We had a wonderful stay, but everytime we left for the day and returned, our keycards would no longer read our door and we would have to go back down to get new keys.

Great location, but unfortunately, the hotel is quite run-down and could use some significant upgrades and remodeling. The location is convenient, but the overall condition of the hotel needs improvement.

The hotel is in a great location, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, considering the price, I’m not sure the overall experience offered great value for money. The room itself was fairly standard, and the overall quality felt comparable to hotels that cost significantly less. The check-in process was also a little slow. We ordered room service for breakfast and requested delivery at 9:00 a.m., but someone knocked on our door at around 8:10 a.m., which woke us up and was quite disappointing. Another small issue was the shower design. There is no door or proper enclosure around the shower area, so the bathroom floor gets quite wet after showering. Overall, the Eiffel Tower view was really beautiful and the location was excellent, but given the price, I expected a more refined experience and better attention to detail.
