Lovely property but our stay was spoiled. Charged 2€ per locker for the cases storage. Went to retrieve cases and found our lockers had been opened and cases gone.We had a flight to catch and there was no one at reception. I phoned the company but insisted Boone would come to reception before 8.30 - it was actually nearly 8.45. The person had no idea where our cases were and refused to explain why our lockers had been opened. My husband eventually retrieved the cases in the office. I use a wheelchair and always try to plan ahead with extra time. Needless to say this bizarre action of stealing our cases was verte stressful for me

Very well done, centrally located and the staff was great. The only issue we had was with the shower, it didn’t drain quickly enough and water would accumulate on the bathroom floor. Other than that it was PERFECT! The guy at the front desk helped with everything from towels to parking. Would def stay again.

We entered the Apartment to check in with the front desk, to find that the Elevator was not working. The front desk person carried our three suitcases up three flights of stairs. We then entered our Apartment to find the entire Apartment was full of cigarette odor, I couldn’t even breathe! They are suppose to be non-smoking Apartments, another words it is prohibited to smoke in any of the units. They were full and could not move us to another apartment. We called Hotels.com and they were going to relocate us to another Apartment, but it was farther away from the City Center. We finally after much delay, left the Apartment so they could clean it again. We also had to wait for the elevator to be fixed. We left and returned, it still smelled like cigarette! They offered us no discount or compensation for the inconvenience. I would not recommend staying here!

The apartement was clean and in an excellent area within walking distances of all the sites and restaurants. Our only complaint was that the street was a but noisy at night, which is hard to avoid as we had to keep the window open as there is no AC or fan in the room. The room was also missing a hairdryer. The check-in experience and communication was good. We parked in a nearby parking (Marmoles) for 18€/day which worked fine for us.

Property was as advertised but shower drain was blocked for 4 days and unusable!!!! No plumber sent to fix just kept sending maintenance guy with different liquid drainage products - very frustrating for a family of 4 😲

Amazing apartment right in the centre of Malaga . Great value and spotlessly clean .The man on reception on Sunday afternoon was excellent really friendly . We only stayed one night but i'd go back without hesitation.

Greit leilighetshotell i den historiske delen av Malaga. Vi hadde en stor flott leilighet vendt inn mot bakgården. Behagelige senger og stor plass. Godt utstyrt kjøkken (ikke stekeovn), men lagde kun frokost selv. Ligger i den historiske delen og kort vei til byens handlegate og restaurantgatene.

Es war einfach niemand erreichbar um den Code zum Apartment zu erhalten. Alles gestaltete sich mehr als nervenaufreibend und schwierig. Das Apartment an sich ist schön, ruhig und sehr sauber. Auch die Gegend ist gut. Ich würde aber wegen dem Stress, bis man jemand erreicht um ins Apartment zu kommen NIE!!!! mehr hier buchen.

We experienced a 16+ hour power outage during our stay at DeBambu Hotel in Málaga. When the power went out, we were told to wait until the next day— which is absolutely unacceptable. No lights, no fridge, no phone charging, no AC, etc. We had cheeses and other food in the fridge, which all spoiled. The hotel promised a full refund (we have written proof) but pushed us to Expedia. They’ve since ignored all refund requests, and now Expedia is considering cancelling the claim due to no response from the hotel. This is a clear failure in service and responsibility. We will be escalating this further. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property is well located. We were 4 people. Our apartment was a 1 bedroom. It would be better for 2 people. The location is good. The check in and check out was very delayed. It has to be done in a place right beside the building and although the staff was friendly unfortunately it was only one person to check in and check out many apartments. The property was ok

We had a nightmare of a check-in. We let them know we were arriving after midnight. They won't send information about the lock boxes for keys until after 11 PM. I had asked them to send it earlier, as we had a late flight and wouldn't have easy WiFi access. I had reserved 2 rooms. They made it into 2 separate reservations. I got the code for one lockbox, which only had a key for one room. They showed me in the morning that they had send the information for the second one, but it didn't arrive before we tried to check into the hotel. I had to call (nighttime phone service who had trouble understanding the problem). That call lasted 20 minutes before she got the information straight. I'm sure I'll have quite a large overseas phone bill. The rooms were OK but don't have AC, so were hot and stuffy.
