Always clean and efficient, I come here 5 to 6 times a year. Recently remodeled, no drama in the parking lot. I didn't even realize there was a pool until this trip with my wife.

Other than the noisy a/c unit we had in our ADA room I highly recommend this place. Clean, parking is easy and can park right in front of your room door if on ground level. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will stay again.

The front desk staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. I had to arrive to check in at a weird time—3 AM—and Gloria the night clerk made it work. It was nice to arrive to a warm welcome after a long day on the road. The room was very basic, and this is an older property, so the furniture is well used (worn). But it was CLEAN, and a great value for the location. Also very accommodating for pets, which I really appreciated since I was traveling with 2 dogs. This property charges a reasonable pet fee, unlike almost anywhere else I’ve ever stayed!

Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom and vanity. Air Conditioning was not cold enough and kept turning off with dead silence. Tv cable was unplugged and channels had to be reprogrammed. Second floor had NO ELEVATORS!

The room was very clean but also very spartan. No closet in the room. The light level in the room was poor. The floor of the tub should be non-slippery. Motels today offer a continental breakfast, Home Inn does not. This delays departure for travelers who are stopping for the night on their way to another destination.

Other than the bed, there was no seating in the room except for a hard desk-like chair. No complimentary breakfast so we spent $40 at First Watch for coffee and omelets. Owners were nice.

This is a room where you stay for one night. There's only one night stand, no comfortable chairs and the bedding was light, no blankets. I addressed my concerns with the front desk attendant and he said he'd bring it to the managers attention. He was very polite We lost $100 as we had to move to another hotel in the area. No breakfast either, just coffee.

The rooms were nice very spacious they allow dogs at a reasonable price very convenient location

The bathroom and shower was not cleaned. The toilet had poop on the front and the shower was dirty with dirt and hairs.

There were bugs in the room. The toilet had cigarette burns on it. The pillowcases had something red on them.

Room looked clean but saw two roaches in the bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows were not provided, but needed, as coverlet for bed was very thin and scratchy. No coffeemaker in the room. No one in the office at checkout time and since we had to provide a deposit I was not comfortable with leaving without a receipt. Very noisy outdoors due to hotel bring on a very busy highway.

The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable. The bed was decent, but not the best. There was mold on the floor of the shower, so we didn't use it. Luckily, our neighbors weren't very loud, but the door to the room provides no sound isolation from the outside. Overall, it was a good place to stay for one night while traveling through.

The wifi only occasionally functioned.

The problem was with the bed. The bed was metal with no spring box. There was no headboard or footboard. It was extremely noisy. I kept on waking up at night when I rolled from the noise. The AC was extremely loud with a lot of clicking nose. The bathroom fan was so loud. It was impossible to turn on the light without the noisy fan and waking up whoever ever sleeping in the room.

Need better internet or wifi in the property, dont have a good wifi inside the room

Interesting. Front Desk was helpful and friendly. As wife says - room was basic but comfortable and roomy. Only real issue was that the while had nice new TV the channel selection was not all that great - no Major Channels hence no Sports, News or Local Shows.

Room was spotless but spartan. One night table only. Not enough pillows & only a thin blanket. The bed was on a metal frame, which sounded like someone playing “kick the can” every time one of us shifted position.

Very uncomfortable bed, postage stamp sized pillows, the A/C worked poorly, very noisy outside, trash truck at 6:00 a.m. Bangs / clanks all night waking us up. Bar / restaurant shares the parking lot of rje hotel, kind of sketchy…….

I have never had the worst time. I went in to check in around 5ish and got to the counter and they barely gave me a chance to tell my name before they tell me my reservation got moved to a different place down the street. The lady was very difficult to understand with her accent and wouldnt gove me any reason to why i was not contacted by them or expedia to mention a change of hotels. NOT 1 PERSON TOLD ME I WAS MOVED UNTIL I GOT THERE. Thats unacceptable and unprofessional. Got over to the place they moved me to and the Adam the mgr was not told we were coming over. I sat on the phone for almost 2 hours with expedia and Adam next to me. They refused to help me until Adam stepped up and got on the phone. I was told by Home Inn that they didnt charge me and told by ADAM at Days Inn Apopka that it was comped becoming of the issues. EXPEDIA would not listen to what was going on. Finally Adam had it handled.. This should never be the case of over sold hotels by 6-10 at each place. Because Home Inn was sending them to Days Inn they became over sold and Expedia just let it happen and made a bunch of people mad that came in. It was 2 hrs wasted of my time. ADAM saved the day and help make things right when others wouldnt help. I dont know if ill ever use Expedia again.

Check in at 3pm, got there at 345. Room wasnt ready, was told at 4pm it would be 5 mins, almost 40 mins later and having to get the manager were we finally allowed in our room. Constant noise all night coming from outside.

I like the excellent customer service that was provided and a welcoming suite that was prepared for my stay. I don't have any dislikes to report,

We just stayed overnight, but they were VERY accommodating. They asked if we wanted first or second floor, and after stating a second floor preference he gave us one far from other rooms for privacy. It was very nice as we prefer places quiet since we generally get up early for departures, and the quieter it is, the easier it is to fall and stay asleep. 10/10 would recommend, and we'll definitely stay here again if we're in need.

No one ever in the office. At checkin I had to buzz ringpad to get someone to come and turned out ok. Then no response when went by office later and again at checkout with no one coming. So room was ok and clean but this is a no thrills hotel. No hairdryer, microwave and only one end table at one side of bed.

The property was adequate, nothing fancy which i wasn't expecting. Room appeared clean but was a heavy smell of bleach. My complaint is about the towels/washclothes. Room was booked for 3 adults, only 2 towels in the room. When I went to office the nice lady found me another towel and said they had more people staying than they had towels for. Next day house keeping took our used towels but didn't replinish them when we went to ask for some was told there didn't have any to give us. 2 DAYS no towels from them. I brought some from my brothers house for us to use the third night then checked out a day early. I will not go back.

I tried to but couldn’t check in… no one was available to help me check in… I had to sleep in my car over night… terrible horrible experience I wouldn’t wish upon anybody. I have pressed and been on the ring bell button ten times… no one ever came or called or reached out. This place is the worst.

The room was pretty clean and no sign of any bugs!! Beds were super comfy and water pressue was just right! When I arrived, I noticed that 2 pillows didn't have pillow cases and one was stained. I called front desk and within 10mins they replaced them. It looks like they're still making updates compared to the photos and what we witnessed physically. I did call in on Sunday during the day to request new towels and they said house keeping was cleaning rooms as we speak. Unfortunately, when I arrived after an 11hr shift (I worked EDC Friday-Sunday) They had not changed out my towels. Overall, the stay was good for what we paid for (3 nights). It was close to the interstate which made my commute to Camping World Stadium efficient. I appreciate the efforts invested into making this stay as comfy as possible with such a last minute booking at a decent price.

Great stay. Clerks were on task, knowledgeable and pleasant. The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. And there is an excellent Mexican restaurant right next door which is part of the property. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in town

No frills hotel. If you are trying to save money but want a nice clean safe hotel, this is the place! The reviews say it all! You can tell it was recently updated, our room was clean, bedding clean and the beds were comfortable.(bring your own pillow if you prefer fluffy pillows) The staff was great, and you are close to restaurants, gas, coffee, grocery store and the interstate.

Very good basic motel room at a reasonable price. Not a lot of amenities but very clean. Close to shops & restaurants.
