On the Hotels.com website it was written that each Double Room came with a deep-soaking bathtub. I confirmed this with the man at the front desk when I checked in, but when I arrived in the room I found that it only had a small shower. I went downstairs again and asked his colleague at the front desk and was told that only the suites have bathtubs, and all the other rooms only have showers. I was very disappointed. Please change this on the hotels.com website so other guests won't be similarly disappointed. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Osama at the bar/restaurant. He went above and beyond, even coming in on his day off to serve our group visiting from many parts of the world. He introduced me to one of my new favorite gins, and his colleague at the front desk helped me track down the only shop where I could buy it (in Mainz). The buffet breakfasts were copious and varied, with different hot dishes every day. However, the last morning (Wednesday) was quite sparse without any fresh fruit at all, and fewer choices. Overall, it was a very nice stay.
