This was the PERFECT place to bring my 4yr old the week before he started pre-K. Even though it is situation in the popular area of Playa Norte, it's a quiet alcove. Many mornings, we had the gorgeous pool all to ourselves (kudos to the lucky people that are able to sleep in!). The staff is friendly, restaurant is convenient & has great food options. The beach area in front of the hotel is much quieter than other nearby properties so we didn't have to compete for space. The condo itself was PERFECT. Just enough space & fabulous amenities and a gorgeous view. I would 10/10 stay here again!

Beautiful beach. Wonderful swimming. Very helpful staff at the reception desk and at the whole facility. Wonderful meals and great staff at the Mayan Beach Club nextdoor. Laundry service. Large condos. Comfortable beds. Having a kitchen. Restaurants, stores nearby. Fun snorkeling by the Mia hotel. Renting a golf cart through the office and touring the island. Just an incredible stay overall, including for kids and mobilty-limited grandma.

2nd time staying here. Love the pool and the beach. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are nice WiFi in the rooms. Spotty WiFi on the beach. I was ok with this. I just enjoyed the beach. The restaurant on site is good. The waiters were very attentive brought drinks and food out to the beach. Would stay here again. Can walk to all the restaurants in town. Great food at Oceans and Roosters in town.

A fabulous place , pool and facilities really lovely, easy parking for golf carts, friendly staff and the beach is divine great for families wanting to share a unit but not a bedroom. Grocery store is close. In room water dispensary.

Nautibeach Condos has everything you could want on vacation. Nice comfortable rooms with kitchens - beautiful pool - beachfront with chairs & umbrellas - a separate restaurant with bar just steps away and the grounds are very well maintained. For being one of the older condo complexes, it meets everything on your list!!!

This is our second time staying at Nautibeach Condos. I highly recommend this location. The biggest reason is the space within the condo and second the included beach/ chairs. There is a chair attendant and for a few pesos he will kindly set up chair and umbrella for your group. The pool is also fantastic. Bar right at the pool and nice restaurant connected. There is a short walk to Hidalgo Street with amazing restaurants and be sure to stop at the street cart for a delicious Nutella and banana crape.

Had a fabulous 3-night stay in an ocean view condo. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and beach area and had a great dinner at the beach club next door, most spectacular sunset! Only drawback was that the pool is 4 feet everywhere so my kids couldn’t stand in the pool. But would return in a heartbeat!

This property is so great for families! The staff was friendly and helpful! We had an issue in our room with water leakage and they moved us to a new room upon request. The rooms are spotless and the location is perfect for walking distance to any of your needs! We will be a return customer for sure!

El sitio es increible, a orilla de playa con una muy buena piscina. Todo esta en orden, limpio y agradable. La habitacion podrian hacerle mejora a algunos detallitos. Esta cerca de todos los restaurantes, puedes ir caminando. Volveria a reservar aqui

This was a nice condo right on the beach. The kids loved the pool! Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping did not fill/restock all items as they were supposed to such as shampoo, coffee, etc.

The staff that manages the property were very nice and friendly. They cleaned the rooms daily. Rooms came with bottled water service. The Mayan Beach club, which runs the restaurant and serves food and drinks to the pool and beach side are super nice and accomodating.

Pool area is very nice, beach access is great, good location to walk to restaurants. However extremely noisy all weekend including Sunday night with loud music playing next door all night making it difficult to sleep and especially bad with young kids. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. There were limited bath products, the shower pressure was very weak and the shampoo very watered down.

Absolutely stunning location and so clean and safe. Pool was lovely and the staff are so amazing and nice Only downside is the music that lasts for hours into the night. Perhaps it was Easter, but boy lasting until after midnight is challenging We will definitely be back

Make sure you don't hwt room 20, there is a flood light shinning directly in the bedrooms. The pillows are also terrible. Now i truly loved everything else.

Overall the property was good. Nice location on the beach - set back but have an ocean view makes it not too loud. We are at the beach club attached and that was really nice. The y accommodated vegan and other dietary restrictions. The unit itself was a little dated but had good amenities - the location on the north beach is great and we will be back!

Property was great. So were the employees. You can walk right out to the beach where beach loungers are provided. We stayed in a 2 bedroom one bath condo which worked fine for me my boyfriend and our daughter but it would be tight with two couples with one bathroom other than that our stay was great

We just got back, the location is amazing. Beds were firm. Bring your own pillow. The pillows were hard. Air conditioning was great! Staff was amazing! Couch was uncomfortable to nap on lol. Pool is the best! Mayan beach club was awesome. Ask for Manuel or Alex. They were waiting on us hand and foot. Drinks were great and food was better! We stayed in #13. We absolutely loved it. Kid friendly, we did not bring kids, but we did see a few. We would absolutely go back. It was not loud at all at night. We left our window open and listened to the waves at night a couple of times. Very affordable also to book here.

staff is amazing as is location. beds are comfortable and the shower has nice hot water and great water pressure! Beach chairs included with your stay and beach towels. This was the PERFECT place to bring my 4yr old the week before he started pre-K. Even though it is situation in the popular area of Playa Norte, it's a quiet alcove. Many mornings, we had the gorgeous pool all to ourselves (kudos to the lucky people that are able to sleep in!). The staff is friendly, restaurant is convenient & has great food options. The beach area in front of the hotel is much quieter than other nearby properties so we didn't have to compete for space. The condo itself was PERFECT. Just enough space & fabulous amenities and a gorgeous view. I would 10/10 stay here again!

This property is so great for families! The staff was friendly and helpful! We had an issue in our room with water leakage and they moved us to a new room upon request. The rooms are spotless and the location is perfect for walking distance to any of your needs! We will be a return customer for sure!

The location of this place is amazing, I had a wonderful time durning my stay there. You are steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico! Walking distance from everything! The employees are amazing and very attentive! I would highly recommend Nautibeach!! The staff that manages the property were very nice and friendly. They cleaned the rooms daily. Rooms came with bottled water service. The Mayan Beach club, which runs the restaurant and serves food and drinks to the pool and beach side are super nice and accomodating.

A few friend booked Nauti Beach Condos it won’t disappoint! We had a great room on the beach walking distance to all Isla has to offer! Staff polite and obliging! We had the best time and the place we stayed made it excellent choice! I will book there again.

Beautiful beach. Wonderful swimming. Very helpful staff at the reception desk and at the whole facility. Wonderful meals and great staff at the Mayan Beach Club nextdoor. Laundry service. Large condos. Comfortable beds. Having a kitchen. Restaurants, stores nearby. Fun snorkeling by the Mia hotel. Renting a golf cart through the office and touring the island. Just an incredible stay overall, including for kids and mobilty-limited grandma.

2nd time staying here. Love the pool and the beach. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are nice WiFi in the rooms. Spotty WiFi on the beach. I was ok with this. I just enjoyed the beach. The restaurant on site is good. The waiters were very attentive brought drinks and food out to the beach. Would stay here again. Can walk to all the restaurants in town. Great food at Oceans and Roosters in town.

The property itself is amazing. The bar restaurant area was not so great. The first night we were there we were tired and hungry after a long day of flights and delays-we were overcharged for an entrée and drinks that we did not order and I didn’t notice until the next day when I was looking at the receipts. The following day we were at the beach and ordered food and drinks and the waiter demanded a $40 tip. They said there was a $40 minimum tip for all orders from the beach. I asked where the sign was that said this, as I am happy to tip, but I’m not going to tip at a higher rate than my bill was. There was no sign and they let it go. Two negative experiences with the restaurant and bar but the beach is amazing as is the facility.

We stayed in unit twelve. All the staff was very friendly, the place was clean and safe. This is the most beautiful beach section! There are a small amount of chairs and umbrellas for guest to use, tip the guy who digs the hole to move your umbrella around. The restaurant on site isn't part of the hotel, but works with them- American prices but great food! Beach front service! We ordered way more than we planned to from there. (Mayan Beach Club)

This is our second time staying at Nautibeach Condos. I highly recommend this location. The biggest reason is the space within the condo and second the included beach/ chairs. There is a chair attendant and for a few pesos he will kindly set up chair and umbrella for your group. The pool is also fantastic. Bar right at the pool and nice restaurant connected. There is a short walk to Hidalgo Street with amazing restaurants and be sure to stop at the street cart for a delicious Nutella and banana crape.

Had a fabulous 3-night stay in an ocean view condo. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and beach area and had a great dinner at the beach club next door, most spectacular sunset! Only drawback was that the pool is 4 feet everywhere so my kids couldn’t stand in the pool. But would return in a heartbeat!
