shower. It’s always clean and comfortable

Room was fairly clean, beds were somewhat comfortable, pillows could use replaced. There was no breakfast, no pool. It was pretty bland and basic for the price, but we needed somewhere to stay at the last minute.
