Knot-a-Care! Hot Tub!! Walk to Beach!! BBQ! Fast WiFi!!

We were on a ladies trip. The bedrooms views activities were all awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook fabulous meals. And did I say the views? Lovely house would definitely rent this again.

Stayed for a couple nights and it was an amazing stay! The location was ideal - short walk to town, the beach and exploring. The house was large and comfortable - great views form all rooms, high ceilings and enough room for our adult group to all hang out, play games, and watch movies in the common area. The house is stocked right down to coffee grinder, multiple coffee maker options, plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Really felt like a lived in house, not just a rental. Also bonus electric fireplace and bbq! We will be back!

Two families ranging in age from three years to 70 something escaped to the heat of the central Valley for a couple of days on the coast. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, sleeping areas and games for teenagers like ping-pong. The beach was the biggest attraction, only drawback was that there were missing screens on some windows and we were visited by wasps But the weather was delightful. The furniture and bathrooms were clean. The hot tub was cleaned before we And I appreciated the fact that we were notified that the hot tub water might not be heated enough because they had to drain it from the previous renters. That attention to detail will bring me back as a customer I

This house was perfect for our family vacation at the beach. 4 adults 3 toddlers 2 kids. the location is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the sunset. Very quick walk to the beach. There’s a small general store in town with plenty to get you through your stay. Wish we could have stayed another night because we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or the bbq grill. Will definitely be back ! Only complaint is the bunk bed railing was broken so it made me a little nervous for my 4 year old to sleep up top, but overall highly recommend.

This is a great property. Beautiful view from living room window. Short walk to the beach. Lots of places to discover nearby: Bodega Bay, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, etc. Beds were comfy, TV/streaming manageable, & nice hot tub. But, the BEST thing about the property was the kitchen. We were so pleased to find: spices, cooking oil, storage bags & all the cooking utensils we needed. All my friends were very impressed & hope to return.

We had some mild issues with the fridge but I was able to reach someone promptly on the phone and everything resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend this place!

We really liked the beach house property! Spacious and well-equipped with large deck and wonderful views out of the large windows. Close to beach too…about an 5-minute walk. Also had a nice, large washer and dryer. It’s a very nice house but older and could use some attention to details like hard to close closet doors, cleaning of high windows, etc. Messaged the manager about a few issues and received prompt answers which was nice.

We had a great time. The house was steps from the beach. We loved the setup with the big deck, hot tub, ping pong table, and living space. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was clean, comfortable & well stocked for my family. The beds are comfy but master bed is raised too high for shorter people. there is a step to get in but cumbersome. Plenty of room for everyone, large decks. At first the beach access looked iffy but keep going it's a quick and easy walk.

Views were outstanding. Fireplace added warmth. We had ants in both bathrooms. Fabric couches and pillows could really use a good cleaning-just really dirty. It was nice to have alot of access to the multiple decks however the sliding glass doors were so difficult to open I had to have either my son or son in law open them for me. Throw rug in family room was unfurling and was a tripping menace. Would not rent this particular property again.

We were there during a rainy period and had a leak downstairs, which was inconvenient but manageable. Property management was quick to respond, which was a great comfort. All in all it was a great place to spend a long weekend with friends. Neat and clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were confused by check out requirement of not only running dishwasher the morning we were leaving but to empty it as well. That made checkout day hectic. We will definitely book again!

This property’s location is ideal. It sits half a block from a dramatic ocean front path. Also, very walkable to the Dillon Beach store and coffee shop. All of the bedrooms, living room, dining room as well as the front and rear deck feature tranquil ocean views. Normally when I cook the many meals for my family I’m looking at walls and appliances with a window behind me. Here, I stared at the ocean as I prepped, cooked, sipped. Happy place! The fire place was perfect as it started to rain. Upon check in, there was an issue with ants on the lower level. In particular, along the window and sliding door lines as well as in the lower bathroom. My wife called management’s office to notify, and left a message. We never received a call back but it could have been because we were going into a weekend. We got over it quickly. Views. One of the bigger issue for us was that the doors just off the dining room do not lock. (I figured mgmt would site “user error” for the lock malfunction. So I took several videos of us following detailed and the lock still failing.) The same doors lead to the rear deck, and have a stairway with access to that deck from the street level. This caused a safety and security issue for me. My two year old could/did open these doors at will and roamed out onto the balcony. We were on constant watch so that she didn’t tumble down the stairs. Safety and security for my wife, 2 & 4 year old girls was on the forefront of my mind.

Lots of wild life abound. Hot tub had some sand in the bottom and someone stopped by unexpectedly to maintain, but otherwise very peaceful. Neighbors were friendly. Nearby general store is expensive, but helpful in a pinch for miscellaneous needs. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The house was lovely; clean, fresh, lots of natural light through large windows with views of the ocean and nice nautical decor, with comfortable furnishings and beds. The range in ages for our group went from 52 to 83. So, for some, the stairs to the main level were a bit of a challenge. However, they all managed and want to come back again.

We stayed for a quick weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The house was bright, warm, nicely laid out and stocked with all the stuff you would need (just bring your food and beach towels!). Close walk down to beach, easy in and out process. Will definitely stay here again!

KnotACare was very comfortable with a nice view. We were pleased with the well equiped kitchen. My husband loved there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The kids loved they could walk down to the beach off the bluff, and grandma loved we were close enough to drive! Many memories at Dillon Beach for multiple generations of our family continues!

My family and I had an amazing time in Dillon Beach! This property was so beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are very professional and they made the check in and check out process so easy! I will definitely be back during the new year to enjoy this property again. The view to the beach was so beautiful to wake up to daily! I would 10/10 recommend!

We had an excellent time at Knot-A-Care. Great communication with the management team, and they were able to come out and quickly get a small issue with the hot tub sorted. Very comfortable beds, super close to the bluff as advertised. We will be back!

We could walk to the beach and the general store. A storm rolled in the last day of our stay and we enjoyed the DVD collection. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our group. Plenty of room for parking. Would love to return to this house in the summer!
