Nice property with great snorkeling off the beach. Loved the pool! The pool had plenty of room, lots of available chairs and we were able to have cabana chairs daily at no extra charge. Very nice variety of drinks! Room was nice with geat ocean view and cleaned every day. Most of the staff where great however a few bad apples that made you feel like a inconvenience to them.

The breakwater and reefs afforded excellent snorkelling right off the front of our room. The beach staff could have been friendlier, as could have some of the restaurant employees. The pool maintenance staff and the bartenders were very friendly. We loved our ocean front suite and the option to eat meals on the outside terrace. The meals provided were thoughtfully curated and quite varied. We did not participate in the evening entertainment activities, but it seemed that many guests enjoyed them. Having a pickle ball court on site was a plus for us. The billiard table was laughably unbalanced so could use a tune-up. Sandy Lane Beach is quite easily accessible from the hotel if you don’t mind wading through a foot of water. The pools were lovely and we loved the little calico resort kitty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

The STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!! Marcia, Travon, Jocelyn, Ms. Sophia,Dimtri, DeMar, Justino, Germain, Kareene, Darius, Danielle, Leah, Guy. I didn’t like that the pool closed at 6pm and that there was no where to eat after 9:30pm for an adult only resort the pool should be open later and there should always be somewhere to eat at least until midnight

Everything was on island vibe, not quite the 'tight ship' standard of cruise ships. Facility is almost ready for a bit of a face lift. But all in all, very enjoyable, with a particularly lovely pool configuration. Staff was helpful.

The location, amenities with pool and spa were terrific. The food was also very good and the service was considerate of our needs. I recommend this resort, and it seemed to cater to a European crowd. The staff worked hard to keep the party going at night with concerts, karaoke, and nightly DJ. We had fun and made some new friends.

If Motel 6 had a resort this would be it. Very dated and run down. We had to switch rooms two times. They use mini splits for AC and they are very musty. If you have sinus issues stay away! Staff was very polite and nice. Very limited selections for food. Average but a few dishes were very good. Definitely not worth the money.

Our bedroom was clean and comfy. We had a nice view of the pool. Food was always good. We definitely gained a few pounds.We loved the beach BBQ.Adults only is definitely a plus.We loved the piano bar. The only negative was a rocky beach but we knew that ahead of time and the 3 pools were great.Nice small romantic resort.Best Pinacolda that i have ever had! We would go back to this resort again.

Amazing staff! Very friendly and can’t help you enough. The hotel is clean and comfortable but slightly dated. The gym facilities for example are very dated and needs improvement. Very small with out dated equipment. The food at the hotel is great and there is a great selection. The drinks are great too. The bar staff are especially great. Vinny in particular in the outside beach bar. Over all I would recommend the hotel if you want to stay in a great location and have good food. The hotel beach isn’t a beach! It’s about 20 fr of sea Defence covered in sand. There it much room there. But there is ample space around the pool area. There are also brilliant beaches with 1 minute walk of the hotel.

This property was partly under construction/renovation( which e we’re not informed), rooms were small, pool was not very clean, no elevators so not suitable for anyone with knee/leg issues.

Dimitri was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant host, waitress and the French toast chef were all very friendly and served with smile. However, the front desk staff and housekeeping were sub-par. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and never smiled. One day as I waited for a taxi, I sat in the lobby and watched several new guests arrive in the lobby and those guests said “hello” to the front desk staff first before they were acknowledged by the staff and on two occasions the staff never even acknowledged new guests who walked in. The front desk staff seemed frustrated with their job. On several occasions they sucked their teeth in discuss. Our room was never cleaned!! Each day we called for fresh towels and our linen was only changed once the entire stay and we had to ask a cleaning lady to do it. On the first night we ate in our room. Our dishes were placed outside of our room door and remained there for 3 whole days. The property needs to be pressure washed, a fresh coat of paint and the dry rotted wood should be replaced. Consider hiring a professional landscaper to beautiful the flowerbeds by removing dead flowers and weeds.

We had a 3 night stay here, the hotel was ok, we’ve stayed in 5 star hotels for the same price, but Barbados has a price tag! Our room was nice overlooking the sea, and it was very clean. The staff do differ, some are lovely and friendly, and others are arrogant and rude! This needs addressing as it did put me off. Food and drink was average, nothing to write home about. It was mostly buffet style. Location was good easy walk to some shops, bars restaurants.

Had to call daily for towels and washcloths, even after the room was cleaned. Staff was very nice. Food was ok. Top shelf liquor was good. Bottle water hard to come by. No elevator, which may be problematic for older people.

Such a pleasant surprise! The room is spotless. It is the cleanest hotel room I have experienced (so far). There are some things that are dated like the AC and the sockets and the room is not huge but just well maintained and so, so clean. They have all the amenities.The staff are so courteous, so welcoming, so well trained, so professional. It is so different at this hotel compared to others I have stayed at in Barbadoes, including Marriott, SeaBreeze, Waves etc. The service is simply excellent. The ocean view, restaurant, stuff and food are both outstanding. While the hotel beach is small and more of a dock with a tiny stretch of sand, there are two of the best beaches in Barbados within a few minutes, walking distance along the beach. Having a great day, and would definitely return!

The young man who checked us in on 09.30.24 was very nice. We checked into a second floor room, after requesting a first foor room before my arrival. He made sure we were transferred to the first floor. Kay- housekeeper, Kelly-Ann-waitress, and all the bartenders, especially Danielle are awesome. The property is old, needs an upgrade. Bedding wasn't white, towels were old. The whistling frogs started at dust to dawn. If I returned to Barbados, it would be a different property.

My wife and I just returned home last week after a wonderful 10 days at Club Barbados. It is an older property but we found the buildings and grounds to be well maintained. Room was always clean and comfortable. Staff was, with very few exceptions, friendly and attentive. Location is great. Shopping across the street and more within walking distance. Easy access to bus and taxi. There is no beach on the resort. You walk down stairs into the water. Sandy lane beach is an easy 10 or 15 steps through knee deep water. Never saw more than 5 or 6 people on that lovely beach. Holetown Beach is a 10 minute walk. Snorkeling at the resort is great. Food is very good. Not much variety in entertainment. Maybe due to off season. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend!

The staff were extremely friendly, especially the barman Vinny. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was of a good quality and there was of choice! I would recommend!

It is an all inclusive, but do not expect to eat well, breakfast was the best meal of the day, it is cheap food with lots of pasta and rice, some chicken and I did not see one piece of beef, some ground meat in a chili or pasta. The room comfortable, with god air conditioning, but terrible internet. The property is by the sea, but dont expect to have a beach, you get into the ocean via stairs directly to the water because there is no sand beach in this property. At the end you get what you pay for, I needed to be in the north side of the island, so I chose this property and I would stay here again, but at least once a day, if is within your budget (extremely expensive island), plan to rat out once a day.

We paid for superior ocean view, they placed us in a downgraded loft which was on the fourth floor. Please know this place doesn’t have an elevator. When questioned, I was told by “Jennifer” that it would be an uncharged. After I pressed the issue that I paid for the superior, she then said it complimentary…. We move into the superior ocean view just to find a grouping of bugs in the room. The “house keeper” came and sprayed and swept up the bugs. Mind you at this point we realized our air isn’t working either. The bellman came to check on it, just to tell us we need “gas” in it. My husband corrected him and said you mean Freon…. Well we didn’t bring Freon on vacation. Needless to say they moved us to another room. Worse first day of vacation ever!!

We told reception multiple times that wifi and the TV was not working, but they never came to fix it or offered to move us. Even when we asked for a late checkout, they were unwilling to let go of the charge and only gave us a 50% discount on the late checkout. The property is old and run down, and generally, not close to the four stars standard; it is somewhere between 2-3 stars.

I loved the view from my room to the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous. Short walk to the closest dining area and bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was roomy and comfy when there was rain.

The resort is somewhat dated. It is very noisy in the evening. In our room there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff was friendly, engaging and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The front desk was somewhat confused and unreliable. There was confusion regarding travel confirmation a d boarding passes, as well as coordination for pickup for excursions (ie catamaran tours). Wait/service staff was great. The Piano Bar was really quite seedy and a dive. The neighboring and abandoned Divi Heritage Resort wasn’t a great site. The beach, pools, and common areas were very clean and enjoyable. I do wish that there were elevators in the buildings. Four flights of stairs several times a day can be rough. Overall, watching the sunsets on the beach were fantastic.

I’ll admit, I was shocked at first, as I hadn’t expected such a significant age gap. That said, the guests turned out to be incredibly welcoming, and I felt embraced by the community. Accessibility & Accommodation: One of the biggest hurdles was being initially placed on the second floor, despite the resort not having elevators. As someone with a handicap, this was concerning. Thankfully, the staff quickly accommodated my needs and ensured I had accessible arrangements. This responsiveness made a huge difference in my stay. Tip for future travelers: Call ahead to confirm accessibility needs. I did try calling before arrival, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Staff Highlights: The staff truly made my trip memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness stood out: Darious (Waiter): Always attentive and made meals enjoyable. Jermaine (Bartender): Hands down the best bartender. Shelly (Food Service): Went above and beyond to ensure our table was accessible and handled any issues seamlessly. Natalie: Helped track down a list of recommended staff from prior guests, which was incredibly thoughtful. Joshua (Front Desk): Made check-in smooth and stress-free. Dave (New Server): Though new, he provided excellent service at dinner and added to the positive experience.

The resort was really cute and LOVED the staff especially in dining room both Natalie and Carmella. I was bummed about not having a beach to lay on. Also my other issue was I didn't feel as if I was in Barbados while on resort. There was not a bit of Soca music played, a lot of yacht rock. I heard the Carpenters but why not play the music of the island so you feel like you're on the island. It doesn't make sense not to. People came to a Caribbean island and should always like it.

We booked scuba diving, catamaran and jet skis through him. He was off hours on one of the days and ensured our plans went ahead. The food at the resort isn't the best. The beach is nice but it isn't the typical sand walk into the water but rather beach chairs and a rock wall overlooking the water.

The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the location was right on the water. There was snorkeling on site, and you could check out kayaks and paddle boards. The food was delicious, and you could take the bus right outside to shopping or you could walk to shopping nearby. We would definitely stay at Club Barbados again.

Good location on the west coast. Easy to explore further North on the crazy local buses from just outside the door. Inclusive package was convenient but I wouldn’t do it again. Average buffet style food but a good breakfast set us up for the day. Not having a beach wasn’t an issue for us, as you can walk up and down the coast to find your ideal spot. All beaches are public and free in Barbados.

If you are seeking a lively and vibrant atmosphere, this establishment may not be the most suitable choice (My husband and I are 36 years old). It is a more relaxed and intimate setting, not designed for a luxurious experience. The main lobby is relatively small, and the dining options are limited. There are only two restaurants, Eiden, which requires reservations and operates on a limited schedule. Additionally, there is an everyday buffet/restaurant. During our visit, we encountered an issue with the restaurant’s service. Our server was overwhelmed, and we had to wait over an hour for our main course while the tables seated after us were preparing to leave. This lack of teamwork was evident. The pool area was also underutilized, with only a few minutes of arobic exercise available. There was no pool bar or music playing to enhance the experience. Overall, this establishment is intended for relaxation. I stayed from Saturday to Thursday and observed the changes throughout the day. The clientele consisted mainly of older European and British individuals. The communal area is also quite small, and the evening entertainment consisted solely of singers, rather than a large-scale show. The advertisement inaccurately portrays the property. In comparison to other vacation destinations such as Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic, I rate this place an 7/10.

Bloody love this property... staff are amazing, location is great, people who we've met there are lovely, the water sports everything. Food isn't amazing but its good for all inclusive same with drinks.... but its definitely worth money. Everytime have a fantastic time.... and the sunsets well they are worth every penny ❤️

The beach wasn't one you could walk out and enjoy. Dinning came as 1st come 1st serve. You had to pick a time at breakfast for dinner if you wanted to eat before 8pm. Snake menus never changed n you waited an hour or longer for just nachos. Sit down Dinning could take up to 2 hours to be served appetizers through desert.

For an all inclusive property, no stocked fridge. Empty, shameful. 4 small bottled water per stay. Otherwise you'll have to purchase from gift shop. With a $24 USD per day resort fee.. Food selection is repetitive daily. Thank you

I had a wonderful time here! Great food, great drinks, great staff. As a heads up, there's no elevators, so if you have an oceanfront room it's on the 4th floor. And sometimes the wait was a bit lengthy for the a la carte lunch items. But overall a great stay.
