Terrible. Based on the reviews we initially saw, it appeared our stay may have been an anomaly. The host had messaged us through Expedia requesting our arrival time. I responded and never heard back. We arrived shortly after 3pm. The host was no where to be found, did not answer the phone, and the bell at the front desk had no use. Another [repeat] hotel guest helped us get into our rooms. There were 3 keys left in the door of 3 different suites and no instructions as to who got which rooms (our party had reserved 2 rooms, one with 2 twin beds, and the other guest has the 3rd). I sent the host 3 messages via the Expedia app that went unanswered. As per Expedia, we were to have a garden view. Neither room had views and only one had privacy. The seating area for the one was a few feet from the outdoor check in desk. The rooms were inconsistent with what was in each and were passable clean. What is advertised on Expedia is not accurate with the rooms in terms of what they look like, the beds, the "kitchenette" (there was a kettle and panini press) but no supplies to clean up. The bathroom was tiny (to be expected) and had used shampoo/soap bottles left behind. We had no direct communication with the host other than a passing wave when we saw her or had to listen to her loud phone calls she took on speaker phone in the reception desk and her loud 'yelling' with her [husband]. The best part of our stay was the friendly black cat we nicknamed Midnight. We would not return here.

Please be careful if you book this property as unless you book a deluxe room. The standard rooms are tired and in need of upgrading. Inadequate bathroom with damaged tiles and old fashioned shower curtain. Creaky uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning problematic. We were unhappy with the accommodation and left after 2 nights of a 7 night booking.

Lovely place to stay! Close to everything, right across from a very nice public beach. Tiny bit of a language barrier with the host, but easy work around with Google translate!! Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating we really enjoyed all the services in got to use their scooter of course they did charge us but it was nice getting around.

Irini and her family are so welcoming. The accommodation was peaceful, well located and comfortable for my stay. I would definitely go back next time I’m in beautiful Sifnos!
