Schloss Lübbenau

Very little English speaking staff at front desk. Changes in lobby bar hours/services with no warning. They had no shampoo/conditioner in room but had shower caps despite no shower in room. Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation.

It was a very nice stay, staff very friendly. Hotel could do with a bit of modernisation. The only big negative was that my wife and myself wanted to use the spa and have a massage, as advertised on the website. But we were told it doesn’t open during the summer!😞

Very old and historic location. Rooms are large and modern but still with historic touch. Some rooms are in higher floors without elevator so if you can't climb, make sure to request rooms on the ground floor

Have you ever wanted to stay in a castle? That goal is within reach with a stay at Schloss Lubbenau!! Featuring spacious rooms and scenic grounds, this location has a luxurious feel and delicious dining. Be aware, this is not really a tourist destination (more a local German draw) so language can be a barrier, but this spot is so rewarding for those up for the challenge.
