Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. Small en-suite bathroom. It was a very hot day and night. We were on ground level with French doors to the patio. We couldn’t leave our doors open all night for security so neither of us got much sleep. Two teabags and two coffee pods no milk and a list of items in the room was left on the dresser, not sure if this was deliberate to ‘remind us not to take anything’!Small swimming pool booked out until 7pm. We did not eat in the hotel. Check out- my husband stood at the desk whilst the receptionist carried on her conversation with the cleaners. Not impressed. This hotel could be so good. It is trying but not quite getting there.

What a lovely place and hotel. This is not a Hilton. That’s what we loved. The room was huge. Ours supported with 12 inch wooden beams. The underground pool is such a surprise. Perfect for a late dip or a way to start your day in the supplied robes and slippers. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant closed, gym consisted of 1 bike, bed was very hard. Lovely building and rooms, nice that you can book the pool for a hour (not sure how that would work in busy times) Really friendly and helpful staff.

Arrivé à 17h30, j'ai demandé s'il était possible de dîner le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Pas de chance je devais réserver avant 17h. Obligé de reprendre la route... D'après une journée de travail commencée tôt je veux profiter de la piscine. Pas de chance, il n'y a qu'un créneau à 19h. J'ai besoin de partir le lendemain à7h30 pour travailler. J'aurais préféré me lever à 9h pour flemarder mais voilà, il faut travailler! Pas de chance, le petit déjeuner est servi a partir de... 7h30! Il m'est proposer un plateau le soir pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain. Je n'ai même pas demandé ce qu'il y avait dessus! Arrivé dans la chambre, un long cheveux sur la baignoire et un sèche serviettes qu'il faudrait penser a changer tant il est rouillé Bref, très déçu d'un hôtel qui ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles.

Le logement ne correspond pas à la commande avec la poussière en prime. Terrasse avec brise vue cassé, porte fenêtre ouvrant sur un côté et butant sur la table de nuit, volet roulant absent car détérioré, un moustique « cousin » écrasé au plafond, chambre mesurée à 17,9 m2 dont les vitres avaient dû être nettoyées un jour, dont l’armoire poussiéreuse interdisait d’y ranger des vêtements, lit inconfortable, pas de clim. Table de la terrasse pas nettoyée. Une salle de restaurant style bistro sans nappe ni set, cuisine importée façon traiteur. Impossibilité de se désaltérer avant 16h, c’est cool quand il fait 28°. On constate un manque de présence permanent de la direction. Habitués à voyager et résider dans des hôtels 3 et 4 étoiles, c’est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à une telle déception. La grande élégance de l'établissement, les prestations y compris une piscine intérieure qu'il était possible de réserver pour usage privé, le personnel serviable et engageant. Seule restriction, la propreté de la chambre tout en reconnaissant qu'il n'est pas facile de maintenir impeccables des poutres et un mobilier d'Asie du Sud-Est sculpté.

Surprise à l'arrivée, très belle batisse, chambre double de luxe spacieuse mais... des toiles d'araignées, pas au plafond... dans les coin entre autre ds la salle de bain.en revanche, très bonne literie !! Insonorisation très insuffisante, l'impression d'avoir les voisins dans la même chambre... Dernière remarque, repas pris au restaurant, vous avez le choix entre viande et poisson, soit, mais ensuite pas de choix du dessert, tarte au 🍋 cest tout , et si nous n'aimons pas le citron ? Bref un 4 étoile qui vaut un 3 ? Peut être ?? très déçu... désolé je ne recommande pas... Jean Michel

Avis très mitigé je partage l'avis de pas mal de monde quant à la classification en quatre étoiles qui pour moi n'y est pas... Literie vraiment pas bonne, propreté a revoir et finition de la déco aussi. Pas de restaurantion le soir car restaurant plein, le gérant me dit qu un mail est envoyé ce que je peux comprendre mais allant dans cinq hôtels différents par semaine j avoue ne pas lire les mails donc j ai dû reprendre la voiture pas tjs agréable après une journée de boulot. Chambre petite, un bureau mais pas de chaise pour travailler pas possible, on entend les voisins ... Bref pour moi pas au niveau d'un quatre étoiles

Pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Tout était sale. On a du prendre un autre hôtel car les chambres (suite junior) ne correspondaient pas à ce qui nous avait été vendu. Pas de restauration sur place alors que l'hôtel est perdu. Attitude du personnel méprisante. Incroyable que The Originals Relais soutienne ce type d'établissement qui n'est clairement pas au niveau.

The building looked amazing and very nicely furnished inside. The woman on the front desk was doing it all herself…I hope she’s the owner but an extra pair of hands would be better for the costumer’s. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was absolutely awful! On the other hand the food was amazing!! Overall 8/10

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble au manoir des Indes la décoration très sympa, le personnel est très gentil à nos petits soins, le petit déjeuner très bon ainsi que le restaurant. La masseuse marie avec sa collègue ont des doigts de fée on a passés un moment extra, le seul bémol serait le lit qui est bas et pas très confortable on a ressenti de l’inconfort, à revoir.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble au manoir des Indes la décoration très sympa, le personnel est très gentil à nos petits soins, le petit déjeuner très bon ainsi que le restaurant. Attention ,les renseignements sur le site n est pas à jour. Pas de clim dans l établissement. Pas de restaurant ( petite restauration possible, type planches mais commander avant 17h00. Lieu et cadre agréable . Pour un 4 étoiles reste quand même limite Plutôt 3 etoiles standard . Désolé.

Avis très mitigé je partage l'avis de pas mal de monde quant à la classification en quatre étoiles qui pour moi n'y est pas... Literie vraiment pas bonne, propreté a revoir et finition de la déco aussi. Pas de restaurantion le soir car restaurant plein, le gérant me dit qu un mail est envoyé ce que je peux comprendre mais allant dans cinq hôtels différents par semaine j avoue ne pas lire les mails donc j ai dû reprendre la voiture pas tjs agréable après une journée de boulot. Chambre petite, un bureau mais pas de chaise pour travailler pas possible, on entend les voisins ... Bref pour moi pas au niveau d'un quatre étoiles

Restaurant closed, gym consisted of 1 bike, bed was very hard. Lovely building and rooms, nice that you can book the pool for a hour (not sure how that would work in busy times) Really friendly and helpful staff.

Le lieux est vraiment sympa en pleine nature et la bâtisse est magnifique. Le décor dans les parties communes est bien réfléchi. Le personnel est au Petit soin surtout la personne qui accueille en fin d'après midi et qui fait le service au restaurant. En revanche, les chambres auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et il faudrait revoir l'isolation phonique entre les chambres.

Lieu très calme et plein de charme. Le diner était délicieux (réservation en avance obligatoire !). L’accès privatif à la piscine et au sauna apporte beaucoup de confort. Chambre très agréable.

The building looked amazing and very nicely furnished inside. The woman on the front desk was doing it all herself…I hope she’s the owner but an extra pair of hands would be better for the costumer’s. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was absolutely awful! On the other hand the food was amazing!! Overall 8/10

Hotel looked beautiful on entering the grounds. Checkin was unremarkable. Shown to room which was on the ground floor. Quite dark. Bed very low and both of us had trouble getting in and out. Small en-suite bathroom. It was a very hot day and night. We were on ground level with French doors to the patio. We couldn’t leave our doors open all night for security so neither of us got much sleep. Two teabags and two coffee pods no milk and a list of items in the room was left on the dresser, not sure if this was deliberate to ‘remind us not to take anything’!Small swimming pool booked out until 7pm. We did not eat in the hotel. Check out- my husband stood at the desk whilst the receptionist carried on her conversation with the cleaners. Not impressed. This hotel could be so good. It is trying but not quite getting there.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble au manoir des Indes la décoration très sympa, le personnel est très gentil à nos petits soins, le petit déjeuner très bon ainsi que le restaurant. La masseuse marie avec sa collègue ont des doigts de fée on a passés un moment extra, le seul bémol serait le lit qui est bas et pas très confortable on a ressenti de l’inconfort, à revoir.

What a lovely place and hotel. This is not a Hilton. That’s what we loved. The room was huge. Ours supported with 12 inch wooden beams. The underground pool is such a surprise. Perfect for a late dip or a way to start your day in the supplied robes and slippers. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Arrivé à 17h30, j'ai demandé s'il était possible de dîner le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Pas de chance je devais réserver avant 17h. Obligé de reprendre la route... D'après une journée de travail commencée tôt je veux profiter de la piscine. Pas de chance, il n'y a qu'un créneau à 19h. J'ai besoin de partir le lendemain à7h30 pour travailler. J'aurais préféré me lever à 9h pour flemarder mais voilà, il faut travailler! Pas de chance, le petit déjeuner est servi a partir de... 7h30! Il m'est proposer un plateau le soir pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain. Je n'ai même pas demandé ce qu'il y avait dessus! Arrivé dans la chambre, un long cheveux sur la baignoire et un sèche serviettes qu'il faudrait penser a changer tant il est rouillé Bref, très déçu d'un hôtel qui ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles.
