Place is clean and the location is excellent. Breakfast is passable but sub par. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids ages 6 and 7. We reserved a room for 4 through Expedia and advised how many we were. However when we showed up there was only one large bed and one single. I was told if we wanted an extra single it would be an extra 30 Eros per night. They blamed Expedia for the misunderstanding. I dont buy it. Would not recommend at all for families but if your solo or a couple the location makes up for everything else.

This is genuinely one of the nicest B&B in Italy we have been to on our road trip. Staff, ans the rooftop are just second to none. Love it and will be back soon hopefully.
