The weather and staff were very good as was the pool . The breakfast was adequate. The rooms require a complete upgrade . The first room they gave us was like going back to the 70's and was located a long distance from the pool area . We were then transfered to a lower floor which was like something from the 90's . The shower stand had perished but we managed There are no lifts so not good for people with impairments.

The common areas are very lovely. I stayed in room 10, bed, pillows & bed linen very lovely. Great to have a fridge & kettle in the room but no cups or tea spoons had been left. The bathroom was tiny but with a bath that had been painted & it looked tired. Staff are lovely, as is the pool & outside seating. Hopefully the sunbeds can be updated soon. Great location to beaches, bus stop, local shops & tavernas.

Our room AIr conditioning and TV were not working why we checked in. Front desk said none of the TVs working then next morning the receptionist said that was a lie and sent someone in to repair it. Air conditioning worked after we had it repaired. Light in the bathroom was blinking so they sent someone in to repair which lasted about one night then it started blinking again. Breakfast was pretty good. They had one man working bar who did not know how to make the advertised drinks, or maybe they didn’t have the ingredients. Same man working breakfast who was pleasant but then we heard him yelling and arguing with other staff several times during our stay.

The hotel is located in Lassi, and is just a short journey from the airport (approx 10 mins). The taxi journey was $20 from airport to hotel, and $25 from hotel back to airport, although a bus is available. The location is absolutely perfect for the amazing Makris Gialos beach, and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and the beginning of a road full of restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop is directly outside the hotel. It looked as though the hotel and pool area had been completed redecorated recently. Our room was small but clean and tidy, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom toilet and basin looked new, but the bath/shower needed an updated – but worked perfectly okay. The staff were brilliant – really helpful and friendly – we had no issues at all throughout our stay. The pool area was great, lots of sunbeds (which looked new) and a bar for drinks etc. We ate out each evening in local restaurants (great value and lovely food), but ate breakfast at the hotel – breakfast was fairly limited in choice and basic, but it was okay. We would definitely stay at the hotel again – not least because of the location opposite the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.

The staff were great lovely two day stay beds were so comfy .drinks could be cheaper then more people might use bar a lot if sunbeds were broken and pool was a weird colour.just a few things need fixing then would be amazing .

The pictures are very deceiving of the rooms. They were tired and dated and very small with a small balcony you struggled to get 2 people on it. I did not speak to 1 person staying there who had a new bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The staff were unhelpful apart from our cleaner and the young lady that worked the pool bar during the day. The breakfast was poor. On a positive note the pool area was nice and the gardens had been kept well.

Le seul défaut du sejour est venu de la reservation expedia/hotels.com qui nous a bloqué plusieurs heures à l'arrivée car le voyagiste essayait d'imposer à l'hôtel un tarif et des conditions que ce dernier n'acceptait pas. Nous avons été pris en hotage de façon anormale dans cette négociation, expedia nous a compensé d'un maigre 50 euros de coupon à dépenser chez eux...

The hotel property is beautiful and conveniently located to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator and if you are on the top floor it can be very inconvenient trying to bring your luggage up/down. There was no phone in our room either. Parking is limited so if you didn't get a space you would have to go across the street in a dirt parking lot used for the beach. The morning breakfast served could be better. More variety and better options. It was ok but could use some revamping. The pool and grounds beautiful! The hotel restaurant/bar onsite had good food/drinks.

Rummet var bra, rymligt och rent med liten balkong med underbar utsikt över havet och solnedgången. Pool finns på hotellet där solstolarna ofta redan var reserverade av gäster som lagt ut handdukar i förväg så där hade man aldrig en chans att få plats. Frukosten som ingick var under kritik då det titt som tätt inte fanns något kvar av det som skulle finnas samt service gällande lite flexibelt av exempelvis övrigt kaffealternativ gavs ej, kaffet var inte gott. Personalen som jobbade var hjälpsam men inte mer trevliga än absolut nödvändigt, sa aldrig hej när man gick förbi receptionen exempelvis och personalen som jobbade vid frukosten var väldigt griniga och klagade på det mesta (för den som även förstår grekiska). Hotellet låg bra till precis mitt emot stranden Makris Galos som är toppen, finns även en del restauranger att välja på i området. Buss går precis utanför hotellet till Argostoli stad där det största nattlivet finns och taximöjligheter finns självklart också då bussen går rätt sällan.

The view from the balcony was lovely, sea view. Parking was convenient providing you have a samll car. Room had decent air con. We were in easy walking distance to restaurants and beaches in Lassi. The room was requested as a twin and we were given a double. The bathroom was in bad need of revamp. Hairdryer was broken and coming off the wall and shower was dated. Breakfast had quite a small offering in terms of options although it was nice to be able to eat outside. Staff were all very friendly

Hotel was very clean, only 5 minutes walk from the best beach in Kefalonia. Staff did everything to make us feel at home. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The common areas are very lovely. I stayed in room 10, bed, pillows & bed linen very lovely. Great to have a fridge & kettle in the room but no cups or tea spoons had been left. The bathroom was tiny but with a bath that had been painted & it looked tired. Staff are lovely, as is the pool & outside seating. Hopefully the sunbeds can be updated soon. Great location to beaches, bus stop, local shops & tavernas.

The hotel is located in Lassi, and is just a short journey from the airport (approx 10 mins). The taxi journey was $20 from airport to hotel, and $25 from hotel back to airport, although a bus is available. The location is absolutely perfect for the amazing Makris Gialos beach, and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and the beginning of a road full of restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop is directly outside the hotel. It looked as though the hotel and pool area had been completed redecorated recently. Our room was small but clean and tidy, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom toilet and basin looked new, but the bath/shower needed an updated – but worked perfectly okay. The staff were brilliant – really helpful and friendly – we had no issues at all throughout our stay. The pool area was great, lots of sunbeds (which looked new) and a bar for drinks etc. We ate out each evening in local restaurants (great value and lovely food), but ate breakfast at the hotel – breakfast was fairly limited in choice and basic, but it was okay. We would definitely stay at the hotel again – not least because of the location opposite the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.

The pictures are very deceiving of the rooms. They were tired and dated and very small with a small balcony you struggled to get 2 people on it. I did not speak to 1 person staying there who had a new bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Hotel bonito, quarto grande e confortável, piscina agradável. Porém a quantidade de escadas para os quartos, sem elevador para levar as malas foram cansativos e desanimadores. Recepcionistas muito simpáticas, mas na piscina a atendente (mulher) foi grossa e sem paciência no início. Pagamos por 2 diárias porque nosso vôo era tarde da noite e não nos ofertaram uma negociação para late check out. Eu não votaria a esse hotel que fica muito bem localizado, porém a praia em frente é cara e o serviço péssimo.

The hotel property is beautiful and conveniently located to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator and if you are on the top floor it can be very inconvenient trying to bring your luggage up/down. There was no phone in our room either. Parking is limited so if you didn't get a space you would have to go across the street in a dirt parking lot used for the beach. The morning breakfast served could be better. More variety and better options. It was ok but could use some revamping. The pool and grounds beautiful! The hotel restaurant/bar onsite had good food/drinks.

Rummet var bra, rymligt och rent med liten balkong med underbar utsikt över havet och solnedgången. Pool finns på hotellet där solstolarna ofta redan var reserverade av gäster som lagt ut handdukar i förväg så där hade man aldrig en chans att få plats. Frukosten som ingick var under kritik då det titt som tätt inte fanns något kvar av det som skulle finnas samt service gällande lite flexibelt av exempelvis övrigt kaffealternativ gavs ej, kaffet var inte gott. Personalen som jobbade var hjälpsam men inte mer trevliga än absolut nödvändigt, sa aldrig hej när man gick förbi receptionen exempelvis och personalen som jobbade vid frukosten var väldigt griniga och klagade på det mesta (för den som även förstår grekiska). Hotellet låg bra till precis mitt emot stranden Makris Galos som är toppen, finns även en del restauranger att välja på i området. Buss går precis utanför hotellet till Argostoli stad där det största nattlivet finns och taximöjligheter finns självklart också då bussen går rätt sällan.

Our room AIr conditioning and TV were not working why we checked in. Front desk said none of the TVs working then next morning the receptionist said that was a lie and sent someone in to repair it. Air conditioning worked after we had it repaired. Light in the bathroom was blinking so they sent someone in to repair which lasted about one night then it started blinking again. Breakfast was pretty good. They had one man working bar who did not know how to make the advertised drinks, or maybe they didn’t have the ingredients. Same man working breakfast who was pleasant but then we heard him yelling and arguing with other staff several times during our stay.

Fantastic location for access to some of the best beaches, the capital and buses. Lots of good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The staff all lovely, especially Marina and Cally. Both were really friendly, welcoming and helpful, accommodating every need and query promptly.

The view from the balcony was lovely, sea view. Parking was convenient providing you have a samll car. Room had decent air con. We were in easy walking distance to restaurants and beaches in Lassi. The room was requested as a twin and we were given a double. The bathroom was in bad need of revamp. Hairdryer was broken and coming off the wall and shower was dated. Breakfast had quite a small offering in terms of options although it was nice to be able to eat outside. Staff were all very friendly

Very beautiful pool, and… that’s it. Cheap rooms, poor wifi, really mid breakfast, if you’re staying at this hotel, you’ll want to be out of your room as much as you can (which can be appealing I guess)

The taxi journey was $20 from airport to hotel, and $25 from hotel back to airport, although a bus is available. The location is absolutely perfect for the amazing Makris Gialos beach, and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and the beginning of a road full of restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop is directly outside the hotel. It looked as though the hotel and pool area had been completed redecorated recently. Our room was small but clean and tidy, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom toilet and basin looked new, but the bath/shower needed an updated – but worked perfectly okay. The staff were brilliant – really helpful and friendly – we had no issues at all throughout our stay. The pool area was great, lots of sunbeds (which looked new) and a bar for drinks etc. We ate out each evening in local restaurants (great value and lovely food), but ate breakfast at the hotel – breakfast was fairly limited in choice and basic, but it was okay. We would definitely stay at the hotel again – not least because of the location opposite the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.

The staff were great lovely two day stay beds were so comfy .drinks could be cheaper then more people might use bar a lot if sunbeds were broken and pool was a weird colour.just a few things need fixing then would be amazing .

The hotel property is beautiful and conveniently located to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator and if you are on the top floor it can be very inconvenient trying to bring your luggage up/down. There was no phone in our room either. Parking is limited so if you didn't get a space you would have to go across the street in a dirt parking lot used for the beach. The morning breakfast served could be better. More variety and better options. It was ok but could use some revamping. The pool and grounds beautiful! The hotel restaurant/bar onsite had good food/drinks.

Rummet var bra, rymligt och rent med liten balkong med underbar utsikt över havet och solnedgången. Pool finns på hotellet där solstolarna ofta redan var reserverade av gäster som lagt ut handdukar i förväg så där hade man aldrig en chans att få plats. Frukosten som ingick var under kritik då det titt som tätt inte fanns något kvar av det som skulle finnas samt service gällande lite flexibelt av exempelvis övrigt kaffealternativ gavs ej, kaffet var inte gott. Personalen som jobbade var hjälpsam men inte mer trevliga än absolut nödvändigt, sa aldrig hej när man gick förbi receptionen exempelvis och personalen som jobbade vid frukosten var väldigt griniga och klagade på det mesta (för den som även förstår grekiska). Hotellet låg bra till precis mitt emot stranden Makris Galos som är toppen, finns även en del restauranger att välja på i området. Buss går precis utanför hotellet till Argostoli stad där det största nattlivet finns och taximöjligheter finns självklart också då bussen går rätt sällan.

The hotel is directly opposite a great sandy beach but it is a five minute walk downhill. Our room was clean and functional with good air conditioning when needed but involved several flights of stairs to get to it. Breakfast was good taken either outside or in a bright airy dining room. The pool area is well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. In high season it could become crowded. The bar area provided snacks during the day and a selection of cocktails which were rather pricey but reduced by one euro during happy hour but there are enough bars and restaurants within walking distance for this not to be a problem. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation for recommending the hotel for a holiday in Lassi.

Perfect in every way! Harry, the evening concierge was very kind and helpful to me. This was a last minute booking and I really wanted a sea view. My room and view were perfect! The next day I had trouble with my phone charger and he and the bartender both were as helpful as possible.
