Property has EV chargers. No assigned parking but no issues finding close parking. Very nice pool area, we were there only one night so we did not take advantage of it but it has a sand area, got tub and full bar outside by the pool as well. Only "complaint" is the room we were in had a seperate couch area so the wall kind of blocked the AC but we just dropped the temp and it was fine. I def will stay again.

The pool bar was great! Friendly staff and personable. Hotel was not busy so that was nice. Pool towels were not available even after asking to get them. Elevator had a mind of its own. Floor in room, not being carpet, always felt dirty. Shower, while good in size, water got out onto the floor. For the price it was good. I would stay again as it's in the center of I drive.

Pool area was nice but staff didn't keep pool towels in stock very well. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Beds are really soft which works for some but not others. We were here for 2 nights and chose this hotel for their free shuttle to Epic Universe. We were told that the shuttle would pick us up at 8:35, so we were waiting at the shuttle pick up area at 8:20am, just to be safe. It didn’t arrive until 9:10am. Just because it’s free, doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s worth it to stay here. My husband and I were surprising our kids with a visit to Epic, and we lost that crucial first hour of the park opening, because of the late shuttle. The room was filthy and we won’t be staying here again. The only positive is the location.

This hotel had the longest check-in wait I've ever experienced. It took over an hour to check-in. They had 3 workers but it was a slow process. I think it was about 90 minutes. The pool was nice and good music and bar. Room was just ok but it was not expensive so didn't bother me. Loved you can walk to Icon Park activities. Again hard to get over the initial long wait.

Stayed here 6 nights. Hotel service never came to change my sheets or provide cleaning services. Called the front desk multiple times to have room cleaned and nothing came of it. The only time they came to check on us was when they wanted us to leave for check out. Needed to go to front desk to grab clean towels and toiletries.

Needs updating!! Not resort quality but charging the resort fees. Our shower was dirty when we arrived. The bathroom looked as if had been used. I guess you get what you pay for but I could have paid less at Hilton and had a cleaner room with better service!! I am very disappointed.

Not at all what it looks like from their pictures on this site. Black mold in the bathroom, dated and unkept. Only refresh rooms every 4 days and you have to give them 24 hours notice to even get fresh towels. Absolutely Terrible experience. Will not stay here again.

Check-in was quick and there was plenty of parking. The room was impressive for the money. My wife and I enjoy walking and love how walkable everything is from this hotel. Downsides; the property is incredibly noisy. If it's not the pool, it's other guests that slam doors and stand against the railings in front of the room talking at all hours of the night. The woman to our right had at least four kids with her and she conveniently yelled down to them while they were in the jacuzzi and she stood against the railing smoking her blunt. The couple to our left leaned against the railing from 1 am - 7 am drinking and talking as if they were trying to talk over the music in a nightclub. Another downsize was that the ice and vending machines are located on every other floor. This is a big inconvenience when you consider that there's only 1 elevator per building. As much as my wife and I loved the room and how walkable everything is from Avanti, the noise will stop us from returning.

The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest. It was like they cleaned behind the door with a dirty rag. Our tub was spongy feeling when showering like they tried to refinish it but water is under the paint. You could see that they cut corners by painting over the hinges instead of replacing them during renovation. There was major gapping under the door too. The room itself was fine beds were hard for my liking. Staff were pleasant but not a lot of interaction. Everything was tolerable for 3 night stay. We did not use the pool. Food at the bar was good and priced high as expected for Orlando Hotels. Starbucks in the hotel was good too.

Another stay at the Avanti. Would I stay here again? Possibly not. Feels like it’s a bit tired even though fairly recently updated. Bed was not very comfortable and judging by noise every time my husband rolled over, was probably broken. Safe batteries were held in by tape and on last morning fell out so we couldn’t open safe. Had to wait well over a hour for someone to arrive to open it for us. The location and pool area is what keeps us coming back here.

The room had a couch in it with a wall that separated the couch area and the bed. Had A/C on 60 entire time. Could not get room cool. Door wasn't aligned so light came in 24/7 since pool property lights stay on.

I’ll be honest. I was going to give it a 2 star. I landed early so I had to pay $35 for early check in on top of the insane resort fee. Damien greeted me with a great service and friendliness. My room had 2 beds both beds were dirty and the safe was missing the battery cover. Went downstairs and spoke to Damien and he took care of all the issues. Maintenance came up took care of my safe issue and the. Leaving staff changed the sheets on both beds. Damien was the best. Super nice. I travel quite often and Damien gave me one of the best services I’ve ever gotten in a hotel. If I ever do come back it would be because of his beyond amazing friendly service I received from Damien.

Check in was a breeze thanks to Christina who was beyond friendly and welcoming. So was Jeffrey at the Bar and Grill. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean, parking was safe, poolside was lovely and kept up really well - didn't see a single speck of trash anywhere on the grounds or hallway. It's an older resort, but you can't beat the service, price or location. We'll be back next year!

My check-in experience was frustrating. I had to wait over 30 minutes because two receptionists were available, and the two self-service kiosks were out of order. To make matters worse, one of the receptionists prioritized phone calls over the guests physically waiting in line—even in the middle of assisting me. A good resort with plenty of amenities. The staff at the bar were fantastic - Pelegríno, Demi, all others, always welcoming and ready to chat. However, we stayed for 8 nights, with our room due to be serviced and cleaned every 4th day. By the 6th day we had to go to reception before going out for the day. Boy at desk said he would send them up that day. When we arrived back, the room had not been done. We had to go back down to reception late at night to collect our own fresh towels and toilet rolls!! We were assured that the room would be serviced the next day- day 7 of 8! When we got back later that day, housekeeping had been in but only made up the bed - no fresh linen on the bed, so we slept in the same sheets for 8 days- unacceptable! We were at the very same resort with our children 10 years ago and had a wonderful time. We still had a great time in Orlando, but the customer service/ management was very disappointing this time. Will think twice about returning next time.

The check-in process was terrible. We waited 45 minutes in line to check-in. The staff checking in was stressed and overwhelmed, which translated into their customer service. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. I compared it to being in a government office waiting my turn. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located. This hotel was very lovely. It was immaculately cleaned. The only real complaint I have is that the Starbucks baristas didn't know how to make the drinks properly I would give them like two stars. And the food in that bar and grill gave me food poisoning. I just don't think the people in the food service areas of the restaurant are properly trained at what they're doing. Other than that the hotel was spectacular.

Just got back from a weekend in Orlando, and we had a blast at this hotel! It's true, you get what you pay for, but we were pleasantly surprised. Multiple people were smoking (weed/cigarettes)on the pool deck making it unusable for my asthmatic husband. No towels on the pool deck were available. Chairs were gross and uncomfortable. In our room the AC was on the other side of the wall not letting much air to where the bed was. Bed was awful, there were multiple things leftover from the previous people including deodorant and clumps of hair on the floor. Room was dirty. We also indulged in their cafe and got burnt cardboard pizza, overcooked wings, and a dry flat bread. Will definitely not be coming back or recommending.

We stayed for 2 nights. The pool was great. Downside to the pool was the sand was not cleaned out everyday. The people would be in the sand area and kids with their balls not cleaning off before going into pool. Bartenders at pool were very friendly. Drinks were great.

Avanti has a lively pool area, pity no lifeguard as I literally had to stop a tiny tiddler getting in at deep end as her mum sat glued to her phone, shocking to all of us us who witnessed, but thankfully a bit of quick action avoided God knows what. Pool is busy after parks so lifeguard in evenings should really be considered. We had faulty Aircon but after two calls it was sorted. Breakfast offering by voucher a let down by Orlando hotel standards to be honest, could not be more basic unless you pay more. Otherwise the resort does what it says. We had a pool view room it had all amenities you need, although don't like gap under doors and shower floods floor unless you use all your towels to stop it... staff were nice and it was good value for money.
