Awesome view of the Eiffel Tower, great access to public transport, taxis lined up outside ready to go too. Great central location. Room well maintained and clean, plenty of elevators, fantastic buffet breakfast options. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Close enough to the Seine but one street back away from the traffic and pedestrians so nice and quiet.

Almost two weeks prior to booking I wanted an early check in. It was next to impossible to communicate with the hotel. Very frustrating with different emails, chat systems coming in. With the hotel staff placing me on hold, and bouncing me around only to be told to call back the next day. I also wanted to confirm that my room upgrade was in place as well. When I finally arrived, the first thing they said was, “there’s no early check in.” Despite, me having been approved for it, and having confirmation. This was alarming. Eventually, they confirmed it. I upgraded the room to a “view” of the tower. However, there was no view of the tower per say, when in the room. You had to actually step out on to the balcony and based on positioning only then would you see the tower. So while it was true there was “view” of the tower. It was also not true. They advertise there’s a gym. But essentially, one can say there is no gym. It’s in the basement, a few weights two treadmills etc., Two stairmasters and a few machines. The gym was useless. My review is still positive. As the hotel was modern and clean. The rooms were nice. Our bed faced out, so you could see the city at night. The biggest perk about this hotel is location. It’s in a fantastic area. With lots of life, hustle and many, many restaurants. It was great for walking. The Effel Tower was about a two minute walk. It’s for this reason this hotel is good. Also, expect about an hour’s drive from their main international airport

Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms that faced it. The “rooftop “ is closed for construction and you can’t go there .

The Pullman has phenomenal views of the Eiffel Tower and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to myself and my wife who did not speak French very well. Cons: - The room had some visible damage to the walls near the carpet. Not consequential but was very visible. - No division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom (No shower curtain or glass wall or elevated bump to keep the water centralized in within the shower area. This meant that water could potentially get everywhere. - Not the fault of the hotel however GPS directions kept wanting to take me down the wrong way on a one-way street leading to the lobby. - Parking is not included and is off another road. Although it is underground and links directly to the hotel, it is not an included charge. Pros: - if you get a room that has a view of the Eiffel Tower, you will not be disappointed. The view and light show at night is amazing. - Within walking distance of local transit and the tower as well as several other areas for tourists - The food from room service was exceptionally good. We ordered a pastry plate and the fruit plate was full of very fresh items and had zero issues. (Note: Apple juice is not the same as apple juice in North America) Other Notes: - Room service can get quite busy and they may take longer than anticipated so be prepared. - The attached restaurant to the hotel is great however it is pricy. There are some great options around the hotel that are budget friendly. -

Our stay at the Pullman Eiffel Tower Hotel was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't be more iconic--just steps away from the Eiffel Tower, with breathtaking views right from our room. The staff was professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. View from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable Paris experience!

Bookede hotellet for udsigten som alle andre. Noget kaotisk indtjekning hvor vi faktisk var nødt til at flytte værelse pga røglugt og kæmpe spindelvæv. Værelserne virker slidte i forhold til prisen men uanset så er det en oplevelse at have sin egen altan ud til ikoniske Tour de Eiffel. Rooftop baren var åben med en skøn udsigt. Dejlig morgenmad og sødt personale… synes dog stadig at value for money halter lidt.

Otroligt söliga hissar vilket blev irriterande när man fick stå och vänta väldigt länge. Känns som ett hotell som vill ha bra service men som mest leder till att det blir sämre. Tex så sa dom att vårt bagage lämnas på rummet, men efter att ha sökt dom två gånger så fick vi går ner och hämta det själva efter 2 timmar. Hade varit enklare att ta med det själv direkt. Kaffe och te serverades av personal vid frukost, men frustrerande när det tog tid och att dom ibland inte förstod vad man ville ha. Det konstigaste var att personal kom in i rummet på kvällen, skrämde min son och sprang iväg utan att förklara varför hen kom in i rummet. Om de nu har kvällskontroller så borde dom kunna informera om det innan. Bra läge, precis vid eifeltornet.

We checked into our room with a garden view and balcony. Upon entering the room, the carpet was stained, walls were stained and paint chipping, and the bathroom had a musky smell. When attempting to use the electrical power outlets in our room, we found 1 of 9 were operable. The room phone uses a tablet system to operate and the outlet it was plugged into did not work so we could not call the front desk. Using the bathroom sink, it was clogged and would not drain. Using the shower, the shower door does not cover more than 36 inches and water splashes all over the bathroom floor, drenching the floor for when you get out which explains the musky smell of the room. The minimum, when checking in and out the attendants were friendly. This however does not make up for less than acceptable accommodations. I will not recommend this property to anyone in the future.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, however the rooms are of terrible quality. Definitely not a four star hotel. Smelled of mildew as soon as you get into the rooms and with visible mold in the bathrooms. The carpets are old and with a lot of stains, did not want to walk around without slippers on. Overall needs a restoration, poor quality rooms.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Pullman. The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around the area very touristy obviously. This time we had a garden view room just to cut down on expense it was still quite pricey. The room was small we had twin beds they were very comfortable but it was clean we requested the room to be cleaned every day for towel replacement the cleaning staff did an amazing job the bathroom was spotless, beds made and garbage removed. The shower honestly is the worst at any hotel we've stayed. You have to climb up into the tub and it's very slippery -&; it has a half shower door water is always all over the floor.

Die Unterkunft und alles ist TOP! Aber nur die extremen Aufpreise für Balkon und höher gelegene Zimmerwahl stehen in keiner Relation. Bucht man ein Zimmer mit Balkon so hat man den Blick auf den Eifelturm auch nur wenn man auf dem Balkon ist und nach rechts schaut = seitlicher Blick. Ansonsten schaut man vom Zimmer aus auf ein kleines Stadion. Ob man sich im Winter gerne auf dem Balkon aufhält?

The property was lovely and my room in particular had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious, the lobby beautiful and the front desk staff were very helpful. A few negatives - if you are on the balcony, there is no way to completely close the balcony door - no handle on the outside - so anytime my neighbor smoked and I was out there too, smoke got into my room. It was particularly annoying at night as we all wanted to be out to see the Eiffel Tower light up. I didn't mind the smoke outside, but I didn't like it in my room. The rainfall showerhead also had a large amount of buildup on it which made me not want to use it. Overall, a very memorable stay. I would recommend.

The rooms were clean but A/C never worked well. Room was very warm. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but a few not so much. It was amazing to see the Eiffel Tower right outside on the balcony.

Rooms are outdated. The corridor’s and the room’s carpet are smelly and old. The Ac in the room didnt work and that moldy smell from the carpet was uncomfortable. The restaurant was okey 3/5. Service is slow. The eifel tower view from the room was incredible and breakfast room service was fast and delicious.

Great stay. Amazing views of Effiel Tower. Great room Service options. My only complaint, I booked a high floor and was given floor 5 out of 10 floors. Which is middle. I paid extra for a room they didnt give me. They didn't really care either. That was very disappointing

Location of the hotel is amazing ! View is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Only issues are showers and bathroom . Showers have no covers , doesn’t matter how careful you taking shower all bathroom floor covered with water . That’s why mold is on the walls in some areas . That was my biggest issue ! Mold ! Not to much , but it was there .

Not an efficient check in-waited excessively. When we finally got our room keys and went to the assigned, it was occupied by another guest. More back and forth-not smooth at all. Room was dirty-in poor repair. Walls and base boards dirty in need of cleaning and fresh paint. Bathroom paper holder not secured to the wall will so much dust. I paid for two nights at check in both the rooms had to be booked independently because the original room wasn’t available for a second night. Asked for payment again when picking up the new room keys. Second night was a nicer room, however, almost €200.00 less. The tower made the trip but not the property. Very disappointed when my stay for two night was €1500.00

Initially I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, when we arrived we had to switch rooms because of the cleanliness of it, then we had to switch rooms again in the middle of the night for maintenance issues. We switched rooms 5times for an overnight stay. I was highly disappointed. The staff was accommodating but that did not change my experience.

The hotel could not fix water leaks in our room’s ceiling for (3 nights) despite complains to get fix the leakages. Hotel could not check us (my and my wife) in until 5:30pm despite advertising 4pm check-in.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm hospitality—every member of the team was polite, kind, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. At the reception we were greeted by Jeff, very polite and very impressed that he spoke a few words of my native language. Every morning for our breakfast every staff member greets you and does pay attention to you, ready to please you and assist you. We were welcomed by Lyetta, she was so helpful and funny and so patient with us as we were trying to speak French (rusty ahaha) but she would always encourage us and help us improve. She was always so pleasant and cheerful. Definitely recommend this lovely I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris.

This hotel is an awesome location for your first time. It puts you right at the heart of Paris and next to the Eiffel Tower. The view from the rooms and from hotel bar are a delight. An awesome restaurant and downstairs where you can walk out to the patio for more views of the tower. Walking distance to bakeries for morning coffees and great croissants. Easy Uber bikes, rides or taxis right from the front of the hotel make it convenient to go see any and all destinations Paris has to offer.

A nice point to stay at while in Paris. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and on the banks of the River Seine. The rooms were very nice and clean, well appointed. The “Flame” restaurant was wonderful and the patio are a nice setting for a couple to enjoy a meal.

We arrived on mothers day in France, we are from USA and didnt know it was mothers day. The front desk gave me a little gift, very sweet (lipsgloss). We loved the staff but we were not impressed with restaurant staff at all. We tried 3 times to have a meal there or even a cocktail. We were grerted with a bad attitude or a snarl for coming in. We decided to eat across the strert easy walk and great food several options Woukd definitely recommend this hotel again the hotel staff were wonderful and the accommodations were great. Amazing location to the Eiffel tower, we had a view from our room.

The hotel is worth it because of the view. The rooms...not so much. The bed was rock-hard and the amenities were sorely lacking. We didn't have any food from the restaurant or room service because the menu was very limited and not very attractive. Definitely a one-time only stay.
