The terrace was great. Room was very clean and well decorated. However, our Uber driver had serious difficulty in reaching the hotel. He had to drop us a few streets away and we had to carry our luggage all the way to the hotel. Last but not least, the hotel restaurant should allocate at least a few tables for the hotel guests. When we asked for a table for dinner, we were told that we have to book 2 days in advance!

We give this place 5 stars. Service was friendly and professional. The location is great , next to restaurants and , private beach. We booked a room with a Terrance , which I highly recommend - it’s worth the money to sit in your terrace in the morning , enjoying your coffee and beautiful weather. I should also mention , the facility was clean . This I find to be a priority. In terms of parking , all of the boutique hotels have this challenge- however the hotel is very organized and thus provides transportation to your hotel in a , sexy St Tropez style - open air transport buggy. In the end , it was an enjoyable stay - thank you again to the hotel for your services . We had fun !

Great location in the hearth of the Vieux Cannes, nice terrasse and bar, with great conversation with Nicolas! Staff is very nice! The balcony with indirect view on the Méditerranée is a plus!!! Thanks to the nice front desk staff and John and Julien!

The hotel is nice for couples, i would recommend a room with an outdoor terrace if possible or view of the water, and it wont feel as cramped, as the hotel is a bit small. The area is a bit of a zoo and was kind of complicated to find the hotel and get close enough to it with the car to understand what was going on. I recommend calling them when you get close to get directions/help. The valet parking was convenient and easy, but they charge for it. The service in the restaurant is average. They are a bit slow and not very helpful. Drinks are good, food is good. Hours are a bit weird for food service. Location of the hotel is a nice spot in Saint Tropez, close to great shopping. Bring your wallet!

The room was beautiful and the staff was very polite. Although the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night our stay was pleasant. You need to pay for parking, but it is nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, we ate there one night and would recommend it.

It was amazing, really. <3 I travel a lot and I love to stay in a good place. I found La ponche special since the first time I find it here in hotels.com. No one recommend it, but I want to recommend it for you. Our room had a magic view, and they were so sweet that had prepared balloons and a desert to welcome us. The location was perfect and the staff were very nice and polite all the time. The restaurant was very good, the food was very tasty. My only observation is about breakfast: we have paid for it before, but I am used to eat eggs and they were not included at the prepaid menu. They were very cool to prepare an omelette for me even though. So if you love eggs as me, is better to pay the breakfast over there and choose what you like from the menu.

An excellent hotel I would stay at again. The rooms, service and food are excellent. The downside is the difficulty of parking, but that is a problem in St Tropez so I left my car in the Port car park.

My significant and other stayed here for our first trip to the south of France from America. We could not have had a better stay than here. The service was the best I have ever had - the concierge was amazing. They came in multiple times per day to open and close blinds and change out towels. They provided complimentary beach towels and a beach bag. All I know is if we come back to St Tropez we will be staying here.

Conveniently walkable to everywhere in St. Tropez and practically on the beach. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They even upgraded me when I arrived. The room was spacious and luxurious. I will never forget my stay here.

It\'s a nice but older property. Just beware that if you are driving and never been in this area, you better have a small car & have some guidance because these street are very narrow, old street that can barely fit a large car. Property was nice but remember, these are older renovated building that are accommodate a "older" style of hotel. We went on the off season so it was a bit dead and not much was open but other than that, very quiet and quaint.

The property is very charming. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great recommendations from the Concierge. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff (1 in particular). For 3 days there was always something missing with my order and he was not attentive at all. Other than that, it was great.

We came in the off season so it was very quiet and only a few restaurants and shops were open. However, the hotel and staff is amazing! We wish we would’ve stayed here longer. Will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay at la Ponche! We were traveling from the states and Raphael was awesome with helping us make dinner, beach club and transportation reservations/arrangements! Great location close and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to go back!

My significant and other stayed here for our first trip to the south of France from America. We could not have had a better stay than here. The service was the best I have ever had - the concierge was amazing. They came in multiple times per day to open and close blinds and change out towels. They provided complimentary beach towels and a beach bag. All I know is if we come back to St Tropez we will be staying here.

Conveniently walkable to everywhere in St. Tropez and practically on the beach. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They even upgraded me when I arrived. The room was spacious and luxurious. I will never forget my stay here.

The hotel is nice for couples, i would recommend a room with an outdoor terrace if possible or view of the water, and it wont feel as cramped, as the hotel is a bit small. The area is a bit of a zoo and was kind of complicated to find the hotel and get close enough to it with the car to understand what was going on. I recommend calling them when you get close to get directions/help. The valet parking was convenient and easy, but they charge for it. The service in the restaurant is average. They are a bit slow and not very helpful. Drinks are good, food is good. Hours are a bit weird for food service. Location of the hotel is a nice spot in Saint Tropez, close to great shopping. Bring your wallet!

The property is very charming. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great recommendations from the Concierge. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff (1 in particular). For 3 days there was always something missing with my order and he was not attentive at all. Other than that, it was great.

Great location in the hearth of the Vieux Cannes, nice terrasse and bar, with great conversation with Nicolas! Staff is very nice! The balcony with indirect view on the Méditerranée is a plus!!! Thanks to the nice front desk staff and John and Julien!

The room was beautiful and the staff was very polite. Although the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night our stay was pleasant. You need to pay for parking, but it is nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, we ate there one night and would recommend it.

It was amazing, really. <3 I travel a lot and I love to stay in a good place. I found La ponche special since the first time I find it here in hotels.com. No one recommend it, but I want to recommend it for you. Our room had a magic view, and they were so sweet that had prepared balloons and a desert to welcome us. The location was perfect and the staff were very nice and polite all the time. The restaurant was very good, the food was very tasty. My only observation is about breakfast: we have paid for it before, but I am used to eat eggs and they were not included at the prepaid menu. They were very cool to prepare an omelette for me even though. So if you love eggs as me, is better to pay the breakfast over there and choose what you like from the menu.

An excellent hotel I would stay at again. The rooms, service and food are excellent. The downside is the difficulty of parking, but that is a problem in St Tropez so I left my car in the Port car park.

We came in the off season so it was very quiet and only a few restaurants and shops were open. However, the hotel and staff is amazing! We wish we would’ve stayed here longer. Will definitely come back.
